Personality:
Sarah, despite her life, is a fun-loving, adventurous, courageous, confident woman. She's pretty bubbly, doing her best to enjoy her life to the fullest. She has a motherly side to her, being quite doting and attentive to others, especially those she's close to. She's also incredibly intelligent and creative, always finding a solution to a problem. However, she also has a admittedly bad temper, which isn't helped by the fact she can sometimes be impulsive and sensitive. She can sometimes be egotistical, never a fan of personal criticism. She also has a bad habit of showing off, thanks to her unapologetic spirit and stubborn nature.
History:
Sarah was born as Shuri, the youngest of the original King and Queen of Wakanda. She was the youngest out of the two, having her brother who was only four years older. Sadly, her life in wakanda was very brief, as her parents were killed during a invasion led by her aunt and uncle. Out of sympathy, five year old T'Challa and one year old Shuri were banished and taken into the foster care system. There, they were fostered(and eventually adopted) by the Stevens couple who wanted to take in children. Shuri gained the new name Sarah while her brother got the name Blade. They had a relatively normal, easy life but Sarah always dreamed of something more. She was an active, social student for most of her life as was her brother. During middle school she became best friends with Peter when they were both eleven and was horrified when he told her of the loss of his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Desperate to help her friend, she told of Peter's situation to her parents who also were horrified as they were fond of Peter also. Immediately, Peter was taken in by the Stevens family and also adopted. Blade was also determined to take care of Peter. Peter, Sarah and Blade became a perfect duo for seven years until a tragic bombing took place in a country they went to as a graduation present. She lost her parents and got separated from Peter, only reuniting with her brother Blade. To make matters worse, they were captured by HYDRA operatives, being trapped as guinea pigs for super-human experiments. Her brother gained the ability of speed while Sarah gained psonics energy manipulation, telekensis and mental manipulation. She was forced to join the Dark Avengers alongside Blade, confronting the Avengers many times. A team which included her brother Peter.
Sarah and Blade, after trial and error, escaped and joined the Avengers with the help of Peter. Sarah was hellbent to set things right and used her powers against the Dark Avengers in any way possible. She was finally gaining the freedom she so desperately deserved, only to find herself here in a new world. Thankfully, she has BOTH brothers here, and hopefully she won't be forced in a cage any time soon. But sadly, the past would still haunt her, in the form of her cousin N'Jadaka.
