Day Of A Trashcan (Rita)

[Linkara]

(OCC, Set on January 3rd. Closed to Linkara and Rita)

He loved this. The air, the grass.... that dead cat lying in a corner. Linkara was out of the house, and he had brought his morphin coin. Just in case.

Strangely he felt he was being watched, and lo and behold, there was.

"You".

[Rita Repulsa]

Rita Repulsa had been walking along the border to get out of the house. She soon spotted a man wandering around. She expected he was a Power Ranger or someone else on the Critic's side. Not many people would be walking around here. She began watching him. But then he turned and spotted her.

"You!"

She was a little disappointed. He wasn't a Power Ranger and didn't appear to look like a warrior. But he seemed to recognize her. He must be one of the Critic's allies which meant he could be genius of their group. If she wiped him out it would weaken the Critic's forces before they even attacked. But he was only a mortal. What could this fool do against her?

"Have you lost your way? I can help you find it." said Rita.

[Linkara]

Linkara raised his eyebrows "Rita Repulsa. Enemy of the Power Rangers. Weird, I thought you might have more sense to join with Ask that guy, he's just using you." He knew for a fact that Rita was dangerous but he felt bold and dangerous. Nothing was going to stop him. "I haven't lost my way. I'm standing with the Critic, I'm prepared to kill you or any allies. So, bring it on."

Did I really say that to a mad sorceress? He was screwed. But he had his power coin. He was going to give her a fight.

[Rita Repulsa]

Rita frowned. The nerve of him. Challenging her, and then insulting her by saying she'd willingly become someone's slave. After working for Lord Zedd and Dark Specter she'd be no one's lackey anymore. It was a partnership. If Ask That Guy tried to turn on her she wouldn't hesitate in a second to wipe him out. She shook her head focusing back on the fight. The fool was trying to distract her. But she wouldn't fall for it.

"You know who I am, and still want to challenge me? Then you have the nerve to try and insult me? I only serve myself." said Rita.

She raised her staff and sent a blast of energy towards Linkara.

[Linkara]

Oh shit Pulling out a mirror (He had big pockets) he reflected the blast. "It's morphin time!!" Pulling out his Green Power Coin he yelled

"DRAGONZORD!!!!!

It was the green ranger. Carrying his dagger, he was truly a sight to behold. He may have been a little portlyer than Tommy Oliver, but he was still threatening.

"Come on Rita, I need some practise!"

(OCC, can you send some putties and tengu's please Rita?)

[Rita Repulsa]

Rita paled seeing him morph into the Green Power Ranger. A reminder of her first major failure against the rangers.

"So you're the new Green Ranger? Let's see if you're as good as your predecessor." said Rita.

She laughed as she slammed her staff into the ground. 15 Putty Patrollers appeared in gray flashes of energy. 15 Tenga Warriors appeared in flashes of black energy. She stepped back a little weakened but not as before. She smiled seeing each time it didn't affect her as much.

"Destroy the Green Ranger!" said Rita.

[Linkara]

"Okay. It's time to fight" Pulling out his dagger, he ran towards the Putty Patrollers. He slashed one in the chest, then lept up with a "Hiiiiiiiiigggggghhhhhhh Ya!!" and chopped down a couple more.

The Tengu's and putty's ran at Linkara, who was winded. "Alrighty, taste my gun, suckers!!!" He fired off 7 bullets, each one killing a tengu. So that was 10 Puttys and 8 Tengu's. He started to play his flute, directing a ray. This blew up part of the ground, destroying most of the enemies.

And finally he raised the dagger and blew out lightning. This ended the other henchmen, as Linkara threw one last dagger at the last Tengu.

"Was that all you could manage? Any monsters you've got left?"
He was getting to be a little overconfident.

[Rita Repulsa]

(ooc: If this isn't alright I can edit it out to be more Putties and Tengas instead.)

"Feeling confident now are we? Well let's see how you handle the next one." said Rita.

She snapped her fingers as Putty appeared before her. She then pulled out a small object from her pocket handing it to Putty. The Putty raised it into the air revealing it was a Badge of Darkness. It transformed into a clone of the Green Ranger only its gloves and boots were black. And it held the Sword of Darkness in its hands.

"Let's see if you can fight him!" said Rita.

She cackled stepping aside as the Green Mutant Ranger lunged towards Linkara.

[Linkara]

"Oh, this is interesting" Linkara was suprised. A duplicate? This.... was going to be hard. Oh well.

"Charge!!" He ran towards the clone, dagger outstreched. He pulled out his gun and quickly shot at the ground. Pulling off his helmet, he smashed down the dagger on his head.

(OCC, going to have to help me out. Was he in an episode?)

[Rita Repulsa]

The Green Mutant Ranger jumped dodging the blast from Linkara's gun. Before he could respond Linkara had slashed his helmet with the dragon dagger.

"What are you waiting for? Get him!" shouted Rita from the sidelines.

The Green Mutant Ranger turned to Linkara.

"You've a lot better than I expected. Nice to have a challenge. But you're not going to defeat me." said Green Mutant Ranger.

He lunged at Linkara raising the Sword of Darkness into his hand.

(ooc: If you want to drag this out you could destroy the sword of darkness like with the magic gun in your next post, and they could spar with the dragon daggers. Or feel free to kill him if you want.)

[Linkara]

Pulling out his gun, Linkara raised it and fired at the sword of Darkness. "Let's duel our daggers. If you think your hard enough!" He was enjoying this.

[Rita Repulsa]

Rita frowned at the sword's destruction but continued to watch.

"Destroy him!" shouted Rita.

"As you command Empress." said the Green Mutant Ranger.

The Green Mutant Ranger charged at Linkara as the two daggers clashed as they continued sparring.

[Linkara]

Roaring out his battle cry "I am a Man!!!!", Linkara used the dagger to drive it into the gut of his enemy. He hoped that the ranger would fall.

[Rita Repulsa]

The Green Mutant Ranger gasped as the dagger went through his suit. He collapsed to the ground dropping the dagger as it and his suit vanished in a flash of green energy. The Putty left behind soon collapsed to the ground and vanished in a golden flash of energy. The green badge of darkness vanished from the ground and reappeared in Rita's hand.

"So you're much stronger than I thought. Let's see if you can handle a monster." said Rita.

Rita blasts a tree making it come to life. Branches lunged towards Linkara as roots sprang up from the ground. Rita laughed watching the display.

[Linkara]

"Oh come on!" Linkara bravely lept at the tree. "I am a man!!!" He punched the tree, it hurt.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH" he silently screamed. Okay that is it He lept at the monster as he slashed at the head with the dagger.
