Where is this character from? Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2003 episode Reality Check
Why did you pick him/her?: couldn't resist using an evil version of Splinter who was best friends witb the Shredder of his world.

Personality: Like his good counterpart he is wise and a skilled warrior. But he is pure evil and is loyal to Shreddarius. And his henchman like Han from the main timeline. He once was a father and mentor to the super turtles training their powers as they each had powers like him. But he longs to have them evil like him so his family can be together again.
History:
Silver was once a good mentor to the turtles. But he soon befriended Shreddarius and they became friends. Shreddarius was defeated and killed by the turtles but Splinter took over his army and his base believing he waz right. This made the turtles his enemies but he soon decided humans took his family for him so he had to get rid of them.
So he invited a gas to wipe out humanity planning to trap his sons in the building with him and destroy the rest of the world. But Michelangelo arrived from another reality teaming up with the super turtles. They were captured but they tricked him into letting one of the turtles out disguised as Michelangelo. He freed the rest and they were able to change the device to destroy the building instead. Michelangel fled with the Super Turtles to safety and the building collapsed presumably destroying Master Silver. Michelangelo went back to his world leaving the Super Turtles to pick up the pieces in their world and rebuild.
Instead, he woke up in another world. At first he thought he'd been sent to Michelangelo's world but soon realized it's a new world in middle of a war. And there are two sets of turtles here not from his world including the one who had ruined his plans. And another Master Splinter. He joins Ask That Guy's side plotting his revenge.
Allies: Super Turtles (formerly); Ask That Guy's Army.
Enemies: Super Turtles; Michelangelo; Mayor April O' Neil; Casey Jones; other armies.
Plans: fight both sets of turtles; try to kill Michelangelo for ruining his plans; try to befriend Shredder who reminds him of his old master; gain a romance.
