Where is this character from?: The Matrix Francise
Why did you pick him/her: Because he's really badass with action moves and he has a very sexy voice <3. Plus I just love his mysteriousness

Personality: Quiet, stealthy, patient, opinionated, fatherly, determinded and brave. Morpheus is the kind of guy you want advice from and one to talk to when you're stressed. He's kindhearted and very sympathetic. However he is very stubborn and he has a very blind faith about many things. He is very independant and believes that any one can be free and have the power of choice. He hates people not allowed to have a opinion and encourages anyone to keep their opinions. He's very tough and stern when needed and is often very brave and wise.
He does have the keen sense of maturity so because of this he often speaks in a specifically cryptic way. He is very willing to risk his life to save others and has a soft spot for children. His quiet personality often leaves people wondering about him making him a mysterious figure. He's also known for prefering plans and stradagies rather than immediately duke it out but when needed he will fight
History: As legend tells, He was a man born in a dream-world called The Matrix. He was happy but when the truth was shown to him he felt the pain and misery of unknown human slavery. He became determinded to fight againest the Matrix and as a result became a captain of his own ship. He had a romantic relationship with a woman named Niobe and he was usually very successful in his leadership qualities but when he met a unhuman ally source called The Oracle who told him he would be in search of the one. He spent nearly the rest of his life looking for him
After years of searching he in fact did find the one, a man named Neo and trained him to fight properly againest the matrix. His training proved well as when he did get captured one time in the matrix, Neo rescued him with the help of Trinity(A girl he saved from the matrix sometime ago). Unfortunately when the war reached its climax, Neo died in the process of saving their world. The war was over but Morpheus lost a friend and Trinity(Who was like a daughter to him).
He grieved but not until one day some source pulled him out of reality or at least HIS reality and brought him here to our world. He is now on the side of only the truth and is working hard to find others to go againest the Critic's enemy

His home was at Zion, his lovely metal source of what people called a city. He was reminded of the Matrix which looked quite like Chicago when he watched this place. He didn't say that aloud though, he was glad to be able to protect the young minds that joined the critic. Youth was a powerful thing in Morpheus' book.
