Where is this character from? Dragonball franchise
Why did you pick him/her?: another dragonball character. and one of my favorite villains/future anti heroes.

Personality: funny; sarcastic; charming; persuasive; overconfident at times; loves life and having fun; loves causing a bit of fun at chaos at times; hates dr. gero; is loyal to only 18 & 16 as they became a trio at first. but grew a rivalry/friendship with piccolo over time. Now being stuck in a new world he joins facilier's army because he's gotten nothing better to do.
History:
Their early history is unknown except the pair were troublemakers and liked having fun. Stealing from people at first to get food and clothes as their parents had died younger. Eventually they were captured by Dr. Gero and experimented on turning him into his latest androids 17 & 18. He already had several failures but only 8, 16, 18, 17, 18 and Gero survived. Android 8 had defectede years ago and the Red Ribbon Army including Gero believed him tol be dead.
When 19 was killed by Vegeta and Gero was injured he was forced to reactive 17 and 18. However they didn't like his orders and promptly destroyed the remote and Dr. Gero. They then freed 16 activating him and escaping to go off and kill Goku. The others followed. 18 Fought Vegeta injured him pretty badly. 17 joined in when the others arrive and together they knocked out Tien, Future Trunks, Vegeta and Piccolo. Krillin didn't fight because he knew he didn't stand a chance. 18 kissed him and teased Krillin before leaving as Krillin woke up the others with sensu beans.
Meanwhile the cyborg duo and 16 stole a truck killing people along the way to get it. 17 decided to turn it into a game to find Goku while the Z Warriors moved Goku to Master Roshi's after he gained the heart virus and had to recover. But Cell showed up ruining the androids fun. After arriving at Master Roshi's Piccolo talked them into fighting at a nearby island. But cell showed up and to their horror absorbed 17 despite 16 and Piccolo's best e f forts. Tien distracted cell buying 18 and an injured 16 time to escape and hide.
Unfortunately Cell later absorbed 18 becoming Perfect thanks to Vegeta's help. He defeated both Vegeta and Trunks and then called the Cell Games broadcasting it over the news the location. The Z Warrriors and a repaired 16 come to the cell Games. Hercule, a couple of his students and Goku fight cell but none of them are able to defeat him. Gohan steps up reluctantly but talked it into by his father. Cell creates Cell Juniors to draw out Gohan's power using them to fight the others. Goku gives Cell a sensu bean durin the fight to make it more fair and Gohan eventually turns super saiyan two after cell destroys 16. Gohan then destroys the Cell Juniors and during the fight with Cell forces him to cough up 18.
Cell furious tries to blow himself up but Goku takes him to King Kai's planet killing himself, King Kai, Bubbles, Gregory, Cell and 17 who was trapped inside of Cell. Later 17 is one of the many people revived by them who wished to revive Cell's victims. However 17 and 18 feeling guilty for the damage they caused later are able to revive the other people they kiled since coming into the past using a new wish a year after cell was defeated. And use their second wish to make everyone forget what 17, 18 and 16 looked like to avoid going to prison. With 16 being a robot they're unable to revive him to the twin's dismay and 17 decides to honor 16's memory by becoming a park ranger.
But before he can start he's sent to another world and joins Facilier's army viewing the strange circus as possibly fun. And soon learns of the war and that others from his wo rld may be here as well.
Allies: Android 18; Android 16; Android 8; Z Warriors; Facilier's Army.
Enemies: Z Warriors (Formerly); Dr. Gero; Android 19; Dr. Gero/Android 20; other armies.
