"WHAT"? Cadpig said fully awake now. Cadpig begins to cry loudly. She couldn't lose Patch not now.Patch and Freckles were like the only family she had here. She moves close to Freckles.

"All this crying and planning isn't gonna get us that dog back I say we just find them and bring that puppy back. If we just sit around crying and wondering what we're going to do we're gonna be too late I say we just find him ready for action" Rainbow said.

"Without a proper plan or method of attack? It sounds to dangerous to do something like that if you ask me" Cadpig said.

[IHeart]

"As much as I want to get Patch back, we can't do it tomorrow. It's just too much, they'll probably come by and attack us anyway" Critic responded calmly to Chick. He turned to Linksano "Still, first thing we think of stradegy" Critic turned to Rainbow dash and shook his head "You know, I had the same type of idea you have rainbow, I understand it sucks to wait but if we go there without a plan, we'll get killed. I'm having no one get killed"

"Oh freckles I swear to god I'll find a way to get Patch back. I promise" IHeart responded calmly. Suddenly Cadpig's enterance came and IHeart moved over for cadpig to sit next to her sister. She felt awful. Cadpig and Freckles lose their brother and they did nothing to stop it. IHeart picked the two puppies up and responded "Shhh. I'm here guys, we'll get through this. It'll be ok. I promise. I know, let it out it's ok"

Spoony moved over to IHeart's free side and nodded in agreement to what IHeart said. Spoony responded "The two of you stay with any of the humans at all times now. When you need to go somewhere during the night, wake the person you're near and tell them. Don't go by yourself anymore ok?"

"That's another thing. Patch was alone. The damn metal coward went when he was by himself and defenseless. The scumbag" Snob commented harshly. He then heard Cadpig begin to cry and went softly "Don't worry cadpig we'll get him back"

Holmes put his work to the clues shown outside. Stone may not have seen it but there was more then met the eye. As he saw the boots, it clearly was Linkara's size but it lead to the woods which meant someone outside and not living here definitely came so it was definitely Mechakara who was responsible for patch's abduction. With the obvious documented in holmes' mind, he then saw another very strange clue. Dog footprints.

He then smirked seeing Stone follow him and replied softly "Stone my boy, tell me, do those look like dogprints to you? If so what does that tell you?"

[Nostalgia Chick]

Chick sighed realizing they were right.

"But we can't leave that puppy with them? It took weeks to get us last time. Patch may not have that long." said Chick.

She paused realizing two of his siblings were in the room.

"I mean we will rescue him. They won't hurt him. They need him for ransom or something like they did last time with Morpheus and me." said Chick.

She knew no ransom had been paid but the two of them didn't need to know that.

Freckles whined hearing that bursting into fresh tears as she let Iheart pet her. When Chick tried to apologize she nodded. Chick was just worried and she couldn't blame her. She was worried about Patch herself. She cuddled closer to Cadpig just wanting to be near her sister right now.

Linksano nodded.

"Alright. We'll start on a plan right away. But when do you want to go then? Chick is right. We can't wait forever to go after him." said Linksano.

Stone meanwhile stood outside seeing the dog prints.

"Either Mechakara brought a leash and forced him to go or the dog went with him willingly. This might not be a kidnapping. Patch could have switched sides." whispered Stone.

He didn't want to say anything and alarm Cadpig, Freckles, or the rest of them especially if he was wrong.

"Linksano's cameras maybe they picked up something so we could know for sure." said Stone.

[IHeart]

"We can't Chick. It's not that I don't want to it's that jumping in randomly will get us hurt. We'll start planning tommorrow while annoucing the bad news to the rest. I think we'll go in a couple of days if we're lucky" Critic responded as gently and patiently as possible. He was the leader of the team and what he said goed but still, Chick was concerned and honestly so was he. Patch could've been tortured and they didn't know it. He didn't say that part because cadpig and freckles were here

IHeart gave a very unsure look as Chick spoke but Freckles' whining about it made her have a knot in her stomach. She wanted to go out now just as much as Rainbow Dash and Chick did. It was not fair. Patch was too small to be captured like this. IHeart gently allowed freckles to go near cadpig again and just rubbed the backs of the pups. She turned to Spoony who was just as sad about the situation but he was speechless.

"Chick and Critic are both right. We can't move immediately but we can't wait forever. It's..." He saw freckles and cadpig there and responded cautiously "not right to go out there unprotected"

Holmes nodded "Precisely. Both cases are true. I'm afraid we will look at the evidence to find out. The cameras have the better eyes" Holmes then realized if they weren't right, it would give them a bad jerky observation to the others. Holmes whispered to him "We'll look at the evidence first then tell the others. Freckles and Cadpig are already upset, the last thing we need to tell those two is more bad news. They will have to be told slowly"

Cadpig lets Freckles snuggle close to her. "This is all my fault, I promised myself that nothing bad would ever happen to Patch ever again if I had been there I could have......" Cadpig cut herself off in mid sentence sobbing Freckles shoulder.

RD hated seeing the 2 sisters like this especially Cadpig who seemed to blame herself for this. Rainbow never had this kind of thing ever happen to her. And support never was really her type of thing. This Pegasus was all about action and danger. But, she couldn't just sit back and watch these 2 pups hearts be torn apart like this.

She flew down and puts a consoling hoof on Cadpig. "Hey, now don't think like that. There was nothing you could have done. You shouldn't blame yourself. You couldn't have stooped them. You may have even gotten hurt in the process. No one would have wanted that. Listen to me little pup, we're gonna get your brother back I promise." Rainbow Dash said trying her best to be the supportive one .

[Freckles]

Freckles smiled turning to Cadpig.

"At least they didn't get you too. I'd hate to be here alone worrying about both of you. We have each other and our new friends who'll help us get Patch back." said Freckles.

She was trying to be positive knowing she'd only start crying again if she didn't.

Chick saw Iheart and Rainbow Dash were trying to comfort the two puppies and she turned to Critic.

"Maybe we should have this discussion later. I don't want to upset them anymore. And if we're not going to do anything about it maybe we should try to get some sleep. Although I don't know if I will." said Chick.

Stone nodded glancing in at the room before turning to Stone.

"Perhaps we can pull Linksano with us. We can start forming a plan while we look at the cameras. If Patch is a prisoner we need to make a good plan to rescue him. But if he's not we need to be prepared." said Stone.

Paw, having listened to all Sherlock had said, quickly and quietly ascended the stars towards the camera mounted just above the room he slept in. Linkara had installed some sort of doo kickey thing that showed people the recordings of what was happening. He rewound the footage to about fifteen minutes ago. "Guys, I've got the footage ready for you if you want to see." He called out of the window.

[IHeart]

"Cadpig. Rainbow Dash is right. You can't blame yourself. You'll have Patch back here in no time and Freckles same with you. Now let's not worry and get some sleep. We're gonna need it in order to get all the stuff we need to cover tommorrow" IHeart responded assuringly. She turned to the others and had a sore feeling that Patch was probably in too much trouble to not worry about him

"Yeah. We'll not talk about it anymore. We'll deal with this later. We need rest, it's late" Critic responded adjusting his hat. He turned to IHeart and the others sadly. Unsure of what to think of anymore.

"I don't think we'll be sleeping but hey, worth a shot" Spoony commented dryly. Snob turned to him in slight agreement but kept his mouth shut

"Paw! Yes. We just heard from both linkara and linksano about the cameras. We will discuss this with the leaders tommorrow. I'm sure they'll be willing to listen. For now though, the three of us will keep what we know to ourselves" Holmes commented again.

"Right okay, sorry about that." Paw quickly paused the camera at the exact moment the either abduction/kidnapping/switching of sides/whatever took place. He then walked down the stairs to wear everyone was and walked over to Critic. "So what now? Do we just go back to bed, or do we PLAN?"

Linkara shrugged, looking utterly devastated. "it's my fault, I should have gotten a better camera system. This is the second time we've lost Patch, both times have been my stupid fault."

Harvey couldn't really say anything, he just akwardly patted him on the head.

Spoony turned to his friend and shook his head "We're not pointing fingers here Linkara. We can't. We didn't know. What good is it to blame?" Spoony said this to comfort all the people who were angry with themselves over Patch's capture. Spoony knew pretty much what was needed and this wasn't it.

Critic turned to Paw and replied calmly "We plan in the morning. Now isn't the time. We need rest" Critic then turned to the others and awaited some to follow him upstairs to get some sleep.

"Hey freckles and cadpig. If you wanna come over to my room to sleep with me you're more than welcome" IHeart responded to the two girl pups. She felt awful. She wished she could comfort the pups as much as she could but she didn't know what to say. She turned to Linkara and frowned at him only to make him know she didn't think what he said was true.

Holmes turned to Paw and patted the man's shoulder as they went inside. Once there he nodded to what paw asked but then frowned in acknowledgement. He along with the others needed a plan and to do that they needed to sleep. It was late and people were still sleeping

[Freckles]

Freckles turned to Iheart and nodded. She didn't want to leave her sister's side. She was partially afraid Cadpig would disappear too. Even though it was unlikely they'd return again tonight.

"What do you think Cadpig? I don't know if I feel safe sleeping alone right now." said Freckles.

Stone heard Paw and yawned.

"I think Holmes is right. We'll look at the cameras tomorrow. We'll have clearer heads and more sleep so we can focus better on what we're seeing." said Stone.

Chick sighed seeing she was outvoted. If they didn't make a plan soon she'd make a group of her own and go after them. She was sure Maleficent would join her in a heartbeat to rescue Patch. She definitely wasn't going to be happy in the morning hearing about this. She hoped she was asleep now. She wasn't sure she wanted to deal with an angry Maleficent on top of the two upset puppies.

Incredibly, Chick’s hopes were (for the moment, at least) one hundred percent true. Because of the fact that she was still recovering from the ritual she had performed on Ma-Ti’s ring two days prior, Maleficent’s sleep was deeper than was normal, and as such she had managed to sleep through the drama.

Unfortunately, it didn’t last. The voices in close proximity to her partially-open door made sure of that.

Imbeciles, Maleficent’s mind growled. Frowning, she lifted her head and tried to get her sleep-blurred eyes to focus. Do they realize what time it is? At the very least, they could have their discussion away from my door.

It was here Maleficent noticed that something was amiss – a quick glance at the floor revealed that Patch was not where he had been when she had fallen asleep. She raised an eyebrow but didn’t think much of it – perhaps he had simply needed something in the night – preferring to focus her energy on getting her idiot allies to be quiet.

The dark fairy stepped out of her room to do just that and became aware of the serious looks on their faces – the Dalmatian pups, Patch’s sisters, even looked like they had been crying. Maleficent’s frown deepened. Something was wrong.

“What’s going on?”

The question was directed at no one in particular, and she didn't care who spoke first so long as she got an answer.

[Nostalgia Critic]

No. No no no no NO! Critic thought as Maleficent entered the room. Great, now she was the one who had to know it. Critic got up and replied calmly but sternly "We've been intruded. Mechakara came back..." He let out a shaky gulp, knowing maleficent's anger would probably shake the whole house and then everyone would wake up. Critic didn't want that but he had no choice but to spill. He breathed again "And he took patch again"

"You both can stay together with me if you----" IHeart turned to see maleficent and she visibly paled at her arrivial. They awoken her and now she was involved. This was not happening. Please. This was NOT happening. She caressed the puppies before responding after critic confessed what was going on. She breathed "We're planning to get him back. We all just registered he disappeared. I was the first to know so if you need someone to be mad at, be mad at me"

Unlike Critic and IHeart, who knew what she was capable of, Sherlock felt maleficent as a powerful but rather arrogant figure. He never said so, wanting to be polite, but the way she adressed some of the soilders was more than uncomfortable for the detective to handle. Was this how watson felt when HE spoke to people? Well, he felt that he would work on social skills once he got back home. Sherlock bravely stood by Critic's side and responded "It has come to the conclusion that the robotic bastard wanted us to not be on our toes so he picked a time where we were all sleeping"

[Freckles]

Chick paled seeing Maleficent arrive. Iheart and Critic shared the news so she was grateful she didn't have to. But she nodded in agreement.

"Yes. We're going after him and we'll make them pay for doing this again." said Chick.

Stone gasped seeing Maleficent arrive. Thankfully the others told her the news but he knew she wouldn't take it well. At least she had Diablo with her and he'd seen how close she was with Jasmine and Queen Grimhilde so she wouldn't be completely alone. He turned seeing Holmes act bravely towards her which made him admire him even more. Even going up against the possible wrath of Maleficent didn't frighten him. He turned back to Maleficent nodding with the others.

"It's true. Mechakara came and took Patch." said Stone.

He paused registering what Iheart said.

"It's not just your fault. We've had three kidnappings, four counting this one. We should have had installed cameras and better security right after Patch was taken the first time. We should have been prepared." said Stone.

He frowns slamming his fist into the wall. Now Patch was back there again and who knows what Mechakara would do to him. They had to get that puppy back fast.

Freckles could feel the tension and whimpered nervously. They seemed to be nervous when Maleficent came into the room. She couldn't blame them. She certainly looked a bit scary. But if she was a friend of Patch she couldn't be all bad.

Had the circumstances been different, it would have amused Maleficent to see the way everyone stared at her, as if they were waiting for her to explode. Although it was definitely something she felt like doing, the eruption of anger never came.

Instead, Maleficent was left looking rather… stunned by the news. Stunned and (though she would never say as much out loud, ever) shamed.

She had been asleep. Patch had needed her – he had been right next to her bed – and she had been fast asleep through it all.

The dark fairy straightened herself up immediately, all traces of tiredness gone from her face and leaving determination in its wake.

“You have a plan, I trust?” she inquired, and her tone suggested that the answer to that question had better be a resounding “yes” or else.
