Why did you pick him/her?: Another Alice in Wonderland character.

Personality: polite; cowardly; patient; kind; loves and is protective of his wife. At times he feels unworthy of her especially seeing and hearing people's reactions to them together.
History:
The King Of Hearts grew up in Wonderland. He was raiwsed a royal and vowed to protect Wonderland from threats and keep it safe and odd as it could be. He loved how odd and quirky it could be. And there wasn't anything more odder than his marriage to his wife. He loved her and he knew she felt the same. It had surprised them but it was an arranged marriage which took some of the pressure off. The more he got to know her the more he fell in love and they became really close.
After getting married tneir family relocated to other parts of Wonderland letting the royal couple rule by themselves. But would come assist them if they requested it. The King oF Hearts was shocked to hear some cards had painted his wie's roses red. When his weie ordered their heads off he nodded. They had tried to trick them and they'd pay. When a new girl Alice arrived he smiled as they rarely got new visitors. He watched her play croquet with the Queen of Hearts as it seemed quite an interesting game until his wie was flipped over and revealed her underwear. The King oF Hearts went with the Cards to protect her from her embarrassment but his wife flipped over again and said Alice's head should be cut off.
He decided to give her a trail and persauded his wife into giving Alice one. They heard the evidence and found her guilty. Then Alice grew into a giant startling them as the Queen used him as a shield which he'd gladly have done anyway. No one hurt his wie wehile he was ther to stop it. When sne shrunk back to normal size they realized whatever she'd done worn off. She then ran away as the Queen ordered them to chase after her. The King of Heartsw followed his wife, the White Rabbit, and the rest of the Wonderland after Alice. She disappeared right before their eyes and confused everyone.
They searched for signs of Alice but no one could find her. He made a law that if anyone found her to bring her before him and the Queen immediately. And a second law that no one would mention her again so his wife and all of Wonderland could return to the way things used to be. One day he woke up and found himself in another world with his wife and the Cheshire Cat. He learned alice was in another army and of the war and hea greed to join with his wife.
