Witchiepoo is unapologetically evil, chaotic and sadistic. She's immensely goofy and tends to be unkind and enjoys being so. Her root of evil though is usually comical and tricky in context. She is mean-spirited and does approve of hurting and threatening to get what she wants. She's cruel but enjoys being so. She's fun-loving, energetic, passionate, determined and ambitious. She cares about her reputation of evil and does what she can to achieve it. She is pleasant and surprisingly friendly in her own weird way. She embraces her spirit and is free-minded, unashamed of her manipulative nature. She's a trickster, using most deceitful ways to get things. She's also quite greedy and selfish, not concerned about going dirty to get what she desires. Despite her need to be evil, she's quite simple-minded and romantic. She does have a desire to have a family and spend time with others.
History:
Witchiepoo was born and raised in Witchdom, a area where most if not all witches tended to roam. She was raised by a single mother who embraced her evil nature and encouraged her daughter to be so too. Witchiepoo was close to her mother and fully wanted to be just as cruel as she was. Her mother died when she was a teen and witchiepoo worked for the mayor of witchdom, second in command of the feared boss witch. She never saw boss witch as she was not a official witch, only a apprentice to witches. She eventually became a witch and was assigned to cause chaos in a place of her choosing. She chose living island to pester and annoy and was successful at her job. She eventually took in two creatures, orson who was a vulture and Seymour who was a spider as her servants. She also had stupid bat, a less than intelligent bat as another servant. She managed to pester living island as much as she could, being rivals with it's mayor H.R Pufinstuf.
One day she caught sight of a talking golden flute named freddy and wanted him for herself. She captured jimmy to take freddy but pufinstuf saved jimmy before she could. She had since made many attempts against him, pufinstuf and freddy. She failed each one and decided if she couldn't have freddy, she would trap jimmy in living island. She then one day heard jimmy disappear and out of curiosity went to find him. She then found herself meeting a army called ATG. She agreed to assist in exchange for a chance to help conquer the world.
