Why did you pick him/her?: For Copper and his friendship; And he's a fun, loyal character.

Personality: Friendly, Adventurous, compassionate, brave, smart. Loyal to Copper, Widow Tweed, Vixey and his other friends. He risked his life to save Amos Slade from a bear who moments ago tried to kill him. And when Copper saved him in return it showed their friendship was still strong despite the many years and distance apart from each other.
History:
Tod is an orphaned fox whose mother hid him while being chansed by dogs. She was never seen again and was presumed killed. Big Mama helped Tod find a new home with Widow Tweed and he adjusted the best he could. He missed his mother but Widow Tweed and Big Mama became like secondary mothers to him and good friends. He was also friends with other animals in the hard Dinkey and Boomer.
One day he met Copper, the hound dog from next door. They became best frieends pretty fast and had fun playing games like tide and hide and seek. When they were cought playing together Amos Slade tried to kill him and Tod fled and Copper was tied to the house.
Sometime later he was freed and met up with Tod again playing outside. They stumbled across a circus and Copper lied saying he had no owner and hid his collar to join a band. Dixie was jealous Copper was taking her spot and she had an on again/off again relationship with Cash as wel. She and Tod teamed up to break them up as Tod was jealous Copper was spending too much time with the band. But things backfired as Amos Slade took Copper away and the badn nearly lost their chance at a gig. Copper escaped and with Tod helped patch up Cash and Dixie and the band got their gig after all. Tod and Copper said goodbye to their new friends as the band and circus eventually left town. Copper soon left with Amos Slade and Chief off to hunt as Tod would miss his friend but knew he'd be back one day.
As the monsths went by both Tod and Copper grew. But as they reunited Copper said they couldn't hang out anymore. He was a hunting dog now and Chief chased Tod away. Widow Tweed realized Tod wouldn't be safe here with both Copper and Chief now adults and Amos Slade's short temper. So she left Tod at a nature preserve saying goodbye to him. Chief was injured in an attempt to capture Tod so Copper and Slade went after Tod in the preserve.
Tod met Vixey and they began to date. When Copper and Slade showed up Tod led them away from Vixey not wanting her to get hurt. When a bear showed up Tod risked his life saving them both from the bear knocking it off a cliff. THe bear left injured and Copper stood in front of Tod saving him as Slade decided to give it up and took Copper home. Tod stayed in the preseve with Vixey. Tod and Copper reflected on their friendship, knowing they couldn't be together anymore but would always be friends. Tod then woke up in another world and joined Facilier's army reluctantly. But was more happier to there upon learning Copper and Vixey were there.
