Sweep Off Your Feet(Rupert)

(OCC: July 28th, morning, bonding/romance between Malonda and Rupert)

Malonda had deliberately kept her distance from most people. She didn't really trust most around here. With the exceptions of those such as Jasmine, Iron Liz and certain people Malonda had been uneasy. There was one man though that was relatively easy to talk to and usually listened to her. That was, oddly enough, a young man by the name of Prince Rupert. He was sweet and sincere, which was what tomas appeared to be before his betrayal. But yet malonda couldn't help but be drawn towards him. She didn't want to admit it though, so she tried to keep it private. Yet it was kind of hard to.

Her thoughts were spinning as she went downstairs. She drank some tea, putting her thoughts together when she heard footsteps. She looked up and noticed it was indeed rupert. She blushed a bit at the sight of him and replied calmly "Um. Hello there. What brings you here, good sir?"

Rupert was still adjusting to being human again. It had been weeks since his release and yet sometimes he'd dream he was still in the mirror. Or wake up and forget for a moment he was free. Well partially free. He was still her servant in a way which she was unable to free him completely. But the fact he had freedom at all was enough for him. And he'd grown quite fond of one of the newest arrivals Princess Malonda. He didn't know her story yet but she seemed upset. And hearing about her trying to attack people was what Thor had done with Magnus earlier. So someone who looked like Patton and Roman had hurt her once. He didn't need to know everything but the fact someone had hurt her made him want to put them fix feet under.
He was currently sipping from a glass but as he clenched his fist in anger the cup broke spilling water on him. He blushed as he headed into the bathroom to dry himself off with some towels and cleaned up the mess he'd made. He then headed downstairs to get something else to dirnk.

As he walked into the kitchen he spotted Malonda and smiled at her.

"Good morning Princess Malonda. I came for a new drink. I accidentally broke it. These paper cups are more fragile than I'm used to." said Rupert.

Malonda couldn't help but smile at him. He was quite sweet with his confusion with this world. It reminded her of her own confusion. She nodded with a little amused giggle "Ah, yes, the paper cups confuse me as well. Why not just have these regular glass cups and be done with it" She then widened her eyes as she realized she didn't offer anything. She got up and replied "Would you like some tea, prince rupert? I made plenty" She felt a need to have him stay with her. To get to know him more. She replied curiously "I apologize for my curiosity but do you recall which kingdom you come from? I never got the chance to ask before"

She hoped her questions weren't rude. Out of all the people she wanted to try her hardest to be polite. Not only because he was a prince, but because he had given her little reason to distrust him. It was hard to trust anybody yet rupert was just different. Every time he spoke there was geniuine kindness within. Maybe she was a hopeless romantic or maybe this time there was someone who wasn't going to hurt her.

Rupert grinned.

"I know people say it's easier to throw them away or recycle them since they're made of paper. So easier to clean up." replied Rupert.

He nodded.

"I'd love some." said Rupert.

He paused at her question and smiled.

"There were a few kingdoms close by in my world. Snow White and her stepmother were from there. Ferdinand and I came from neighboring kingdoms. I can't remember my name though as I haven't been human for a while. I was cursed as a magic mirror for a while when I rejected someone's advances. They are no longer a villain and released me. Although I'm still her servant as not even she could completely reverse the spell. I can still show visions in mirrors by touching them." mentioned Rupert.
