As she lay flat in her bed, Maleficent’s fingers tapped incessantly against the blanket covering her, the closest she could come to pacing in her current condition. Oh, she was bored. So, so bored. Piles of books stood tall next to her bed, each one having been read a minimum of three times. She was bored of them and unable to get up to retrieve a new one, as well as unable to call one of her allies to do it for her – to her knowledge, they were off training, something she envied them for. Sleep wasn’t an option either – the dark fairy was haunted by a constant discomfort which made relaxing next to impossible.

To say that Maleficent was frustrated would be putting it mildly. She wasn’t certain she could go another month of straight bed rest without going insane, unable to do the most basic of tasks. There was only so much of the four walls of her bedroom that she could take.

Maleficent’s musings were interrupted by the sound of Jasmine’s voice, saying she had Diablo with her and asking if she was awake.

“I’ve been awake since before you left, princess. You may enter if you wish.”

Though she was normally a solitary creature (with the exception of Diablo’s company, of course), Maleficent bit back a smile as she spoke. Finally, something to alleviate her boredom. She held out a hand for her raven and hid a wince at the discomfort it caused.

“To what do I owe this visit?”

Tony smirked "OK. I get it. Regardless, I think you know what I mean" Tony then awaited Linksano's decision. While Splinter watched his son try to get started on pagers and Cinema Snob with Critic being as patient as they can be. Sherlock Holmes though had to comment "Linksano. Dare I ask if the cameras were hidden, that way the enemy does not know where they are and destroy them"

As the children and Morpheus went to the kitchen, Spoony awaited for Linkara. He could tell his best friend was upset and he wanted to try and be more comforting. He walked away from the portal and went to the couch again to talk to Linkara "Hey come on. I know you're upset and trust me, those assholes hurt me too. You can handle this guy Vyce and his goons"

"All right then, let's go."Linkara went over to the portal and went through with Spoony. He then turned to Spoony as his friend made a proclamation "But that's just it Spoony. I. Can't. I-I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I could handle Mechakara, Vyce kicked my ass the first time we met, and it was only by a lot of luck we managed the other two times. Ah well." He then turned to see Harvey, gazing at the others folornly, while JO akwardly patted him on the back. Also there was Paw, who just stared sadly.

Rolly continued hugging Darla . He was never gonna let one bad thing ever happen to her. Rolly would get himself killed just in order to save Darla if he needed too.

Cadpig finally came out of her room. Her fur was a mess, her eyes all bloodshot like she had been crying for a very, very, very, long time.

Rainbow Dash sat by Kiara. "I don't know but we have to do something I say we just fly over there and fight them and take back our friends and family" Rainbow said. She was sick and tired of seeing these people get taken away from where they really belonged.

The fair girl couldn't help but to feel useless and a bit guilty. Belle remained quiet. She didn't understand what most everyone was talking about - only just begining to understand the ways of this war and the far advanced technology that went with it. By all means, her allies felt as if they had failed. Belle wished she had stayed behind. Even if she was captured too, she sure would have been able to try and stop the whole thing. Maybe she wasn't cut out to single handedly bring peace.

Belle shook of her doubts, noticing that some of the kids were starting to loose it. Her mocha eyes fell upon a new group that was forming, supposably to look at some video footage. Now, the French princess couldn't say she was completely understanding of the security system thing. Belle looked back at the young ones. It would be easier on her to help with them - she knew she could at least do that. As she watched the little brigade shuffled into the kitchen, Belle reached for a bookshelf that was left alone and plucked a story at random. Maybe she could read to the trouble youths. I seemed to bring people around the castle together.

The princess entered the kitchen and placed her book on a counter. She offered a small smile to the kids and then looked over to the adults, telling them she was there to help out.

A small weasel bot loomed about the entire time. Broadcast was prowling the floor, listening to it all. It was Broadcast who was seen, but his movements were focused and cunning, a clear sign that he was not home, but his master was in control. Starscream heard of the capture, at first uninterested but then became aware that the human female he'd met before was amoung the taken. He wasn't sure why, but that made him angry. He had to admit, now this was his bussiness too. The camera Decepticon crawled across the ground, looking for any discussion of what was to be done about this - so that he may offer his personal advice.

[Dr. Linksano/Wayne Schlumper]

Jasmine came in with Diablo flying behind her. Jasmine hoped she didn't take it too bad. But if that was Aladdin or her father over there she'd feel really awful. And she already did. Iheart and the others were her friends. It had only been a month and she hadn't hung out with much of them aside from battles but she wanted them to be safe.

"We're sorry to bother you but we were attacked while we were away." thought Diablo.

Jasmine sighed and took over.

"The few who stayed behind from training besides yourself were captured. Iheart, Freckles, Rachel, Lottie, Nani, Chester, Ace, and.... Queen Grimhilde." said Jasmine.

"We came to tell you right away. We know you were close with the queen." thought Diablo.

Linksano activated the cameras as they began rolling.

"Looks like we finally get to see what happened." said Linksano.

He paused as several cameras turned on. One of the porch, one of the living room, one upstairs, and one of the back yard. He watched as they began to play horrified at the images. Queen Grimhilde had been smart enough to give everyone weapons from his secret stash. He had thought Vyce and the others had stolen the weapons at first. Queen Grimhilde and Ace were quickly taken captured on the front porch by Kaa and Seven. Myotismon froze Rachel and Lottie upstairs while Vyce and Terl kidnapped Chester, Iheart, and Freckles. Nani was taken by Ruber and D.H. after going outside. He slammed his fist onto the table in frustration seeing them all dragged out onto the porch and seein Grimhilde hypontized was kind of creepy. He paled as Chester shoved Iheart and Freckles out of Vyce's grasp. However Seven threatened his life which Terl backed up and she let herself get captured again. Then they all vanished from the cameras.

"I can't believe it. That's the bravest I've seen Chester be. He could have gotten himself killed." said Linksano.

Stone also was shocked at the news.

"At least they're alright. Well aside from Chester getting knocked out." said Stone.

Ma-Ti sighed in relief at least knowing Iheart wasn't hurt. He was shocked at Chester's bravery but knew he'd do the same if he had been there. He'd have to talk to Faciler wondering if he was behind this. He wasn't with the group but he wouldn't put it past the sorceror to capture Iheart to make sure Ma-Ti didn't doublecross him.

"They're safe. We got to get them back." said Ma-Ti.

He turned and began walking to the door.

Dr. Tease stood shocked at the information. She turned away unable to look at it.

"We must start a rescue plan at once. And update our weapons and security so this doesn't happen again." said Dr. Tease.

She pulled out her notebook writing some notes so she'd remember.

Tender Heart just stood shocked at the news. Seeing Chester's selflessness had surprised him and made him feel glad there was still people in the world especially in the army that cared so much. He saw Ma-Ti walk out and stopped.

"Ma-Ti don't go. You'll just end up trapped with the others. We need to form a plan." said Tender Heart.

Chick sighed with a frown.

"We rescue Nella and get even more hostages. Can't something go right for a change?" said Chick.

She was relieved none of them were seriously hurt. She nodded.

"Dr. Tease and Tender Heart are right. As much as I want to go rushing in again that didn't work out so well. We didn't get Patch or Goggles and barely got out with Nella. We need a plan." said Chick.

Marzgurl, Mrs. Potts, Nella, and Rogue watched shocked at the news.

"Iheart's just a kid. Freckles is just a puppy. If they wanted to take someone they should have taken me." said Rogue.

She sighed wiping the tears from her face. No wasn't the time to get emotional. They needed a plan. But that would take time. Hopefully Iheart and the others still had that time.

"I'll go check on the children." said Mrs. Potts.

She was emotional at the news and left to help Morpheus and Elisa walking out the door.

Nella sighed shaking her head.

"We have to rescue them. But Nostalgia Chick's right. Without a plan we'd just be walking into danger." said Nella.

Marzgurl nodded glancing at Critic and Snob since they were the leaders.

"You got any ideas?" asked Marzgurl.

Elisa nodded glad Belle had stayed behind as well.

"We'll rescue them all. But we need a good plan first. We tried rescuing some friends without a plan. We only saved one of them and we nearly got caught ourselves. But don't worry. We'll get them back." said Elisa.

She paused trying to lift their spirits even for a little bit.

"Come. Why don't we all sit down here. Maybe I could read you a story. Or Belle could." said Elisa.

She smiled knowing Belle loved books and would enjoy helping the children even if it only helped them for a little while.

A few minutes later Mrs. Potts came downstairs and smiled at Belle glad she wasn't alone here. As she went into the kitchen to help make some tea and help out Morpheus seeing he was getting food ready.

Sherlock and Donny stayed perfectly quiet and watched the tape with complete anticipation as well as Splinter. Tony turned to Bruce and murmured "OK realistic guy, you know what I mean. I'm just glad you're staying here" Tony then watched the tape and swallowed uncomfortably. He was also unsure about the captives fates

Spoony turned to Linkara as they were now in the lab. Spoony frowned feeling bad that his best friend was insecure about himself. He whispered to Linkara "Come on. Don't talk like that. You killed the entity. If you can handle that you can handle this" Spoony paled as Chester was shown to willingly risk his life and growled slightly as the villains captured all the captives. He turned to Critic and replied "Yeah dude. Any ideas?" He would offer some but he wasn't sure what to say

Cinema Snob pondered and replied "Well we clearly got some alarms on the way and other things but I doubt they'll kill our captives just yet, so we have some time. Maybe they'll ransom them or something but right now we do need a battle plan" He turned to his leader and partner and replied "OK Critic. Any ideas?"

Critic watched the tapes with concern and strict attitude. He then saw Ma-Ti go to leave but luckily the care bear stopped him. This was the rare moment where he was glad to have a care bear around. Critic then listened to all ask what to do and replied with a tad of uncertainity "Well clearly we can't rush in. The last time we did that ended up nearly getting the whole army killed. I guess we'll have to send a message to Ask Thatguy, kinda like what he did to us sometime ago and tell him that we're getting a battle done around a couple of weeks and if they don't surrender the captives, we'll force deadly attacks"

"Sounds good and all Critic but how the hell are we going to train for that? The kids are downstairs and they're too young to fight besides, some of us still need to know what weapons we use!" Cinema Snob objected

"You didn't let me finish, Snob. Linkara, Marzgurl, you and I will lead the fighting team to distract the villains while Chick and Spoony lead the remaining soilders to get the prisoners" Critic then turned to see Harvey completely depressed and then saw some others getting anxious so he replied "Anyone can volunteer for the captive team but make sure to consider fighting too"

Morpheus turned to Bella and smiled to her, also grateful for her coming by to help the two adults with the kids. Morpheus then beemed cheerfully when Elisa suggested Belle reading a story "Excellient idea Elisa. I think a story read by belle sounds good. If that is alright with you belle?" He asked this so the woman wouldn't feel forced, it seemed unlikely but he wanted to make sure she had a choice in the matter

Lilo turned to belle and smiled to her. She then turned to Elisa and nodded to her suggestions "A story sounds fun. I'm open for any type of story. It's better than worrying constantly"

Darla turned to Rolly and replied quietly "I hope freckles is ok. If those villains hurt her, I'll..." She then heard Elisa and while with rolly still she nodded in agreement. Then she saw Cadpig and smiled weakly to her, she was glad at least Cadpig was ok and safe from the captive team.

"Yeah. I wish. What good would it do though? The villains mean business and the adults are gonna handle it now. It's a bad idea to go off by ourselves sorry to say" Kiara commented to Rainbow. She then heard elisa's idea and replied, trying to forget the horrible mess "Sure! Sounds fun!"

"Reading a story? No offense because I am sure you're an awesome reader. But, just forgetting about this is a bad idea. If You're not gonna do something about this then I will. I'll be back with all the prisoners in 50 seconds time me if you want" Rainbow said heroicly flying off .

Rolly let's go of Darla allowing her to hug Cadpig if she wanted. Rolly tackles Rainbow to the ground. "Hey what are you doing let me up". Rainbow Dash growled to Rolly. "Rainbow, you're a real fighter, we love having fighters on our team, but there's fighting for your family and friends and a cause and then there's fighting a lost cause. I know how you're feeling I mean my sister and my brother are there. But, you don't just run into something you know nothing about, it's not safe. We need to just relax and let the adults think of a plan" Rolly said.

"But,,,,,,,, what if,,,,,,, what if they never do................what then huh ? What then?" Rainbow Dash said.

Rolly got off Rainbow and hung his head sadly as some tears flowed down his cheeks.

Edith was nearby crying she really needed someone right now.

Kovu sat close beside her at a loss of what he could do.

For the first few seconds, all Maleficent could do was blink at Diablo and Jasmine, convinced that she had heard them wrong.

“Grimhilde’s gone?” she echoed in a voice that was raspier than it should have been. “But I – that’s impossible! I’ve been awake this whole time! If there was a struggle, I would have heard it!”

First Patch and now Grimhilde… it couldn’t be true. Determined to prove to both her allies and herself that she was right, Maleficent sat up and tried to leave the bed only to be reminded of her injuries by an excruciating jolt in her side. She let out a small, pained yelp and glared at the bandaged area, hating it more than ever. Anger, frustration, and most of all, a feeling of utter helplessness began to stir within her heart. If it wasn’t for that sneak attack, she would have been able to fight Ask ThatGuy’s forces off and Grimhilde would be safe. Now there was nothing she could do – she couldn’t even leave this cursed bed without feeling like she was going to drop dead, much less try to recover her captured allies.

“Why didn’t they come for me too?”

The question was more to herself than anyone in the room, but Maleficent would have gladly welcomed an answer. Surely even wounded as she was, the Mistress of All Evil was a tempting target for the other side?

"mmhm" the doctor nods his head before glancing at the others "I'm going Tony" Bruce said "you know the Hulk will be fine nothing can kill him. You know that right? Wound him? Yes, but he heals faster then you can blink a eye" Bruce's brow furrows "I'm a hero Tone" he says still frowning "and heroes don't just sit by and wait while there friends are captured"

Kiara felt bad for her best friend. Rainbow was clearly trying to help but going off was dangerous. Kiara turned to Kovu and grinned to him sadly, relieved that Zira or Scar didn't come by to grab him forcefully. Kiara replied "Rainbow. Listen. I'd rather have you angry with the team then you getting hurt. If nothing successful happens they'll kill you when you're alone. You know that"

"Kiara's right" Lilo replied angerily "You don't think we don't get it rainbow? I lost my sister! What makes you think I don't care?! Huh? What makes you think I am LIKING to wait and sit here. I'm only staying because my sister wouldn't want me KILLED" Lilo then ran into Elisa's arms and cried, trying to contain the rage she had againest rainbow dash. Unlike kiara, lilo thought rainbow was just being pushy.

Darla though went over to Rolly and replied to him gently "Good job. The last thing we need is another friend lost" She then saw him beginning to cry. Againist her better instincts, she kissed/licked his cheek tenderly and tried to comfort him as good as she could.

Tony grabbed Bruce on the arm. Tony snapped quietly "What if you don't huh? What if you DO for some reason get killed? What if they capture you too? Why can't you just stay here so I don't have to cry myself at night at the fact I lost the chance to help you?" He then realized this would make bruce angry and released his grip. He sighed trying to calm down and replied "I know you can do it, I wouldn't be here feeling safe if I didn't but the villains are tough and I know you're a hero and heroes don't stay behind but they don't go out by themselves and do completely foolish things" He had no idea he was being the reasonable one for once, tony assumed it was just the concern for his friend and lover but something about it made him worry

Critic then replied to the others "Whatever happens though. We will need to stick together and not go by ourselves" His gaze turned to ma-ti and a few other soilders. He then replied "Look I know you're all scared for them, so am I but the last thing we need is more captives or worse... dead soilders" He winced at the word dead and turned to the others waiting for their response

[Nostalgia Chick]

Ma-Ti sighed hearing Tender Heart and then Critic. He rejoined the group reluctantly passing Mrs. Potts on her way downstairs.

"They took her away. First Goggles, now Iheart and the others. We keep losing people. If something happens to her...."

He trailed off collapsing into a chair furious, sad, and scared. He had no idea if Facilier would keep her safe. Dark Heart and Mechakara wanted Iheart dead. Who's to say they'd keep them alive? After all they rescued Chick, Morpheus, and Patch from there. And Patch had decided to rejoin them. He sighed looking at Critic with a mixture of fear, and anger.

"I feel so helpless. I should have been here to protect her." said Ma-Ti.

Chick frowned at his reaction. She knew they were all feeling it. She glanced at Critic hoping he could calm him down.

"Go talk to him. He listens to you." whispered Chick.

Tender Heart smiled glad Ma-Ti had stayed. But he could feel how much he was hurting and it broke his heart. There had to be a way to get Iheart, and the others free and quickly.

Rogue sighed shaking her head.

"Those creeps are going to pay. No one messes with my friends." said Rogue.

Linksano sighed shaking his head.

"We need more training. As well as a plan. Our newer members can help us train. Iron Man and Rogue are some of the best fighters we've got now. And with Morpheus still recovering we need all the help we can get right now." said Linksano.

He paused hearing Snob's claim.

"We should leave the kids out of it. If I have to trap them in a forcfield temporarily I will. They shouldn't be out there. The last two rescue missions we barely made it out of there. We can't put those kids through that. Or worse have them get captured." said Linksano.

"He's right. Some of us will just stay behind and keep an eye on the kids. Make sure they're safe and calm while we bring them back." said Roses.

"I'm going with the rescue group this time. I haven't been in many of the fights yet and I want in. Maybe we should capture some villains while we're at it. That way if we don't get all of them we'd have something to bargain with." said Marzgurl.

"That sounds like a good idea Nella. I guess it shouldn't be someone too powerful but important enough they would want them back." said Stone.

Dr. Tease remained quiet writing notes down listening to the conversation. She really didn't have anything else to say. She just felt bad Iheart and the others were taken.

Nella sighed glancing at Ma-Ti walking over to him. She put a hand on his shoulder.

"Don't worry Ma-Ti. You guys saved me. We can save Goggles, Iheart, and the others. We will save them." said Nella.

Jasmine nodded sadly.

"Yes. Grimhilde and the others were taken. We don't know what happened. But they're all gone. The place was a wreck downstairs and swords were laying everywhere. They didn't go quietly but it looks like they were all taken." said Jasmine.

She paused hearing Maleficent's question and sighed.

"We don't know. I assumed you sealed your room off with magic. Maybe they just didn't know you were up here. They only targeted the group that was in the living room." said Jasmine.

"They're watching the recording right now. We just came to tell you in person." thought Diablo.

She paused as Maleficent tried to get up as Jasmine frowned rushing over to her. Maleficent laid back down on her own. She was glad they hadn't taken her. In this state she wouldn't have been able to fight them off and she'd probably have been killed. Maleficent was one of their most powerful members after all.

"Don't worry. I'm sure Critic and the others will be making a plan as we speak. They won't let Iheart, Grimhilde, and the others stay prisoners." said Jasmine.

Elisa watched saddened as the kids started arguing about the problem.

"Listen to your friends Rainbow. We can't rush off into danger. We tried that once and barely made it out of there with Nella. Iheart's one of my friends. They're all our friends or family over there. We're not going to let them get away with this. But we need a plan or we'll end up joining them or... worse." said Elisa.

When Lilo ran over and hugged her she hugged back feeling sorry for her. The poor girl lost her parents at a young age, her best friend was still in her universe, and now her sister was kidnapped.

"Don't worry Lilo. We'll get your sister back. She's tough. No way can those creeps hold her forever." said Elisa, trying to cheer her up.

Mrs. Potts came in with some vanilla ice cream and drinks setting it on the table. So people could get what they wanted. She smiled at the children.

"Cheer up children. It's not hopeless. We'll get them back. And those villains will regret taking anyone from our army once Mr. Critic and the others get through with them." said Mrs. Potts.

Bruce sighs but pulls Tony back and kisses him hard on the lips before pulling away "You won't lose me baby" Bruce said pulling his lover into a hug burying his face into the others shoulder "i swear if i felt i-the other guy could't do this i would't even dream of going" he mumbles into the others shoulder.

Rainbow Dash sadly looked at Lilo. She wasn't trying to be "Pushy" Rainbow Dash was only just kinda scared. She didn't really handle terror too well. "Listen, I am really sorry if I really upset you. I really am. Rainbow said putting a consoling hoof on Lilo. "I really am sorry I was just scared, I never have been able to handle terror really well. " Rainbow Dash said hoping Lilo would accept her apology. Edith walked over to Lilo and hugs her friend tightly.

Kovu takes the opportunity to sit next to Kiara as he sees her alone.

Rolly licks Darla back on the cheek and then grabs Cadpig and Darla in a great big hug.
