Why did you pick him/her?: He's a great villain and a foil for Ma-Ti.

Personality: Cruel, ruthless, evil. He doesn't care for anyone but himself not even his henchman. He will team up the eco villains once and awhile but he tends to to work alone or with Leadsuit most of the time.
History(the show had no explanation of his transformation so i made one up):
Duke Jefferson worked at a nuclear factory. One night there was an accident and it transformed him into a radioactive creature. He at first was shocked by his appearance but the doctors were unable to cure him. Soon he began to resent society and decided to make everyone like him. He changed his name to Duke Nukem and began attacking nuclear power plants around the world. His attempts were always stopped by the Planeteers and Captain Planet. Even their greatest attempt in stealing their rings and making evil duplicates of the rings and creating Captain Pollution failed.
But one day Ma-Ti vanished as the other four planeteers were left without Captain Planet and their fifth member. The eco villains enjoyed having their fun even teaming up again to make sure they were able to overpower the four planeteers. Dr. Blight had told them Gaia was trying to find Ma-Ti but as the weeks turned into months they watched the planeteers lose hope and were eventually captured by the eco villains. With no one left to stand in their way they were going to conquer the world but then Duke Nukem found himself pulled into a portal and found himself in a new world. And he quickly learned Ma-Ti was here and without his ring. Duke Nukem decided to stick around and joined Ask That Guy's army.
Allies: Leadsuit (henchman); Dr. Blight; Mal; Verminous Skum; Sly Sludge; Looten Plunder; Argos Bleak; Captain Pollution; Hoggish Greedly; Rigger; Zarm; Critic's army.
Enemies: Planeteers; Captain Planet; Gaia; anyone who loves nature.
Plans: a reunion fight with Ma-Ti, cause some chaos.
