Linkara sighed as he turned around his hiding position "Look, would it help if I said I was sor-" He was cut off when the fire attacked. He was covered in ash and soot, but he was un hurt apart from his pride. "Apparently not" He murmured, as he climbed the tree, he was already thinking that maybe giving up wasn't such a bad idea. Once he reached the top, he shouted out to her "Look, I just wanted to show I'm not terrible at fighting and I'm not a coward. But I don't want a fight and I want you to have unleash all the pain and suffering on the other side. So, I'm sorry" He prepared for the blast to kill him.

Maleficent paused in her air strike long enough to hear Linkara's words. Shaking her head in a combonation of disbelief and amusement, she descended to the ground once more, where she quickly changed back to her natural form. Once that was done, the fairy looked up and him and smirked.

"Fool," she remarked. "You think I would kill you here? This is but a training session, and besides that, you and I are allies." Not wanting to appear softhearted, she quickly added, "That doesn't mean I'm not capable of it."

At this, she turned to glance at the people who had been watching her and Linkara fight.

"Don't you all have training of your own to do?"

[Pushing Up Roses]

Jasmine nodded as she got up.

"I guess the branches aren't strong enough to hold too much weight. I'm glad I figured this out now instead of during a battle. But you're right. I just need more practice. Too bad we don't' have more time." said Jasmine.

She sighed before going back to practicing with the whip. She hoped her training would pay off in battle.

Linksano smiled glad one of his attacks had actually worked. But Splinter was experienced and quick and had soon Linksano found himself on the ground.

"I guess I should stay focused on the battle and not what I'd just done." said Linksano.

He smiled as he stood up and ran at Splinter again swinging his weapon at him.

"So falling to the ground is part of your strategy?" asked Chick.

She smirked before offering a hand to pull him up.

"Come on. There's not much fun fighting someone on the ground." said Nostalgia Chick.

"I understand. Your enemy won't slow down or give second chances. But you're right. This is what's training for so I can be prepared for battle. Well as much as I can learn before the battle anyway." said Nani.

She smiled ready to try again. He was a good teacher. She hoped she could learn more from him after the first battle. After all a war didn't usually just have one battle. So there was always room for improvement.

Roses smiled as the two kept sparring. She saw Roses had blocked her attack in time. They were both getting better. This training was going great. She wiped the sweat from her forehead as she realized how thirsty and tired she was getting.

"Rachel you want to take a break? I'd like to get some water." said Roses.

[Linkara]

Linkara heard what Roses said. It sounded like a good idea. As he climbed down from the tree, he remarked "Fancy a break, Maleficent? Getting scared out of my wits- I mean, training takes a lot out of me." He hoped that she would say yes.

Maleficent caught Linkara’s momentary slip-up.

Scared out of your wits, are you?

The fairy bit down on her tongue to suppress an amused chuckle, but she could not quite resist the urge to further mock her former opponent.

“Do I frighten you, Linkara?” She put a hand to her chest and widened her eyes in a fashion that would have looked comical if tried by anyone else. “I hadn’t noticed.”

Looking Linkara up and down, she observed that he looked just as tired as she felt and nodded in answer to his question. There was no sense going on until the fainted from exhaustion – that was for the real fights.

“A rest would be lovely, yes. I wouldn’t say no to something cold to drink either.”

Despite the crisp January air, Maleficent’s body had grown quite warm from training, and she desired to cool it down once more.

"Sure let 's take a break . I'm soo tired now .also kind of thirsty ." Rachel said . The spoiled woman realised that she was tired now from all the training . her forehead was sweating so she wiped the sweat off her forehead before realising that she is so thirsty . Rach nodded taking a break from training was actually pretty good idea. Her green eyes were tired and her brown hair with blonde stripes blew to her side .

Rach yawned a little bit with her closed mouth . She streched her hands and shook her body a little bit and waited for Roses that they will both take a break .

Roses nodded turning to the rest of the group.

"Hey guys. Rachel and I are taking a break and getting some water. You're welcome to join us." said Roses.

She turned and headed to the porch dropping her bamboo stick next to the steps so no one will trip on it. She then heads inside to get something to drink.

Jasmine head Roses and had to admit she was getting thirsty herself.

"I think she's right. It's not like the battle's tomorrow anyway. We still have a couple days to train." said Jasmine.

She turned to Snob and smiled at him.

"Thanks for being my training partner." said Jasmine.

She smiled putting her whip on her shoulder as she headed towards the house.

Linksano stopped himself during his attack hearing Roses and nodded. He turned to Master Splinter and smiled.

"She's right. No point in wearing ourselves out now. We're going to need all our strength for the real battle. But I'm glad and honored I trained with you today." said Linksano.

Nani paused hearing Roses suggestion as she also headed inside.

"Morpheus thank you for training me. But I am thirsty. Perhaps we can train more today or tomorrow." said Nani.

Chick turned hearing Roses suggestion and smiled. It had been fun but she hadn't been this tired in awhile.

"Critic? You ready to call it a day? I know I could go for a glass of water and an air conditioned house." said Chick.

Rachel dropped her bamboo stick and hoped that one one will trip from it and then she went inside back into Critic 's house and took a glass and filled it with water and she drank it . Rach felt a little better and went to lay down on the sofa and rested . The spoiled woman waited for her friend Roses and the others that will come back here .

Then Rach said :"Guys where are you ? Are you coming in ?" Rachel said as her green eyes blinked and her brown hair with blonde stripes blew to her side. Then She yawned a little bit and closed her beautiful green eyes and laied down on the sofa to rest .
