Being Stuck Here Might Not Be So Bad (Ace)

(February 9th. Closed to Ace and Grimhilde.)

Queen Grimhilde glanced at the cells. Dark Nella felt it was stupid to make more cells so she threw Nani in with Chester and Iheart and threw Rachel in with Lottie wanting to have 3 cells instead of four not taking up extra space. She glanced at Ace her cell mate. She hadn't gotten the chance to know her before but she had grown to admire her skills and her courage, and her beauty. She had original only valued her own beauty and had only married Snow White's father for power. But she hadn't loved him. She had only loved herself for so long and then she'd started to notice Ace. She was a bit younger than herself but she was the opposite of Snow White. A warrior, courageous, strong. She had started to notice these feelings being stuck here for a few hours. Loving someone else was so new to her that she wasn't sure of her feelings. She then realized Ace had noticed her staring at her. She blushed turning away hoping she wasn't that obvious.

Ace moaned as she massaged her ribs. Seven had beaten her a lot. She wasn't suprised to find them bruised, but actually they weren't broken. This was good. She would get out of here, and she would need all her strength to do that. And she needed to find a way to get the others out as well. She then noticed Grimhilde looking at her and felt slightly weird on the inside. Grimhilde was nice looking, and she may have been a bit older, but in the few days they had been trapped here, she and her had talked a lot. And she wwasn't that bad. She felt something weird pass through her again. Damn these feelings. Being trapped was a bit better with her around. SHe then saw her turn and blush slightly "Are you hurt at all?"

Grimhilde smiled. She groaned a little as she tried to move closer to her. The others had fallen asleep in their cells finally so it was just the two of them for the moment. Thankfully nothing was broken from her beating from Dark Heart and was furious Ace had been beaten up by Dark Heart and Seven. While Vyce had beaten up Chester and Dark Nella had beaten up Iheart. She smiled at her nodding.

"Some bruises but I'll be fine. I'm kind of grateful I don't have a mirror at the moment. I don't want to know what I look like." said Grimhilde.

She had a few cuts and bruises on her face as well as her body. She ached all over but Ace probably had it worse than her.

"What about you? They didn't break anything did they? If they broke one bone in your body I'll kill them both." said Grimhilde.

"You still look beautiful." Ace cheerfully said, not caring how she looked as long as she was okay. She meant it too, she managed to look regal. She then winced again as she felt herself sit down, her legs were hurting a bit "I don't think so, my ribs feel a bit bruised and my legs feel like jelly, but I think I'm okay." She sat down next to Grimhilde and shook her head "So, what do you think they'll do to us two?"

Grimhilde blushed at her words. She'd been told she was the fairest in the land for years before Snow came along. And now hearing Ace say she was beautiful felt different. Like the words mattered more to her coming from her than from her mirror.

"Thank you. You're beautiful too." said Grimhilde.

She frowned as Ace winced but smiled at hearing the news nothing was broken.

"Then we both got of lucky. I don't think Chester and Iheart had anything broken or they'd have said something by now." said Grimhilde.

She paused as Ace mentioned what they'd do to them.

"The others are expendable hostages. But the two of us you're a weapons expert and I'm the potion maker for our army. With Maleficent hurt they're even weaker with our capture. They'll either kill us or try to enslave us probably like they did to that Goggles woman. I still don't know how they convinced Patch to join them. He must have been fed the same lies as the turtles and the others. No matter. We'll get through to them all eventually." said Grimhilde.

"Really? I'm not that pretty, not that lucky enough." Ace blushed slightly at the positive comment by someone who she had watched and felt a bit nervous of as a child. She brushed her hair back and listened to what she had to say "Oh I don't know. I'm not that important, compared to people like Linkara and Snob. Hell, I think IHeart and Nani have more reason to be kidnapped than me."

Queen Grimhilde paused shaking her head.

"I know they care about them. Rachel, Iheart, Lottie, and Nani's boyfriends are back at the Critic's house after all. But if you were the enemy who'd you get rid of? A girl they all want back? Or two women who can make weapons and create potions? If they kill any of us I believe we're the first to go." said Grimhilde.

She paused as she mentioned she wasn't important.

"Of course you are. You've made those bombs better than anyone. I can't do that. And you're a very good fighter. Making potions is my specialty. Without it I'm nothing. I'm not a good fighter. I'm not a sorceress like Maleficent or know how to make weapons like you or Linkara. But don't say you're not important. You are very important to Nani and the others. To Critic and the others back at our base. And to me." said Grimhilde.

She paused blushing as she realized what she'd just said. But she continued.

"I care about you Ace. I know we haven't spoken much before we were trapped in here but I've come to realize I want to know you more. You're one of the most courageous, strong, selfless, and intelligent girls I've ever met. Don't put yourself down like that. Because of you we rescued Chick, Morpheus, and Patch last time. You're the hero of this story. And when we get out of here Critic and the others will tell you the exact same thing." said Grimhilde.

She believed they would be rescued. But she just wasn't exactly sure when.

Ace shrugged "True, it's not a very nice prospect." Ace listened to Grimhilde's speech and felt herself blushing and grinning more than she had ever thought was possible. "Oh, you're too kind. It... It did hurt Nani though." Her face fell for a minute "If she had been hurt I never would have forgiven myself." She then snapped out of it and looked at Grimhilde "Don't worry, I'm, sure that I could get us out of here. Hopefully. And don't be hard on yourself, you were the one who reassured us that the captives were still alive.

Grimhilde nodded.

"War rarely is. I'm just glad I'm not stuck in a cell alone. I've been alone for so long. But after meeting Maleficent, and you, and the rest of the army I don't know if I could go back to that lonely life. It felt so empty compared to now." said Grimhilde.

And it was the truth. While she still valued her beauty she had begun to realize it wasn't the most important thing if you had no one friends or family. She paused as Ace mentioned Nani had gotten hurt.

"Yes but you hurt Duke Nukem and Scar with your bombs. It was an accident. Nani wasn't badly hurt and she doesn't blame you. None of us do. Because of you we were able to free Morpheus from his cell as well as get the others back." said Queen Grimhilde.

She paused as she mentioned she reassured they were alive.

"Thanfkully I had my mirror to help us out. But the magic mirror only works for me when i summon him. He's useless to the rest of them. They have no idea if we're alright or not." said Queen Grimhilde.

She sighed as she turned to her with a shy grin. She knew there was no guarantee of them getting out of here. And if her days were numbered she was glad she would be spending them with Ace. She turned noticing how close she'd gotten to Ace without realizing it. She finally decided to take a chance despite believing Critic would come not sure if they'd all make it out. She leaned forward and pulled Ace into a kiss. She stopped and looked up at her. Before Ace could say anything Grimhile spoke first.

"I've grown fond of you while we were stuck here. I realized how wonderful you are, how beautiful you are, and how talented you are. And we don't know if Critic will make it here in time. We've angered enough of the army members they might kill us soon. If that happens I want to spend what little time I have left with you." said Grimhilde.

She blushed waiting for her answer.

Ace had never really been kissed on the lips before. She felt her body become electrifying. She didn't respond for a moment, just soaking in the kiss. And then Grimhilde stopped and pulled away, and Ace didn't want that, because it just felt so right and nice. So she scrambled over and kissed her back. It was intoxicating, and she didn't want to stop, and then she had to to breath. She smiled at her "Does that answer your question?"

Grimhilde smiled as Ace returned the kiss as she smiled as Ace spoke again.

"Yes it does. If we survive this and make it out we should go do something fun. Like go to the beach or something. Being from a different time period I'm not exactly sure what there is to do for fun around here. I usually read books or had parties in my time when I wanted to have some fun. But I suppose that's not romantic is it. What would you want to do?" said Grimhilde.

Ace stretched out her sore legs and cuddled up close to Grimhilde's body. She had nice hips and some nice b- suddenly she moved her eyes to meet Grimhilde's. She snuggled up even closer, the perfume smelt beautiful "I'd just like to go to the beach, watch the sea, see you in a bathing suit, that sounds sick, but you're beautiful. And maybe go in the water. But, just spending time with you would be great."

Grimhilde smile cuddling up to Ace as well. She was gorgeous and was glad she'd found her. She just wished she'd realized this sooner before they'd been locked up in a cage.

"The beach sounds lovely. And you're beautiful too. I'd be happy doing anything I suppose just as long as I'd be with you." said Grimhilde.

She smiled taking her hand grateful there was no guards. They didn't stay long thinking they couldn't get out of their cells. And for now the guards were right. But she was sure they'd get out eventually.

Ace wiped away a bit of dirt from her jacket, then examined Grimhilde's beautiful hand. She gently kissed it and then gazed at the lock, trying to work out if she could use her skeleton key to try and prise it open. But even then, she would have to take on the entire house. "Love you too. And I'm getting you out of here. All of them, but in particular, you."

Grimhilde smiled as she kissed her hand blushing a little. She nodded as Ace would get them all out.

"I'm sure we will try. But we should save who we can. Critic and the others will come back for the rest if we can't save them all. But in our condition we won't be able to put up much of a fight especially without weapons. So if guards come we might have to leave some behind even though I don't want to." said Grimhilde.

She smiled enjoying their time together for the moment. She just hoped Dark Nella and the others didn't change their minds about killing anyone for awhile. She knew Critic and the others would rescue them but it would take time. And the first rescue attempt they'd tried for Chick and Morpheus had resulted in Patch's capture who was now a traitor having joined the villains. She couldn't believe he'd do that. She sighed focusing back on Ace.

"I think night would be best fo an escape plan. Most of them will be asleep or training. Be easy to sneak out. They'll be expecting an attack but won't expect an escape. What do you think?" said Grimhilde.
