Personality: He is a ruthless criminal mastermind, and his plans, though sometimes bizarre, are nevertheless dangerous and sadistic. Fat Cat hates dogs and several of his schemes have been attacks against them. The only thing he hates more than dogs are the Rescue Rangers, which he always tries to get rid of using an elaborate and slow method, rather than killing them immediately. The complexity of his plans usually ends up being his downfall. He's similar to Ratigan in that regard where his complex traps give the heroes time to escape and stop his plans.
History:
He acted liked a pampered cat until his owner was arrested for crimes. He ran a criminal gang without his owner's knowledge and with his owner gone he kept running it. His plots were generally to get rich so he could continue in the rich lifestyle he's used to. He would order his henchmen to steal money, jewelry, or other valuable objects. Fat cat and his gang usually ran into the Rescue Rangers and often captured them. But they always escaped and they defeated them every time they ran into him. When Fat Cat was pulled into a new world he allied with the villain army hoping for a chance to get rich. Or at least head back home to try again in his world.

Enemies: cops; Chip; Dale; Gadget; Monterey Jack; Zipper; Nostalgia Critic & army.
