Personality:
Yzma is a greedy, determined, manipulative, vengeful and easily irritable woman. She's also quite egotistical, which is understandable due to being so intelligent, creative and skilled. She's envious of those who succeed above her, due to having many industrial ambitious desires. She's eccentric and easily angered, thanks to having a low to no tolerance for nonsensical things. She's got a strong sense of humor despite this though, handled by a sarcastic approach. She can be quite charming despite her easily irritable side, coming across as quite cunning and truly devious. She can also be quite ruthless and intimidating, and usually forces her ego aside for the sake of getting what she needs or wants.
History:
Yzma was a member for the royal court and a advisor to the royal family for many years, including the last descendant of this family line named Kuzco. As Kuzco's parents travelled and did many royal duties, they tended to not be at home often, leading yzma to raise him. Despite being fond of the prince, she resented his parents due to them constantly travelling and spoiling the prince when they were home. The prince became harder and harder to deal with as he got older, which made her resentment grow more. Kuzco's parents died when he was thirteen which genuinely left her to be the official guardian but only until Kuzco turned eighteen. During those years she managed the kingdom and absolutely enjoyed those years, even wishing the prince was younger so she could be in charge longer. However Kuzco turned eighteen which lead HIM to be emperor, and yzma was forced to become a advisor again. She tried to resume her activity but found herself discontent. She snuck away doing some duties behind his back which Kuzco let go until his nineteeth birthday. Annoyed with her constant need to take his job, Kuzco then fired her. Angry at this, she vowed revenge and plotted to kill the emperor and rule the empire for the rest of her life.
With her lackey kronk, a man she hired due to her other lackey quitting, they planned to poison him to make it look like a illness overtook him. She invited Kuzco to dinner as a cover and had kronk lace his drink with the poison. What she didn't know was that it wasn't poison but a magic potion to turn someone into a llama. Kuzco drank the laced drink, turning into a llama. In a panic, she commanded kronk to knock the emperor out and make a new plan. To take him to town and kill him. Kronk left with the emperor and returned claiming he took care of it. Yzma moved on, taking Kuzco's place as empress. For a small while things were well as she was now in charge but kronk, in a panic, managed to confess he failed to kill him. Beyond enraged, she made him take her into town to find him and kill him for real. They went into a restaurant where he was last seen but failed to find him, and in her anger blamed this whole mess on kronk. Unknowing to her Kuzco learned about the ploy to kill him and hid away from her, as she went to search for him. Thanks to kronk though she learned he was with a man named pacha and confronted pacha's family at their house, only to be defeated by them. She and kronk however found Kuzco and pacha, who went to the palace to get the antidote to turn him human once more and take his throne back. Yzma stole the antidote and ordered kronk to kill both him and pacha, but kronk's hesitation pushed her to a breaking point, deliberately insulting him and his cooking. This caused kronk to betray her, yzma took it in stride and defeated him by making him fall into a trapdoor. Pacha and Kuzco stole the antidote, along with other potions, but yzma used her guards to attack him. Despite turning into animals themselves, both they and yzma chased down Kuzco and pacha to the front of the palace.
The guards failed to take them down, falling down from the nostril hole of the palace face. Yzma decided to do this herself, she grabbed them both, trying to take the final two potions to avoid Kuzco turning human. In the chaos she grabbed the wrong one, smashing it and causing her to turn into a kitten. Despite this she managed to steal the antidote, only to be thwarted by Kuzco again. She then was sent away to wander the alleyways as a kitten. She resumed her human hood eventually, catching a glimpse of her former ally kronk talking to the elderly about how he wanted to do right by his father. This made her hatch a plan to scheme the public in order to be well liked once more and be voted in as empress instead. She took kronk and managed to successfully lie to him that she changed, saying she wanted to help others. She convinced him to help her with this potion of youth, which was fake and basically sewer water, and sold the old people for everything they had. She then got into the voting boards as she planned but kronk found out her charade and exposed her for her lies. She was confronted and kicked out of the public but before she could go to jail, she used a potion to turn into a adorable bunny to save herself. She then was forced to live life as a bunny.
Until one day she awoke to found herself human again. She was rescued by a sorceress called queen la. Feeling like it would be better to be friends than a slave, she convinced la to make her a ally of the army and she agreed to be the official alchemist as she was a sorceress and scientist. She now plans to get more power, but also hopefully to find Kuzco if possible and take him down.

Enemies: Kuzco, Pacha, Kronk, Facilier and Critic Army
Plans: Make a couple friends, maybe help out in getting mechakara turned back into a robot.
