Ezra grew up in a normal childhood for 17 years. Finally graduating high school. Ezra had fallen for a girl intending to ask her out. She seduced him into her bed and then didn't speak to him for a while as he felt like his heartbroken. He'd genuinely fallen for her and she clearly hadn't felt the same way. But to his surprise, she did return to him a few weeks later revealing she was pregnant. They got together and he felt so happy. He took her on dates and made sure she was taken care of. And she liked the attention and Ezra was handsome so she felt she could have done worse.
As the nine months were up they gave birth to a girl naming her Darla, something they'd agreed upon earlier. After a few months she seemed to grow bored of motherhood. And knowing he wouldn't abandon his daughter she left one day in the middle of the night and never returned. To his surprise, she'd signed all parental rights to him wanting nothing to do with Darla or him anymore. Heartbroken he moved back in with his folks as he couldn't afford the place on his own. And eventually he got a much cheaper place where he raised Darla as his daughter. He took classes at night on the weekends at the local community college. As he'd taken a year off to help his former love with her pregnancy and daughter. His grandparents watched her while he was at school. In the daytime, he worked and he had a few hours of sleep a day. When he wasn't taking care of her or doing homework.
Eventually, he graduated which took longer than it normally would have. But he was glad to have his degree. This allowed him to get a better job and now he had more free time to be with his daughter. As the years grew past his daughter grew into a beautiful young woman. And began helping out internet reviewers and even began doing some of her own. He encouraged her and even guest-starred or cameoed when she'd let him. When the war broke out his daughter left to help out. And after a few months of a few letters, emails and calls he found he missed his daughter. And so he went to go find her but ended up meeting Dark Heart instead. Pretending to be Iheart she lured him into a trap where he was brainwashed and renamed Salem Darte. He was Mechakara's missing brother and uncle to Dark Heart and Seven of Eleven. He felt this connection to Dark Heart having bits of his memory left intact but believing Iheart was really Dark Heart made him grow closer to her. And to get to know his brother and the rest of his family again. There had been an accident in the war that had nearly killed him but they were able to save him. Just not his memories. He had a few scars and Cybernetic implants] on his face. He's just eager to make up for the lost time and make new memories since it's doubtful his old ones would return. Unaware his old memories were mostly removed from him and hidden in a computer file thanks to the latest invention of Insano, Insuedo, Smith, and many others.
