[Harvey Finevoice]

Harvey grinned at her.

"I'd do anything to make you happy." said Havey.

He listened as she spoke again.

"Your company and your happiness are all the thanks I need." said Harvey.

He paused with a grin.

"Maybe when we're done here we could take a tour of the town. Perhaps you might see some familiar sights. I'm not sure if your house exists here but it might be worth the look." said Harvey.

[Charlotte "Lottie" Labouef]

Lottie felt so happy with Harvey and believed in his word that he would do anything to make her happy. She blushed, so touched to have a gentlemen and a kindhearted soul as her love. She was actually grateful that she fell in love with someone as so great and kind as Harvey. She then grinned as Harvey responded only her happiness and company was his thanks and she took his hand and said "Then I'm gonna be happy for the rest of my life. Just to show how much I love you and how grateful I am that I have ya in my life" She then got extra excited at the idea of having a tour around town. That sounded fantastic! Immediately she nodded "I wanna see if Tiana's palace is still functioning too. Or if duke's diner is around. Ya never know what might happen" Suddenly she saw the waitress get their drinks and tell the two that their food would be ready soon. Lottie smiled and thanked the waitress

[Harvey Finevoice]

Harvey grinned glad they were both having such a good time. He hoped if the time came she chose to stay. He would be tempted to go with her but he knew Linkara needed him. Even if Vyce, Insano, Mechakara, and the others were killed or thrown in jail they'd just find a way back. Or there would be new threats and he wouldn't leave Linkara, 90's Kid, Linksano, and the rest of his friends here to fight alone. He knew Lottie had a life back there. Her best friend Tiana and her father. He didn't want to make her choose. Perhaps he could find a way to visit her if she chose to went back. He shook his head from his thoughts realizing he was starting to frown. He didn't want to think about this. Linksano and the others didn't know if there was a way to send everyone back home or not so for now he should focus on the present.

"I'm glad to hear that. I'd do anything to make you happy." said Harvey.

He grinned as she was excited about the tour.

"Sounds good. Well Tiana, Duke, and you probably don't exist here. Since your lives were fictional here. But we might find a similar diner or restaurant like your friends place." said Harvey.

He smiled as the waitress brought them their drinks. Hearing their food would be ready soon he smiled at the waitress.

"Thanks." said Harvey.

The waitress left as he took a sip from his drink.

"If Tiana's restaurant and Duke's and your home aren't here is there some other place you'd like to see? A famous landmark or something?" asked Harvey.

[Charlotte "Lottie" Labouef]

Lottie at first was confused with Harvey, seeing him frown but ignored it when his smile came back on and he responded to what she said with the fact he was happy to hear it and that he would do anything to make her happy. That made her blush a bit, flattered enough to feel so special. She immediately thought of ways to try to thank Harvey. She then thought of the first way, to show him all the best places or things related to her home. She then nodded, patting her head in fake embarrassment "Right, cause ya'll said it was from those... um... Whatchamacallits? Movies right?" She then nodded "That was it. Yeah, I suppose I shouldn't try to find those. Finding more diners later sounds fun though!"

She then listened to Harvey's question and smiled brightly "The french quarter! It's not far from here from what I see. They have all kinds of jazz and smooth music we can listen to and enjoy, also there's a lot of great little shops we can go to so we can remember this always" She was sounding a bit nostalgic but she was having the time of her life. New orleans was her home and even though her comittment was without a doubt being with Harvey, she still loved the aspect of the lovely new orleans.

[Harvey Finevoice]

Harvey smiled seeing her blush at his compliments. She was such a special woman and he was honored she had chosen to date him in the first place. And that she kept dating him. So he must be doing something right.

"Yeah. If it helps you can think of them like plays that we can watch at any time we want to for free." said Harvey.

He paused as she said she shouldn't try to find those.

"Well you never know. The film was pretty popular. Even if we don't find a Tiana's place maybe we'd find a shop that sells dresses just like the ones you and Tiana wore back home. Or a restaraunt that looks a lot like Duke's or Tiana's place. After all the people who made the film here came to New Orleans for inspiration so who knows what we'll find down here." said Harvey.

He paused as she seemed to get excited about the French Quarter.

"Sounds good. We'll check that out first then." said Harvey.

So she liked jazz music. Perhaps he could learn how to sing a jazz song as a surprise to her. It wasn't something he normally did but he knew it could make her happy. Perhaps they could find some albums of jazz music here too that Lottie could take back to remind her of New Orleans knowing they couldn't be here all the time.

- Time Skip -

The waiter soon returned with their food as Harvey grinned having gotten a refill of his soda while he waited and was sipping at it as he ate. He grinned liking the taste of the gumbo already.

"Mmm. This is delicious. I might have to visit more often just for the food." said Harvey.

He grinned as he kept eating. He was enjoying Lottie's company and the delicious food was a bonus.

[Charlotte "Lottie" Labouef]

"Oh that does make it sound a lot easier" Lottie said cheerfully "I can totally see that now" She then pondered about the idea of Tiana's palace or Duke's diner actually being real. "That's true. We might as well. It will give us more time with each other. I do love going to see dresses anyway. Eudora, tiana's mama, was the best seamstress ever" She grinned at that, ever since she was little she depended on tiana's mother to help her make dresses. She loved her as much as she loved Tiana.

"Oh goodie. You'll love it I'm sure. The French Quarter is the bee's knees" Lottie said assuringly.

*Time Skip*

When the waiter returned with their food, Lottie's eyes beamed with excitement. It had been quite some time since she last had was sometime ago. She was excited for the home taste. She ate it and nodded as Harvey told her it was good "I knew you'd like it. We should have gumbo back at the house. I think I learned a recipe or two from Tiana" She continued eating making yum sounds as she ate. She missed it and the fact she was hear with Harvey made it better.

[Harvey Finevoice]

Harvey grinned as he ate the food. It was delicious.

"If we know how to make it we could bring some supplies and recipes back with us. And anything you couldn't make perhaps Brock or Mrs. Potts could. Or Willie could create with his magic. He's quite good at that." said Harvey.

He grinned again as he ate.

"I'd love to try some of your cooking though. Perhaps you could teach me yourself. Then we could spend more time together." said Harvey.

[Charlotte "Lottie" Labouef]

"We can find plenty of spices and recipe books here I'm sure, I may have some advice from tiana but she's the expert, so I might as well find those while we're here. Also if I can't do it than having Mrs. Potts, Brock and willie doin' it would be pretty good. I'm sure it'll be great to have every once in a while" Lottie said in return as she continued to eat the gumbo. It really was delicious, it was her favorite though so she wasn't surprised. She then grinned excitedly at the idea of her and harvey having a nice time cooking together. It sounded like something Naveen and Tiana did, and it sure as heck made them happy so why not her with Harvey? She responded with much positivity "Sounds absolutely fantastic harvey. We could also listen to some jazz of your choice that way it'll be the complete new orleans experience"

She continued to eat and responded once more "We can also make these really amazin' hotcakes for breakfast for all of the people back at Roses' place. They'll love it, it's like a sweeter version of pancakes and it normally has some fruit or chocolate chips on it too"

[Harvey Finevoice]

Harvey grinned at her.

"You're right. We'd get plenty of ingredients and recipes here. Or we could find some more online. We'd have to make a lot of trips here. You know I think I'll ask Linksano if he can invent something to transport objects. It would take a few days to drive back and forth. And there's only so much we could carry for teleporting." said Harvey.

He grinned knowing Mrs. Potts and others would help out as well. But it'd be fun to try cooking with Lottie even if it was just a few recipes. He grinned glad she was enjoying herself.

"I'm glad you're having fun. I wish I'd thought to bring you here sooner. But we're here now and I'll bring you back here as often as you'd like. Or you can go with some of the others. But promise you won't come here by yourself. Always bring someone else with you. Facilier might target you just because you're from his world. Or to get to me and the others. I almost lost you once. I don't want to go through that again." said Harvey.

He grinned as he leaned forward giving her a kiss on the cheek. He grinned as he went back to eating his food. He grinned.

"I'd love to hear some jazz music. You think there's some nightclubs or a place we could hear it live? That'd be more fun than listening to a jukebox we could hear anywhere." said Harvey.

He grinned as she mentioned hot cakes.

"Mmm. They sound delicious. I can't wait to try them. Perhaps you could show me how to make them. Or we can learn together." said Harvey.

[Charlotte "Lottie" Labouef]

"It'd be great to get more here or online. To save trouble though, maybe we SHOULD ask linksano if we can use a transporter for the stuff we like here. As amazin' as new Orleans can be, I think we may be too busy to constantly show up here" Lottie replied with a patient tone. She didn't want to impose about this so hard enough to forget that she wasn't a part of a army of war.

"It doesn't matter when you told me, I'm just so happy you brought me here regardless of time. You've could've taken me if I was old enough to be a grandmother and I'd still be so happy. And I wouldn't dream of being here by myself. I'll either go with you or some of our friends. The shadowman is a very bad and dangerous man. That person has hurt us more than we can handle" Lottie said, her tone ranging from sweet and happy to eventually angry and hurt. She loved being in new Orleans but she still was aware of facilier's manipulative abilities. The shadowman was a terrible person and powerful magician before but thanks to the time period, he was much harder to find and track down.

"You won't lose me, darling. I know you're scared but I promise I won't get myself in a situation that I can't handle" Lottie replied, smiling widely as Harvey kissed her cheek.

"There might be! Hey after dinner we can find that too if ya want!" Lottie replied cheerfully as the two now talked about places to hear good jazz. "We can cook them together. It'll be easy and fun that way. And they are delicious" Lottie said happily about the stuff related to hotcakes. She continued eating and relished in all the flavors the food had.

[Harvey Finevoice]

Harvey nodded.

"Alright. We'll do that. I think we should ask Linksano for a teleporter. If we could use something to teleport objects or perhaps create a portal we could put objects through it would help us. Not just for food but for other supplies. I know Linksano and the others will need more supplies to keep working on their inventions and new weapons after all. Not to mention gifts and anything else anyone wants to get." said Harvey.

He smiled as she said it wouldn't have mattered when he brought he but he knew differently. He knew how much she loved New Orleans. It may not be her New Orleans but it was as close as she would get while stuck in this world.

"I'd bring you here every day if I could. I know how much your home means to you. But I'm glad you won't come here alone." said Harvey.

He paused as she spoke again and kissed him. He smiled at her.

"I want to believe that too. But nothing is guaranteed here. It's a war. And in a war people die. But I'm going to do everything I can to keep you safe." said Harvey.

He grinned as she said there might be some clubs nearby they could hear jazz music.

"Good. I can't wait to go looking for them." said Harvey.

He paused as she agreed they could cook them together.

"I look forward to it. Of course I love spending time with you even if it was just hearing about your day." said Harvey.

[Charlotte "Lottie" Labouef]

"That's a good idea dear. A transporter for all kinds of things would be great to use. We would need it for more than food as you said and having a transporter do that would be good" Lottie agreed, as she and Harvey continued to chat about linksano and his transporters. She didn't see no reason why not to use one. It was incredibly useful and she rather was fond of the idea of using it to teleport new orleans related stuff here.

"I'll make sure I'm with friends or you, and I know you'd bring me here as much as I wanted but I know that ya'll have other responsibilities and my love for this place is good but I'd prefer to also be helpful to and the others back in chicago" Lottie replied with a honest smile "I do love it here and I'm incredibly grateful to have my favorite person be here with me" She smiled wider then and couldn't help but giggle a little in excitement.

Lottie frowned slightly as Harvey brought up that while she made him want to believe her, War was not a very promising sight. It was dangerous and people got killed. That said, it seemed harvey wanted lottie to be aware that he would do anything in his power to protect her. "I believe you, sugar. I know you'll do anything to protect me and the same goes for me to you. I know you're strong and need no protection but just know I'm always here for you too"

"You'll love it, I can tell!" Lottie said excitedly as she and harvey mentioned jazz. She then giggled as Harvey said that while he looked forward to cooking together, she could talk about the day itself and he'd be fine with it "Aw, well, my days without you are never fun or interesting. You'll have to hear about yourself too, are ya prepared for that?" She teased, gigging still

Suddenly the waiter returned and responded to both lottie and harvey "Well you two, are you enjoying yourselves? Would you like a special dessert or would you prefer just the check now?"

[Harvey Finevoice]

Harvey nodded.

"I'm glad you agree. And not just supplies from New Orleans but other places. Especially if people want to cook more fancier meals we'll need ingredients like spices and foods from around the world." said Harvey.

He smiled glad she was agreeing to it.

"I'm glad. I don't know what I'd do if I lost you again so I just want to be safe than sorry. We still haven't got back Jasmine yet. And unlike the last couple times we had people captured she's all alone." said Harvey.

Harvey grinned.

"I know you do. This is your home. Perhaps we can make this a weekend thing. I'm not sure if we can come every weekend but I know you'd feel much happier even if we just spent a few hours here once and awhile.. And I'd do anything to make you happy." said Harvey.

Harvey smiled at her.

"I know I'm not invincible. Linkara and the others have nearly died several times fighting those creeps like Vyce and Mechakara even before this war. And a lot of those enemies will be gunning for me. Which is why I'm glad you're helping out over at the safe house. Although I fear this safe house won't last for long. Ask That Guy or Facilier are bound to find out about it eventually." said Harvey.

He grinned at her words.

"I'm sure I will. But tonight's about you. Whether we find some good music or not I want to make this the best day you've ever had. or at least one of them." said Harvey.

Harvey chuckled.

"Everything about you interests me. And well if I have to hear about myself occasionally that's not such a bad thing." said Harvey.

Harvey looked up as the waiter joined them. The waiter asked about a desert. He turned to Lottie.

"Would you like anything? I don't care either way. But if you know a good desert I'd like to try it as well." said Harvey.

[Charlotte "Lottie" Labouef]

"You're right. I heard some place called brazil has some nice spices. International ingredients maybe the thing we can do to make meals more pleasant for everyone since some of these people are from different places outside of america" Lottie agreed, since she immediately thought of some people who claimed to be from england and outer places of europe and so on. She did have interest in cooking. She just didn't look into it previously. That was more Tiana's thing but now that she wasn't here, she... sort of went to that place of wishing to remember her by doing culinary arts.

"I understand your worry, dear. I will be careful. I wouldn't ever risk myself to that position ever again" Lottie said, shivering slightly. Her imprisonment was not fun. Being alone in the dirty dark back at Facilier's was a nightmare and seeing people abused and neglected was something that frightened her. Yet she did her best to keep her chin up and so the only signs of her being afraid was that said shiver.

"It would be nice to come by every once in a while. But I would rather come here when it's convenient. Like whenever people don't need you or me we can come, not when they need everybody on board ya know? I really am grateful ya want me to be happy though dear, really I am" Lottie said, a bright smile on her features. She felt very grateful to have such a sweet and kind fellow like Harvey to be her boyfriend

"If they do, we have you, Linkara and all the others to lean on. We're a team and with a team like us, we're sure to take them down eventually" Lottie responded softly, a positive tone in her voice. Was she being too positive? Probably but it was better than being so negative.

"It already is the best thanks to you!" Lottie said, beaming brightly. Then she giggled, teasing some more "Well what if it wasn't occasional? What if it was half of my day?" She then turned to the waiter and beamed thinking immediately of her favorite dessert "Actually I do. We'll have two plates of beignets with a side of maple syrup" She turned to harvey and winked at him as the waiter nodded and quickly left. She responded "They're like little french toasts bites with powdered sugar. It's great!"

[Harvey Finevoice]

Harvey grinned listening to her.

"Brazil that sounds like a good idea. Maybe we could ask Ma-Ti to help. He grew up in the rainforest in South America so he might know where to look. Or at least a general idea besides just Brazil. We could always do some research as well." said Harvey.

Harvey nodded.

"That's all I ask. But I know it's foolish to think I can lock you in a room and go out fighting. We've been attacked at our base and many of our group was captured including you. Everyone needs to learn how to fight and be armed with beter weapons and security. Next time they capture someone they may not keep hostages. I don't want to lose you or any of the others either especially Iheart, Linkara, Linksano and 90's Kid." said Harvey.

Harvey grinned.

"I'd bring you every day if I could. Maybe just the weekends. I know you get homesick. Saturday or Sunday every week we could come here and hang out. Even if it's just to listen to their music. Or try more of their delicious food." said Harvey.

Harvey nodded.

"Yes. I'm sure we'll take care of them all eventually. I just don't want to avoid anyone else getting hurt or worse. We're lucky there's only been one casualty so far." said Harvey.

Harvey grinned glad she was enjoying herself.

"Even if it was only an hour day I'd be happy to see you. But the more time I have you with the better." said Harvey.

Harvey grinned as Lottie ordered dessert. The waiter left and she explained them.

"They sound delicious. I can't wait to try them." said Harvey.
