Why did you pick him/her?: To have at least one friend from rum tum's group, basically be a good friend to everybody but especially rum tum

Personality:
Munkustrap is a kind, insightful, noble and honorable cat. He's a natural born leader and does his best to take care of everyone, being the rather compassionate cat. He's immensely loyal to his tribe, and tends to make sure things are done properly and correctly. He is pretty calm, collected and patient but he also has little to no tolerance for nonsense. He's immensely protective of others he cares for and will lose his temper if they are hurt. He's quite idealistic as well, being quite positive despite his stern outlook on things. He can come across as a bit bossy sometimes which is expected as he tends to take his role as leader quite seriously, but he means no harm by it and does let himself cut loose when he can.
History:
Munkustrap was born as Old Deuteronomy's eldest son, as such he was trained since he was a kitten to help out with his father's duty to protect his cat tribe the Jellicles. Munkustrap never minded this though as his father was a excellent teacher and parent, allowing munkustrap to have fun while also preparing him for the leadership role when he became too old to do certain leader activities. Munkustrap helped take care of his younger siblings, as well as take in other cats who wished to be part of their tribe. Bomberina and her sister demeter became especially good friends with him as did Rum Tum Tugger, a orphan old Deuteronomy took in. Eventually his father retired from his leadership to be the layerside chooser, a cat who would take another older cat to the afterlife.
One night it was munkustrap's time to be the chaperone of the jellicle ball while his father did his duty to choose the next cat to be taken to the next layer. This night however his father, old Deuteronomy was captured by macavity, a old enemy of his father. Munkustrap was forced to hide his family and friends away but macavity found them and attempted to kill a few of the kittens, including demeter. Angry and fearful, munkustrap confronted him and succeeded but with some injuries. Thankfully it wasn't too severe and he lead a search for his father. Thankfully rum tum tugger suggested Mr. Mistofolees find him and Mr. Mistofolees did in fact find him. The ball then went off without a hitch and a cat was chosen by the name of Grizibella. Then the ball was over and munkustrap awaited the next ball.
One day though rum tum disappeared, munkustrap concerned adventured out to find him. He then awoke to find himself in Chicago and found rum tum taken refuge in a place called Critic's army. Munkustrap, fearful of losing rum tum again, agreed to stay. He can only hope the rest of his tribe is alright in the meantime.
