Personality: Sarcastic; protective; caring; cynical; jaded. After losing his parents to crime and his own near-death experiences he became a vigilante. He formed th Justice Lords in time with others who felt like him.
History:
He grew up in Star City as the son of the Queens. He isn't an alien in this timeline so he has no powers. He did have a love of archery and grew quite skilled at it. He joined archery clubs and classes over the years getting stronger. He was trained to take over the family business. But while off at boarding school his parents were killed at the age of 15. He was sent home for the funeral but got kidnapped on the eway home and knocked out. He woke up on a deserted island as a prisoner of someone named Deathstroke. Clark was trapped on that island for 3 years being target practice and a servant for the assassin. And clark learned he was hired to keep Clark away while a distant cousin took over Queen Industries.
After celebrating his 18th birthday, Clark escaped by drugging Slade and stealing his ship to escape. He formed a vigilante Green Arrow to fight crime like Deathstroke. He showed up and with proof got his cousin arrested. He got his GED and went to college. He let a family friend his proxy on votes but showed up in person when he had to. As the years went by he graduated college and had formed the Justice Lords with several heroes and they had become jaded with the world in one way or another. So they took over the planet to protect it from themselves and the villains. To bring order to the chaos. But a rebellion formed of some villains they fought and other heroes who didn't agree with them.
After the latest battle he passed out in a hotel room and woke up with a wedding ring on his finger and an empty bed. Realizing he got married he panicked. Not finding any other proof he got dressed and left hoping to ask Oracle or Watchtower to help him with answers. But instead he woke up in another world at a strange circus. He decided to join upon learning Barry and Lucas were here.

Plans: after a battle with the rebels, he checked into a hotel drunk.. and woke up with a wedding ring on his wrist and no other groom. so he has a secret husband and i'd love it to be from the justice lords or one of the rebels. secret husband is lucas wayne.
