[Piccolo]

(OCC: August 31st, evening. Bonding/romance thread for Piccolo and AVGN with a couple people in for the first few posts)

Tonight was the night. Piccolo had prepared for everything. Especially if he got captured. He would either surrender and pledge his loyalty or he would just blast them. He had enough power to do that. Piccolo flew quietly into the rooms, satisfied that he got in. He then made a note to check in on Nerd. He just wanted to be sure that man was okay. Because last time he had to escape as to avoid getting caught, a fact that nerd warned him about. It made piccolo believe he was trapped in the army in his own right. So maybe he could convince nerd to come back as the defiant leaders were aware of who he was. Piccolo grabbed got some of the bugs Baxter made and put them in some of the security systems. But he made sure they were well covered before he did. He then flew over to an office, one that had facilier's name right on it. Perfect. The place he was looking for.

He picked his nails on the door to unlock it and was pleased at his success. He then looked at a couple folders, taking one for keeps. Putting in deep within his white weighted gi due to it having a big pocket for anything he might need. He didn't need to eat perse as he didn't survive on anything other than water and warm weather. But he used the pocket cause he could get injured or whatever. Piccolo was about to leave when he felt himself become wrapped tightly. Piccolo tried to pull back in resistance but it only got tighter. He then felt himself be pulled to the basement. Where Facilier himself along with a young boy was pointing at him. Piccolo sneered as he was caught. By a young teen nonetheless. Shit. He had to think of something quick. Piccolo was about to respond "Wait. I can explain. It's not what you think" But then he was surprised that he felt the unknown source squeeze him tighter. He looked to see his shadow contained by another with a evil grin. Piccolo widened his eyes. Okay, that was new. He then saw the staff aiming then suddenly he felt his very soul be drained. Piccolo screamed and pleaded when suddenly he heard a very loud voice shout

"WAIT DON'T!"

Piccolo was shocked the painful process stopped and he looked to see his savior. Piccolo widened his eyes. It was none other than Nerd

Olive yawned as he then heard his father's office door unlocked. Curious he looked then widened his eyes as he saw piccolo. In a panic, he woke up his fathers. He explained what he saw and smiled as facilier said he would handle it. He then went to the basement with his parents and sneered as piccolo was brought back. He pointed "That's him! That's the guy! He was trying to steal your plans dad!" He then saw his father facilier attempt to drain his life energy when Nerd came. Olive replied to nerd "Hey nerd! What are you doing here? You know this guy?"

Facilier was pissed when olive told him there was someone in his office. He just had a feeling it was a spy. Facilier explained he would handle it and got shadow to grab the intruder. Facilier then sneered as piccolo tried to explain himself "Save it green man. I know a spy when I see one. My friends are hungry. You should do just nicely for them" He then aimed his staff and quickly replied "See you in hell you alien" He then started to drain his energy when suddenly nerd came. Facilier sneered at nerd "What do you mean don't? This man is a spy. Unless you know who he is, I'm killing this bastard"

[Angry Video Game Nerd]

It had been days since he'd last seen Piccolo. Days since his failure. Although to his shock they hadn't expected him to win. The fact he tried and had the bravery to return had earned him points in their book. They wanted success but first they wanted loyalty. The bugs had been destroyed but the fact he'd gone up against a member of theirs and survived to return to them had earned their trust. Along with a file but they'd made sure no one could identify Piccolo by name. They'd left things calling him Majunior so no one would realize right away. He saw Piccolo fly by being dragged to the basement by shadows as he ran down spotting Facilier and Malachite.

"WAIT! DON'T!" said Nerd.

He smiled at Olive and nodded glancing at them both.

"Yes. He's my boyfriend and a new recruit. He was new to this world and I was talking him into joining. He wasn't sure so I asked him to come to meet some of you guys. Just don't hurt him okay." said Nerd.

He paused walking over to Piccolo and pulled him into a quick kiss also getting some of the pain in the process. He then held Piccolo refusing to let him go as he could feel himself start to get weaker as well.

"If you're going to kill him for just walking into the house then you'll have to kill me and nearly half your army. So many people wandered in here not knowing about this war or your army and you let them all live." said Nerd.

He paused falling to his knees as his body wasn't as strong as Piccolo's and with his healing abilities Piccolo could probably last longer than most people.

"I'm not sure what you both saw but he must have been looking for a way to get back to his home or information on where he was. He's no threat. Please let him live." said Nerd.

He gasped as he began to blink worried he might pass out any second now.

[Piccolo]

Piccolo was quite relieved to see Nerd, but the logical part of him wanted Nerd to run. Piccolo was kicking himself in the foot for getting caught and being in a position where nerd had to save him. It seemed to convince the young teen instantly as he was calmer. But his fathers were a bit harder to convince it seemed. Piccolo said nothing, knowing that anything he said could trigger anger or worse. He then heard Nerd call him boyfriend. Boyfriend. Boyfriend. Piccolo's heart skipped a beat again, for a few seconds longer. He liked being called that he realized. Nerd and him did some romance before nerd escaped but he was somewhat pleased Nerd felt just as attracted to him as piccolo was to nerd. Then facilier blasted him again but Piccolo's pain was somewhat consoled by Nerd's kiss. Piccolo wanted to hold nerd tightly himself but was only forced to stay still. He kissed back, just as passionately as he did have genuine feelings but some of it was to show facilier nerd was speaking a truth.

Then suddenly Nerd talked more which finally seemed to convince Facilier he was speaking the truth. Thankfully as nerd was falling down from pain and exhaustion, he was released. Piccolo's instant thought was to grab nerd and use some of his healing energy onto Nerd. Piccolo felt absolute shame and disgust with himself for being so easily captured AND causing harm onto Nerd. He was going to make up for this for sure. But for now he had to play dumb and work with nerd's lie. As he healed facilier used his own magic to help nerd out a bit. Then Facilier threatened him. Piccolo calmly listened, trying his best not to get angry. As he knew getting angry would make things worse too. Piccolo replied "Nerd speaks the truth sir. I was only in your office to find out more about where I was. I wish to join you" He helped nerd up, holding him closely.

Piccolo did his best to humble himself. If vegeta was here, he would be beyond pissed at piccolo surrendering himself. But thankfully vegeta wasn't here. Then again neither was anyone he knew, so he could play a pretend part and get away with it. He replied calmly "I, piccolo, now pledge my loyalty to you sir" He then saw shadow sniff him. Piccolo coldly looked at the shadow, irritated at it but ignored it overall. He even did his best to ignore when shadow licked him, this caused piccolo to bare his teeth annoyedly at shadow and was relieved olive told him to stop. Piccolo replied "I can take nerd to get some food sir. If you don't mind"

Facilier sneered as Nerd kept talking. He shook his head "Nerd, stay out of this. I'm serious" He then proceeded to keep blasting him. Only for nerd to call piccolo boyfriend and kiss him. Facilier realized that nerd was being truthful, or so he thought. He then listened as nerd got into the crossfire more and told facilier off. He sighed annoyedly "Fine. If you say so nerd. Shadow, let him go" He then saw shadow let piccolo go and piccolo heal nerd. Facilier sighed "Alright, nerd. I'm choosing to believe you. Mostly cause you have been pretty loyal overall" He then used his own magic to assist piccolo in healing him. Facilier aimed his staff again at piccolo, threateningly replying "You better be who you say you are. You better be who he says you are. Otherwise you're both in serious trouble, you especially alien man. I have no tolerance for backstabbers in my establishment" Shadow meanwhile looked over to nerd with laughter, amused with the nerd's courageous display. He then sniffed Piccolo and even licked him. He laughed only to stop laughing as olive commanded him to knock it off.

"Yeah shadow, easy with our new guest. He's square for now" He then replied "Better get yourself something nerd before you pass out" He then nodded as piccolo offered to get him something. Facilier replied "Well piccolo, you best get yourself comfortable. Cause as of right now you're one of us, and I hope you're as loyal to us as nerd over here is to you" He then went upstairs, cocking his head to olive "Come on olive, you need to go to bed. We all do" He then went with malachite up the steps.

Olive listened as nerd explained the situation. Olive then commented "Oh? Really? Oh well then no wonder he was in the office" He then saw his dad be too suspicious then olive gasped as nerd kissed him which caused him to get in the crossfire. Olive replied "Dad! Wait! Nerd's in there!" He then listened as nerd explained more. Olive felt shame now for making assumptions and causing all this. He then listened as facilier pretty much spoke for him and then olive eventually nodded. Olive replied "I believe you two. I'm glad we have a new member" He then saw shadow, and feeling guilty for nerd's plight, he replied irritably at shadow "Hey shadow knock it off. Leave the guy alone" He then turned to see his dad's go up. He then turned to piccolo and nerd replying "Sorry for the misunderstandings. Sorry about all this crud nerd. Feel better. Oh and welcome to the club piccolo" He then went up the steps. He would find a way to make it up to nerd in the morning but right now he was tired.

[Angry Video Game Nerd]

Nerd groaned as he glanced at Facilier and Olive and sighed in relief as they believed him. Piccolo even healed him to his surprise.

"Thanks, Piccolo." said Nerd.

He turned glancing at the pair.

"We're both worthy of your trust. I know you'll see that in time." said Nerd.

When they were both gone he collapsed into a chair and smiled. Once he saw the shadow was gone and they were both alone he sighed.

"I'm glad you played along. And sorry for kissing you like that. I'm sure you probably don't feel the same way. Just play along until we get out of here okay. Then we can get everyone out of here to the defiant army." said Nerd.

He paused with a grin.

"I suppose you didn't pack sensu beans before you got sent here?" asked Nerd.

[Piccolo]

Piccolo nodded as he was thanked, wanting to acknowledge nerd. But he wasn't calm or willing to say much until facilier was away. He had heard how dangerous and trigger happy he was, but this just proved that facilier was exactly what everyone viewed him as. Yet his son was quite the opposite. How that man managed to raise a boy that compassionate was beyond him. But then again, he was just as cruel as Facilier was, maybe even more before gohan entered into his life. Sure he was still undeniably ruthless but his ruthlessness only came when it was a bad enemy or he was desperate. He nodded at nerd's words, pleased at this man was persuading them to trust them. Again, nerd never ceased to impress him.

Piccolo allowed nerd to relax in a chair, being just as uneasy with the shadows. But he was just as relieved as they were both finally alone. He then listened as Nerd apologized for the kiss and started to assume piccolo's feelings. Piccolo chuckled then "You know nerd, you may know a lot about me" He then pulled nerd closer to him "But you don't know everything" He then kissed nerd again, gently and tenderly. He pulled back replying "Don't apologize for something I was originally going to do to you before things got complicated with facilier. I do actually have feelings for you too nerd. I wanted to tell you before you left last time but might as well tell you now" He then shook his head irritatedly "I'm the one who should apologize anyway. I was careless. I nearly got you killed" He sneered angrily, his teeth coming out like daggers "Facilier could've killed you without a second thought. He will not go unanswered for that" He made sure his voice was only loud enough for nerd to hear, but he was otherwise unapologetic about his thoughts.

He then calmed down a bit as he saw nerd smile, piccolo liked the man's smile. A lot more than he thought he would. He noticed the folder in his pocket and teleported it back to the office to prevent suspicion again. He then grabbed the said bag of beans, a backup plan if he noticed a enemy and they harmed him. Piccolo replied playfully "As a matter of fact I have. Good thing yajirobe finally agreed to teach me to make them" He then gave the bean to nerd, giving the man a affectionate look. He then took a bean of his own, eating it. He sighed "Ironic isn't it? I sneak around avoiding adults yet get caught by a teen" He then made a somewhat petty huff before replying "Good thing krillan isn't here. He would never let me hear the end of it"

[Angry Video Game Nerd]

Nerd was glad they were finally alone. And was taken by surprise as Piccolo kissed again. Nerd felt himself blushing slightly as he hadn't expected this. He pulled back to breathe and grinned.

"Well this is an unexpected surprise." replied Nerd.

He shook his head.

"I guess we're even. You caught me and now I caught you." teased Nerd.

He sighed.

'I'm not sure about that. If he really thought I was a spy he'd probably have kept me alive to interrogate me. And probably not killed me in front of his kids. They do try to shield their kids from the worst of this war thankfully. I'm grateful the children haven't been in many battles yet." said Nerd.

He grinned again as Piccolo said he had nerds. He gave one to Nerd as he ate it.

"These taste better than I thought." said Nerd.

In an instant, he felt healed and even better than he'd been before.

"Say you think you could teach me some ki? Even being able to form energy balls or fly might come in handy." mentioned Nerd.
