Quote: "Hail Hydra!!"
Name: Steve Rogers
Age: 96 (looks 26)
Physical Appearance:
He had short blonde hair and blue eyes. He was very tall. He was very thin at first but thanks to the super-soldier serum his body gained more muscles and mass. He originally wore more casual clothes but he was skinny so his clothes fit more tightly. After going through the super-soldier program he wore bigger clothes to adjust to his new physique. He still wore casual clothes when not on duty. Jean jackets, T-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes, hats, and other clothes like that. While he was in the army he wore regular army recruit clothes like everyone else. After being thawed out in the present he began a more modern type of casual clothing to blend in more.
His Captain Hydra outfit is all black with a red Hydra symbol on it.

Personality:
Steve: Loyal, protective, friendly. Peggy and Bucky were the two people most important to him, and then his teammates in the army.
Captain Hydra: A loyal soldier who follows orders and completes missions. He doesn't like being frozen after every mission. Or having gaps in his memory.
History:
Steven Rogers was born in Brooklyn, New York to Sarah and Joseph Rogers. Unfortunately, his time with his parents was short. His mother was a nurse and died of tuberculosis and his father was an army soldier and died from a mustard gas attack. Now an orphan he was sent to the orphanage. He grew up there. He was a very skinny kid and was picked on constantly by bullies. But he didn't back down to them and eventually gained a new friend/bodyguard James Barnes who helped protect him. They became great friends after that. After learning America was joining World War 2 Steve was trained by Bucky at Goldie's Boxing Gym. Unfortunately, Steve was rejected from service while Bucky got enlisted. Steve tried enlisting in other cities but fails.
After attending a movie theater he got into a fight with a guy who was annoyed there were too many ads before the actual film. Outside the theater, Steve got beaten up but Bucky showed up and knocked the guy out. Then Bucky and Steve went to the World Fair. After watching a display of a flying car given by Howard Stark Steve saw an Uncle Sam poster. He sneaked away to enlist again and Bucky followed him. Steve and Bucky argue but Bucky knew how stubborn Steve was. After a while, he gave up trying to convince him and let Steve go. A man to the side watched their fight curious. He later entered the exam room introducing himself as Dr. Abraham Erksine. After talking to him he decided to give him a chance to join the army. Dr. Erksine, Agent Peggy Carter, and Colonel Chester Phillips watched Steve and many other men train. They wanted one of them to be their next super-soldier.
With Steve's weak stature he messed up a lot. But he was stubborn and refused to give up. Some of the other soldiers mocked him or even messed up his training on purpose just for their amusement. One exercise was to grab the flag and the winner would ride back with Agent Peggy Carter. No one was able to do it. Steve unbolted the pole as it fell down and he took the flag. He handed it to the general and left with Agent Carter leaving everyone else stunned. During a "test" Chester threw a fake grenade and shouted grenade. Everyone ran away but Steve covered it with his body telling everyone to getaway. He then learned it was a test and impressed Dr. Erksine and Peggy while Chester was still not convinced he was the right man. Dr. Erksine talked to Steve and Steve learned why he picked him. Dr. Erksine talked about Hitler. Erksine then talked about Schmit taking the serum and that he chose Steve because a weaker man would know compassion and how to use that strength. And not get overconfident.
The next day Steve and Peggy grew closer as they bonded. Steve talked about not running from bullies and how he hasn't talked with many women before her. She took him to an antique shop and through a secret wall into a compound to get ready for the treatment. He was placed into the machine while Erksine and his assistants start the experiment. Peggy, Colonel, Howard Stark, and others watched from a safe distance. It almost looked like a failure at first and they tried to shut it down. Steve assured them to keep going and soon it was completed. The machine opened revealing Steve now had a more healthy and muscular-looking body.
People started to congratulate Dr. Erksine and Steve on the project. But then things went wrong. Schmidt had sent a spy. The spy activated a bomb as a distraction. Everyone rushed to get to safety. The spy then fatally shot Schmidt and escaped with the serum. Steve checked on Dr. Erksine while Peggy ran after the spy shooting at him. Dr. Erksine died as Steve rushed out to stop the spy who goes into a car. Peggy fired at the car shooting the driver. The guy stole a car and took off. Peggy tried to shoot him but Steve shoved her out of the way as the car nearly hit her. Steve ran after the guy and now has increased speed thanks to the serum. The spy took a little boy as a hostage as Steve tried to stop him. The man shoved the boy into the water and takes off. Steve went to check on the boy. The boy replied that he could swim so Steve could go after the spy. Steve dove into the water and swam after the spy. The spy had gotten into a submarine and was trying to escape. Steve broke the sub and pulled him out of the sub. Steve then brought the spy to the surface. He confronted him and the guy poisoned himself saying he was from Hydra before dying.
Steve went on a publicity tour in a new "Captain America" outfit. He went overseas to try to boost morale. But no one took him seriously. He reunited with Chester and Peggy. He learned Bucky was "dead" and there were soldiers who were Hydra's prisoners. Steve decided to go rescue them. He believed Bucky was still alive. Peggy and Howard Stark flew him to the enemy headquarters. Steve jumped out alone to go rescue them and ordered Peggy to turn around and head back. He infiltrated the base and learned that Bucky was still alive. He freed the captured soldiers and sent them on their way. He found Bucky separately and they tried to leave. They bumped into Schmidt and Zola. Schmidt pulled off his mask and reveals his real head shaped like a red skull. That was how he got his nickname. Schmit and Zola taunted them before leaving as the base was crumbling around them. Steve and Bucky escaped and reunited with the other ex-prisoners. The group then returned to base to get a happy welcoming committee. The camp cheered and even Chester was impressed. For the first time, he felt like a hero.
Steve went on a few missions including teaming up with a mutant named James Howlett. They became quite good friends. Steve wanted James on the team to take out the HYDRA compounds but James was assigned elsewhere so they parted ways for now but intended to meet up again soon. Steve assembled a team of men to wipe out Hydra bases to get rid of their weapons and equipment. A woman flirted with Steve and kissed him. Peggy walked in and thought Steve wanted the girl and not her. Howard gave Steve a vibranium shield as his new weapon. Steve led his team into battle as they destroyed many of the bases, tanks, and other equipment of Hydra. Steve and Bucky went onto a train to get Dr. Zola. During the fight, Steve was knocked off the train. Bucky tried to grab him but Steve fell to his death.
Or so they thought. Bucky put on a spare Captain America suit to honor his fallen friend. Bucky and the others defeated HYDRA, and Red Skull was vaporized by the Teseract. Bucky piloted a plane and crashed into the ice. Steve was captured and his suit was destroyed. He was brainwashed into becoming Captain Hydra, and become this timeline's version of The Winter Soldier. During the next 70 years, he was frozen after missions. His blood was used to create the Red Guardian, Natasha Romanoff. Another member of the Winter Soldier program.
After the Avengers were formed and stopped the Chitauri, they began forming the Dark Avengers. Warriors were recruited separately by other HYDRA members. Steve would be second in command, with Obie in charge. They fought the Avengers but one in particular Captain America stood out to him. He felt so familiar and they fought. Bucky seemed annoyed by his costume and mask as it was a mocking his fallen friend. And when Bucky pulled off his mask he was horrified and shocked to see who was under it. He called him Steve which felt familiar but Captain HYDRA's memories had been wiped by electricity and being frozen so many times. And he used the distraction to break free and steal his mask back. And took off. But then he and Bruce vanished and woke up in another world. They joined Ask That Guy's army upon hearing of the war.
Allies: Dark Avengers; Hydra; Ask That Guy's Army.
Enemies: Avengers (his world); other armies.
Plans: fight his counterpart and other Avengers; find a romance.
