He's a teenage turtle with a red bandana. But in his universe, he was adopted by the Shredder so he gained the name Slicer and wears similar silver armor to protect himself.

Personality: sarcastic, charming, funny, savage, ruthless. Unlike his counterparts in the main realities where he's a hero, in this one he's a villain. Raised by Shredder he's a lot more ruthless but he still keeps his signature charm and humor. But he won't hold back in a fight.
History:
He is one of the four sons of Shredder. They were adopted by him... and fought in his side against the Teenage Ninjas Casey/Michelangeo, April/Donatella, Karai/Leonarda, and Hun/Raphael led by Master Splinter. They got their names after being adopted by Splinter after their families were killed in attacks by Shredder and the Foot Clan. The two groups clashed often but often ended up in a draw or one side winning. Slicer was protective of his brothers and father protecting them if things got too bad. But he still fought with his older brother no matter what the timeline.
They sometimes had to team up with the ninjas to fight off threats magical or alien in nature that threatened the entire world's safety or a bigger threat that neither wanted around. But they would go back to the usual routine once things died down. Then one day Slicer vanished and reappeared in this world. Seeing they had a Shredder and Splinter in this realty who were not only dating but both dressed up like Shredder made him realize neither was from his world but he was still welcomed into the army with open arms.
Allies: Shredder Donatello, Shredder Leonardo and Shredder Michelangelo (need new names, complicated); Shredder (adoptted father, his world); Shredder & Silver (adopted parents); ATG Army; Graviturtle (adopted brother, for now);
Enemies: turtles in other armies; other armies; AU Karai/Leonarda; AU Hun/Raphael; AU Casey/Micheangelo; AU April/Donatella; Graviturtle (when he switches sides).
Plans: be adopted by Silver & Shredder; befriend his sister Karai in this universe.
