Oogie is a sadistic, fun-loving and unapologetically cruel creature. He loves to gamble and especially loves to treat people as if they were playthings. He's merciless, manipulative and tends to fight dirty as he does whatever he can to get what he wants. He's admittedly cowardly, putting himself before others but he can be vicious and aggressive if it's needed. He's quick-witted, pragmatic and power hungry, determined to always win or go out on top. He's charming which makes him all the more unpredictable and dangerous, as he's easily pleasant and takes things in stride whenever he feels like it. He tends to use frightening tactics to intentionally frighten someone, as he is a bit of a old school bully.
History:
Oogie used to be a king of his own town called Bug County, as he was a sentient sack stuffed entirely out of evil bugs and creatures. However his county was destroyed completely, for reasons even he is not sure why of, and he migrated to Halloween town. He attempted to take control of that town, using fear and fright to get to it, but he failed as Jack Skellington was voted in and more frightening than he ever could be. Angry, he attempted to kidnap a innocent civilian, who he would later learn was named Sally. Jack saved her and imprisoned him to the trick or treaters house, as punishment for his cruelty. He manipulated the trick or treaters, named Lock, Shock and Barrel respectively, into being his allies. They agreed in exchange for a possibility of being in some sort of control in Halloween town. But the trick or treaters began to admire jack and despite being afraid of oogie, genuinely befriended him. This didn't concern oogie though as he patiently waited for the trick or treaters to give him his next meal to get stronger to escape his prison. That meal came in the form of Santa Claus, a visitor by force thanks to jack's meddling. Oogie proceeded to bully santa, being sadistic as always when he was tricked by sally into being distracted. Unfortunately for sally, oogie learned of her deception and captured her.
He then decided to kill both santa and sally, as he was aware jack was friends with sally. He nearly killed them but was confronted by jack. Jack and him fought, with oogie being defeated by having his sack premise ruined and getting killed by his own lava pool. He then one day awoke here in Chicago, where he took refuge in Facilier's home to cause chaos and mayhem. But now he has heard rumors of sally and wants revenge against jack, so taking down sally is the next best thing.
Allies: Facilier Army, Trick or Treaters(Formerly)
Enemies: Jack Skellington, Sally, Santa Claus, Trick Or Treaters
Plans: Take revenge against sally, cause some mischief, maybe kidnap somebody.
