Where is this character from? Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Next Mutation; Power Rangers In Space.
Why did you pick him/her?: a fun character and to complete the turtle family. even if she's from another universe than the rest of them. And she has magic so another magical character for the army.

Personality: Loyal, Protective, Clumsy with magic at times as she's still learning; friendly; strong warrior. She was closer to her new family of Splinter and the turtles and after meeting the space rangers she ended up here alone. She misses them but there are now two sets of turtles for her to get to know. and she will even if it just reminds her of the family she left behind.
History:
Venus was part of the accident with the other four turtles. She was adopted by Chung I and taken to China to live with him. There she learned the Japanese art of shinobi and the chinese chi magic. She became a ninja mage of sorts learning a bit of both. One day the Dragon Lords killed Chung I and trapped Splinter in the mirror world.
Venus made it to America learning of the other turtles. She helped the turtles rescue Splinter but in doing so allowed the Dragon Lord and some of his army to escape into the real world.
This began a series of battles with them and Venus was welcomed to the team. They also encountered many other villains in New York including vampires, gangsters, and thieves. They killed or defeated what enemies they could often leading in the villains thrown in jail or escaping. Over time she grew closer to the family especially Leonardo and Raphael. She weakened Shredder as well making him no longer a threat. Although he began rebuilding his army. They eventually got most of their enemies locked away in jail. They imprisoned the Dragon army and vampires back into the mirror but Venus made sure only good creatures could pass through the mirror now as she knew there were good creatures in that realm. With peace restored to New York and Shredder defeated again, Venus began focusing more in her training again. Until one day she disappeared and ended up in another world. She learned of the war and offered to help but focused on her studies wanting to get stronger in her magic before getting involved in another battle again and now she thinks she's ready enough to help.
