Friendship Is Magic(Tomas)

[The Trickster]

(OCC: August 12th, afternoon. Friendship thread. It's also to plant the romance seeds lmao)

Trickster was hoping Tomas would accept his invitation. He knew the prince was getting used to his environment, even making friends. However losing your entire world was very difficult and Trickster knew it would take more cheering up before the prince truly felt comfortable. He felt it best to make the prince enjoy himself and he invited the prince over to show some tricks and basically be the entertainer of the day. He hoped the prince wouldn't take too much offense to it. 

Trickster pondered on what exactly to show him. He knew that too much magic would at best alarm tomas, at worst it would scare him. Trickster wanted Tomas to feel as welcome as possible. Grief took a lot out of a man, and losing a kingdom was as if losing a body part. He also felt it best to be the good friend he was assumed to be and use his skills to his advantage. He turned to notice Tomas appear in the tent. With a big, relieved smile Trickster bowed and replied "Ah, Prince Tomas, you have accepted my invitation! I am very pleased. Thank you for coming"

He then offered Tomas a seat, replying thoughtfully "Sit. Be comfortable. I was hoping we could talk and perhaps I could perform a nice show for you. As a token of my friendship"

[Prince Tomás]

Tomas had felt guilty for spending so much of his free time with Deceit and Remus. But he'd never really had brothers before. In some ways it was like he hadn't lost his lover and best friend from his own world. He was part of a trio again and yet he knew they had significant others which also made him feel slightly jealous. That their time was divided and that he didn't have that anymore.

"I wouldn't miss it." said Tomas.

He paused at his words and grinned.

"We didn't really have magic in my kingdom. It was outlawed. Even though my eyes...."

As he spoke his eyes flashed red for a moment and he sighed.

"I still don't know why they do that. I've scared too many people away from me before." said Tomas.

He sighed before focusing back on Trickster.

"I would like to see some magic though. To see what it's like." said Tomas.

[The Trickster]

Trickster smiled a bit as Tomas told him he wasn't going to miss it. Trickster felt a unknown sense of relief at that. He didn't know why, it wasn't this big of a deal but it meant a lot that Tomas had come. The Trickster walked over though as Tomas explained his background with magic. As in he didn't have any background at all, due to the kingdom he grew up in forbidding it. Then suddenly Tomas' eyes glowed red. Trickster hummed to himself in interest "Well, Tomas, whenever you feel comfortable I would be happy to help you find out why your eyes glow like this" Trickster offered

Trickster then assuringly replied "Trust me Tomas, magic is a wonder to see. It's not frightening or wrong. Only the people that use it can be wrong" Trickster then smiled bright as Tomas asked to see magic. Trickster happily replied "Why of course. I have plenty of splendid examples of what magic can do" He then guided Tomas to a seat, allowing the prince to be comfortable. He then went to the middle of the tent, replying playfully "You're going to see what magic really is, Tomas"

Trickster instantly changed from his normal red/yellow striped attire to a blue/orange/white attire. His crazy head-piece turned into a spiral and organized piece that matched his outfit. He then waved his wand which instantly shaped into floating sparkles that went around Tomas playfully. The sparkles instantly turned into a glass of wine and a bright red rose. Trickster winked to Tomas before turning about and snapping his fingers, which instantly made a large elephant appear before Tomas' very eyes. While the elephant did tricks, Trickster also made circus performers do acrobats, trapeeze and entertainment of all sorts.

He turned to see what Tomas thought, as he walked over, replying playfully "This is only one example, Tomas. Would you like to see more?"

[Prince Tomás]

Tomas grinned.

"Thank you. I am curious. Maybe I have some magic myself and didn't know it. Glowing eyes may not be the only ability I have if that's true." replied Tomas.

He nodded.

"I haven't seen magic before coming to this world but I have seen it do a lot of things good and bad in this war. But it sounds like it's a anytoher tool. In the right hands it can do harm or help." said Tomas.

He took a seat and looked at him curiously.

"Well show me what you got magic man." mentioned Tomas.

He watched him change clothes and even change how his head piece looked. It was fascinating Then he saw sparkles float around him and turn into wine and a rose. At least this magic had good taste. He blinked seeing an elephant appear in front of him and then other circus people as well.

"Wow. I definitely didn't expect that." replied Tomas.

He applauded as Trickster came over to him.

"That was great. And I'd love to see more." said Tomas.
