Panic is the very definition of panic itself, due to being easily anxious, worried and has a tendency to over-think. He hates being put under pressure and has a tendency to be a pessimist. He is desperate to please others, usually to get out of trouble. He is also a bit more dim-witted than his partner, unfortunately being cursed with obliviousness when calm or distracted. He tends to focus on the wrong things, especially when nervous which is quite often. He's a bit of a follower, usually being passive when confronted with a argument. Panic has a tendency to be a bit spineless and cowardly when handled with a dangerous situation. He does, however, have a fun side to him and can be friendly once you get used to him.
History:
Panic, like Pain, has been Hades' servant for many years. He and Pain were required to take down Hercules as he was fated to defeat Hades during his planned conquest against Zeus. They failed to do so as they didn't completely make Hercules immortal, they just made him a demigod as opposed to a full-god. Panic was terrified at what Hades would think only for Panic to decide to lie about Hercules' demise. It worked, for a long time, until Megara who was Hades' slave at the time explained that he met a young man named Hercules. Panic and Pain were then forced to fix their mistake with multiple schemes, all which failed. This caused Hades to demand Megara to find his weakness, only for it to be established that Megara herself was his weakness. Pain and Panic joined alongside Hades' plan to defeat Zeus and for a small while it worked, only for Hercules and his trusty steed Pegasus to defeat them. Panic then saw Hades get defeated by Hercules for good to get Meg's soul back after she passed on from a severe injury. Panic and Pain watched Hades get temporarily defeated and they still worked for him.
One day though Hades disappeared as did Pain and Panic, well, panicked. He searched the underworld only to find himself here in chicago. Seeing pain and hades here made Panic realize it was best he stayed here too. He had nowhere else to go anyway
