Something There That Wasn't There Before (Coulson)

[Mrs. Angela Potts]

(ooc: September 5th. Evening.)

Angela was pouring tea into a glass as she settled down into a chair. It was nice having a bigger group and a smaller home. They didn't have to do as much work as they did at the castle. And she was grateful to not be a teapot as it definitely made things easier. She still wasn't sure how the curse on her master had returned but not on the rest of them. Grimhilde, Maleficent, Rupert and the rest of their magical members didn't have any clue as to what recursed him or how to cure it. She sighed sipping tea as he started to eat some food she'd made. She'd cooked soup, some pastries, and a chocolate souffle. She had cooked too much as a habit. So there was more in the fridge if anyone wanted it. She wished they had fridges back home as they could cook more food and save it for later.

She paused looking up hearing footsteps and smiled seeing Coulson. She hadn't gotten to talk to him much yet. She couldn't remember if she'd even spoken to him. So many people here and some new arriving so often it was hard to keep track sometimes.

"Good evening, Coulson. I'm not sure if you're hungry but there's plenty of leftovers in the fridge if you want to join me. said Mrs. Potts.

Coulson was trying to fit into this scenario, it wasn't hard to do for him. Considering the stuff he handled, this was not the most insane thing. He was a SHEILD agent, someone designed to handle insane and rather unorthodox things. The one thing that really helped him stay in reality was Mrs. Potts. She was sweet. She was hard-working. She was someone who went out for others. She really, really made him happy. He loved spending time with her. He grew to like her son as well. He felt like Mrs. Potts and Chip were the closest he could get to a simple life and a good family. Coulson heard her speak to him just as he entered the kitchen. Coulson smiled, replying "I'd be delighted, Angela" He was one of the few people that knew, and was allowed to address, by her first name. He hoped that he could speak his feelings for her and that she felt the same way he did. He sat by her, drinking some tea "It's delicious as always" Coulson asked, curious "I can't help but wonder. How did you get into the castle anyway?"

Angela grinned at him.

"Good. It was getting rather quiet by myself." replied Angela.

She blushed at the compliment.

"Well thank you." said Angela.

She paused at his words and smiled.

"I've always lived there. I worked for his parents before Prince Robert. The castle was one of their vacation castles. When he was cursed his parents stopped coming. They were afraid of him and eventually they died. And the crown passed to another relative." mentioned Angela.
