Why did you pick him/her?: Drama for Brock and Ash because she's basically got amnesia.

Personality:
Misty is a head-strong, free-spirited and independent young lady. She is not afraid to speak her mind, mostly because she never likes being unheard. She tends to have a short temper, especially when she is treated as less then or feels inferior. She also has a tendency to jump to conclusions and takes things personally. That said, she's exceptionally sweet, motherly and tender to others. She's loyal to the core and always goes out of her way to fight for the right thing. Despite her bad temper, she's quite forgiving.
Her amnesia kept most of these qualities. However it caused her to be far less stubborn. She is much more willing to accept help and is far more trusting. She also can be quite shy, due to feeling out of place. She also is extremely curious, almost to the point of being absent-minded.
History:
Misty was born the fourth daughter into her family, she has three older sisters(Daisy, Violet and Lily) who shared responsibility of a gym at one point. She loved her family, and they loved her, but she wasn't taken seriously due to being the youngest. However, once Misty became a trainer, she was taken seriously by her family and become closer with her sisters. She had a bad introduction to Ash due to his clumsy nature destroying her bike but after Ash apoligized, she quickly got over it. She, Ash and Brock all met up and had countless adventures in the search for more pokemon. Misty very quickly adopted Togapi and had him around everywhere since she found him as a egg. Brock eventually left first for his own path while Misty stayed with Ash for a long while before she went her own way back home.
On the way back home, a portal spooked her and made her slip into it. The fall caused her to severely hit her head hard on a rock. Memories faded very quickly and she only remembered two things: Her name was misty and she had six owned pokemon under her care. Otherwise, she had no idea about her old life and friends. Queen La, having pity on her, adopted her as her daughter not long after adopting a young boy named Slightly. Misty is grateful to La but can't help but feel worried that she should remember something.
Owned Pokemon: Togapi, Psyduck, Horsea, Starmie, Goldeen, Poliwag
Allies: Ash Ketchum, Brock, Tracy, Professor Oak, Queen La, Loki, ATG Army
Enemies: Jesse, James, Meowth, Facilier Army, Critic Army
Plans: Be adopted by La and Loki and be a big sister for Slightly. Befriend some kids. Regain memory eventually and feel debate of whether to stay with her new family or leave to reunite with friends.
