(September 6th. Morning. couldn't resist a prison type thread... that turns into a fight.)

Yami Tea chuckled as she stood aboard a stolen cruise ship.

"Time to see to our guests. Once they left that mansion they were very easy to snatch up one by one." said Yami Tea.

She chuckled and went below to check on her guests and saw some of her allies.

Film Brain, Johnny Cage, and Dar lay unconscious on the ground and were in shackles. They were considered traitors for deserting the army. Film Brain even more for being one of the new leaders of that army. Mai was restrained to a chair. Daffy Duck and Phillip were the last ones tied up.

Yami Tea smirked. Perhaps they could have some roast duck when this over. And she would enjoy making Mai suffer again. She looked up seeing her allies arive.

Master Silver, Merlock, The Executor, Helga, and Lady Waltham all stood by ready to help.

The Executor chuckled.

"Yes, very good. Soon they shall pay for betraying us." said The Executor.

Merlock chuckled.

"Well not all of them are former members. But the rest we can use as an example." said Merlock.

Silver grinned.

"Perhaps we should keep some alive. To make them learn their place." said Silver.

Helga shrugged.

"So many captives will likely get us caught sooner or later. Probably best to take a few and dump the rest." said Helga.

Lady Waltham while not as evil as her brother and the rest was just enjoying some tea. She frowned at disposing of them.

"Do we really have to? It's not like in a battle where they have a chance. This was more of an ambush. And it's not like many of them are super powerful." said Lady Waltham.

Kuzco, Yugi, Aurora, Melissa Duck, Jane Porter and Kyra were also held hostage. Kuzco was one of the few people conscious as was Yugi and Jane Porter. Witchiepoo, Fandral, Yzma and Turrell were assisting Tea and their allies

Kuzco was mumbling loudly as he kicked in his chair beside Mai. He widened his eyes as Yzma, Helga and Witchiepoo insisted on killing them. He was grateful that Waltham and Fandral though insisted on keeping them all alive. And even setting a couple free to tell the Defiants about their kidnapped victims. Melissa was unconscious, as was Kyra and Aurora which made Kuzco terrified that these enemies meant business. He definitely knew Yzma was going to pick him to be killed. Not just for his throne but purely for personal reasons. Kuzco kept kicking in his chair, trying to demand being released.

Yugi looked around, stunned and afraid. He heard Tea's voice, as well as others, and realized he was a prisoner. Yugi looked to Tea and replied, horrified "Tea? Tea?! What's going on?" Yugi then listened as the conversation turned into a debate of keeping them alive. Yugi tried to reach for his puzzle but was stunned that it was by a table. Near Mai's millenium piece. These enemies, rightfully, realized his secret weapon. Yami was going to have to wait, but he felt Yami insist on being brave within his soul. Yugi, taking Yami's subconcious advice, kept calm, turning to the enemies "Please. Do whatever you want to me but don't hurt my friends" He turned to see Dar, who recently adopted him and Tristan. Dar did feel like a father figure and he felt especially protective. Yugi replied insistently "I can make it up to you somehow. You can make me a prisoner if you need to!"

Jane shook her head and widened her eyes "What on earth?" She then saw Waltham and widened her eyes as the conversation became about who lived and who died. Jane was relieved Tarzan was no-where to be found but was surprised to see her enemy here. Jane replied, bravely and firmly "Release us at once!"

Witchiepoo cackled evilly as she heard some people insist on killing them "I say we torture them first and see who's worth keeping around! Have our cake and eat it too!" She turned to Merlock and nodded "I agree with Merlock. Maybe get rid of the people who aren't traitors. That's no fun to just take random people. The people who betrayed our side should suffer more!" She then cackled again as Yugi begged to be taken instead "Sorry kid, you don't make the rules. But since you volunteered, we'll definitely take you anyway"

Fandral sat, staring at the prisoners, uncomfortable with this scenario. He was loyal but had standards. He had a noble heart, believing suffering and murder was too cruel. He turned to Waltham and nodded "Agreed. Killing people would only result in more chaos in this war. We don't need to keep everyone but I don't think murder is the answer" Fandral turned to see Yzma insist on killing Kuzco. Fandral shook his head "I'm all for kidnapping, purely for business, but I won't allow anyone to die. We should be better than our enemies after all"

Yzma chuckled evilly "I don't care who lives. So long as I get what I want" She pointed to Kuzco "Can we at least kill him? He's useless and it would give me plenty of satisfaction" Yzma turned to her allies Fandral and Waltham, replying "We can't go soft on anyone. They all should suffer. Including the traitors" Yzma turned to Tea, asking "What do you think, dear? You're so quiet"

(ooc: yeah. i wasn't planning on any of mine being imprisoned. at least not this time. but maybe a few close calls. xd)

Merlock smirked seeing some had already woken up.

"First I think it's time we wake the rest of the sleeping beauties." said Merlock.

He paused grinning as he waved his hand as water came flying out of the window not only waking up the sleeping prisoners but soaking them as well.

"Wake up and acdcept your new life." said Merlock.

Once they woke up he laughed seeing Helga near throw Film Brain over but when she fell over herself he grabbed Film Brain.

"You fool!" said Merlock.

He paused glancing over the side not seeing any sign of Helga.

"If she's dead well you're going to die anyway. And if she's alive you're going to wish you had already gone for your swim." said Merlock.

Helga smirked.

"I can't wait til they all see where they are." said Helga.

She paused with a smirk.

"I think we should definitely kill the traitors though. Starting with one of the ringleaders." said Helga.

She picked up the gasping Film Brain in a chokehold.

"I wonder if he can swim." said Helga.

She paused walking to the window almost ready to throw him in chains and all. Then Film Brain kicked her and sent her flying into the ocean.

The Executor laughed seeing Helga about to toss Film Brain over.

"Yes, do it." said The Executor.

He watched in shock as Helga took the plunge instead.

"Quite unexpected." said The Exeuctor.

Silver watched silently amused while Lady Waltham was horrified but knew she couldn't do anything.

Yami Tea smirked at him.

"I wasn't speaking to avoid the fact that little Tea's not here anymore. Just like my weaker self once did I now control your best friend's mind. And unlike Joey she can't escape so easily. And neither can the rest of you." said Tea.

She smirked holding up the Millennium Rod. And grabbed the necklace and puzzle from the table.

"You see I have already defeated you in a duel once Mai so that means I can claim the necklace for myself. But the puzzle I can't until I defeat Yugi in a duel. But there is another way. If you're dead you can't be around to have the puzzle for yourself." said Yami Tea.

Yami Tea then saw Yugi try to save everyone and saw the glance at Dar. The man must be important to him and he smirked. He walked forward freezing Dar in place at his protests. And he did the same to Mai dragging her over to Dar.

"Perhaps I should start my revenge on little Yugi with you and little Mai here. How would you both like a visit to the Shadow Realm?" said Marik.

Daffy saw what was going on.

"Wait stop. We'd make better prisoners or hostages. Surely there's something you might want from one of the armies." said Daffy.

Phillip glared at Daffy.

"We don't negotiate with the enemy. Besides even if they did want something they'd probably just kill us anyway." said Phillip.

Johnny glared at them.

"What's the matter? Don't want to take out someone who can actually fight back?" mocked Johnny.

Dar glared agreeing with Johnny.

"That's right. It's pretty easy to toss someone over who's injured and cuffed. But why don't you actually defeat us in a fight. Or are you a bunch of cowards." said Dar.

Hearing Yugi's plea and Tea's words he shook his head.

"Leave him alone." said Dar.

He gasped seeing Tea walk forward to him.

"What are you...."

He froze as his couldn't move.

Mai glared at him.

"I'll never forget what your weaker side did to Joey, Tea and Yugi that day on the pier. Everyone else may have forgiven him because of you but he should have fought harder. And his sister knew about this with her visions and still did nothing. I never want to see another Ishtar including you. Release Tea and leave us alone." said Mai.

Film Brain gasped as he was woken up and then Helga grabbed him by the throat. Hearing her threat to toss him over he realized he wouldn't last long in these shackles. Hearing some of the others try to protect him did make him smile. And he used the distraction to kick Helga into the water and stumbled back. He was then grabbed by Merlock. It was then he spotted the device on the table. He shoved Merlock back which hit the shackles and then struck the lights and then everything went dark just as the shackles were released.

Now free the prisoners took off further into the ship. Yami Tea's concentration was broken as Dar and Mai were both freed from his powers. Mai grabbing the necklace and puzzle from Yami Tea tossing it to Yugi in the dim light.

- Time Skip-

Heroes:

The group panted as they stopped to rest in what looked like a boiler room. Mai, Film Brain, Daffy, Phillip, Dar, and Johnny stopped to rest.

Team Weapons:

Dar sighed.

"It's a shame we were grabbed without many of our weapons. But it also means they don't have them either." said Dar.

Phillip nodded.

"We should go look for some weapons." said Phillip.

Johnny shook his head.

"We need to find the control room and take over this ship. Maybe we can find a place to land at that has planes or some place we can call for help. Then they can teleport us back later." said Johnny.

Film Brain nodded.

"Yes. Or we could use the radio to try to get help as well." said Film Brain.

Daffy nodded.

"And then I'll go look for some rowboats. There's got to be some way off this tub. If we do find a place to go we may not get close enough to dock the ship." Said Daffy.

Mai nodded.

"The duck makes a good point. We all do. Splitting up might be our best chance. I don't like it but if those creeps find us altogether we're back where we started. At least if we can find a boat we could get some of us way to get help." said Mai.

(ooc: splitting my heroes into similar groups like the villains. to make the fights more unique. weapons, control room, and boats. xD)

Villains:

Helga had returned on board and was furious. She'd changed clothes and was now on the search with the others and regrouped in the room their prisoners had escaped from. Merlock, The Exeuctor, Silver, Yami Tea, and Lady Waltham followed her back in.

"This boat is too big. Easy for them to hide especially if they split up. Anyone have any ideas?" asked Helga.

Silver paused.

"Perhaps we could use some kind of device to locate them." said Silver.

"Yes. A Device is sure to work." said The Exeuctor.

Merlock shook his head.

"You moder villains always wanting to use fancy toys. Magic is our best option to find them." said Merlock.

He paused turning to Yami Tea, Witchipoo and Yzma.

"With our magic and potions there's no way those fools can get away from us. We'll make a potion or a spell to find them faster than lightning." said Merlock.

Lady Waltham glanced at Helga.

"I think the best way is probably our eyes." said Lady Waltham.

Helga nodded.

"I like the way you think." said Helga.

(ooc: My head canon to split up people for a bit is Team Magic, Team Tech and Team Skills splitting the villains into three teams to help find the heroes easier.)
