Why did you pick him/her?: Another Pokemon character, and for Ash/Tracy.

Personality: Professor Oak fanboy; protective of Ash and Misty and all Pokemon; kind; friendly; loyal; has a hard time saying no to people; he's quiet tempered as he only loses his temper when things are really bothering him surprising everyone as he's usually so calm and kind.
History:
Tracy is a kid who loved Pokemon and became a Pokemon watcher. Often sketching them in a sketchbook. He idolizes Professor Oak and hopes to meet him one day. As a Pokemon watcher he often watches in binoculars and being downwind from Pokemon so they can't smell him. As well as making sure his heart beat is in rhythm with the Pokemon's so they can't hear him either. One day he bumped into Ash and Misty in the Orange Islands and after learning they knew Professor Oak decided to travel along with them. And the tree soon become good friends. And he became another annoyance for Team Rocket who kept following them trying to steal their Pokemon and whatever else they could steal nearby.
After traveling through the islands and watching Ash win the Orange League, they returned to Pallet Town in Kanto with Brock who had left Professor Ivy's lab. For some reason hearing Ivy's name was traumatizing for Brock so they stopped mentioning her around him. Tracy decided to stay with Professor Oak as Ash went off with Misty and Brock to Johto. He got Dodrio transferred from his family who was taking care of him and no longer could. And he caught an Eeeve on his way back from the Pokemon Center making him Tracy's fifth Pokemon. He trained him up and eventually used a Fire Stone to evolve him into Flareon. He cheered Ash on in the Johto finals and was disappointed he lost. When Ash returned alone he heard Misty and Brock went back to their homes. And he congratulated Ash on his journey. As Ash began sending out Pokemon into the group. He seemed to form a new team of Pokemon from all the regions he'd visited. And to Tracy's surprise, Ash gave Tracy one of his Tauros's as he had so many of them thanks to a contest where you captured the most pokemon. Tracy was flattered and agreed. Tauros was pleased as Tracy had been here taking care of all the Pokemon with Professor Oak and was glad to be Tracy's last Pokemon. Before Ash could set off for Hoen or anywhere else, Ash and Tracy both vanished and reappeared in another world. Learning of a war they reluctantly joined Critic's side and reunited with Brock. They learned Cassidy was in one of the armies as well. And they vowed to make sure she didn't steal any of their Pkemon.
