Personality:
Revolta is sadistic, cruel, vengeful and immensely embracive of these qualities. She is aware of her evilness and fully enjoys it. She is also quite determined, almost to the point of never giving up if she can help it. She's stubborn and strongly opinionated, which makes it all the more harder to change her mind on certain matters. She's immensely arrogant sometimes, but that is due to being aware of her immense skill, she's intelligent and quick witted. She is also somewhat easily irritable, but makes up for it by also having immense patience in spite of herself. She's a planner, always thinking before acting and uses her skill to her advantage.
History:
Revolta was born and raised as her mother's apprentice to be a witch, her mother a strict but well meaning teacher. Her mother expected great things from her and revolta was quite skilled, so she managed to impress her hard to please mother. Her mother passed when she was a teenager and revolta became determined to be the witch her mother wanted her to be. Revolta eventually became friends with most of the horror classic monsters, particularly Dracula and Frankenstein. For years they caused destruction and scares across the town but then most if not a majority of her friend group had a change of heart. Her whole friend group either became repentant of their evil ways or got bored by it wanting to start families of their own. Revolta felt betrayed by them and deliberately caused fights with them to try to change them to evil again, but if anything it alienated her from them so much more. She ended up being banished from the main land of the ghouls thanks to Dracula seeing her as too evil, revolta then vowed revenge against them. While she became isolated and took refuge in a abandoned castle, with only her main lackey Grim Creeper as company, her friends all got married and had children of their own.
Revolta then decided to blame the children for their parents being so soft and kind. She decided to use her revenge against her friends by using the children as her main weapon. She made a spell called revoltizing that would permanently brainwash the children into being evil slaves who would destroy their families and the world. Revolta proceeded to start this around the same time a human man named shaggy alongside his sidekick dogs became their gym teachers. She used a spell to influence said coach into baiting the girls into a trap. She caught the girls one by one, temporarily hypnotizing them to obey her for the time being until midnight came. Then the permanent spell would be ready and the girls would be hers forever. Her plans though were thwarted by scooby, shaggy, scrappy and the ghouls themselves. She had her wand stolen by elsa who destroyed it causing her to retreat. She then went to sulk as everything she had was destroyed, but after some sulking she made a new and improved wand and proceeded to make a next plan.
Then suddenly as she was making a spell, she felt herself be whisked away and into a army lead by Ask Thatguy. Nella imprisoned her at first due to tug roper reporting her as a enemy. Revolta however managed to convince them that she was a ally, and if in exchange for her freedom she'd give protective spells for Nella's adopted family. Nella agreed and revolta gave the spells as promised, now revolta serves as a employee and focuses her attention on having revenge on shaggy, scooby, scrappy and the ghouls that ruined her plans.

Enemies: Shaggy, Scooby Doo, Scrappy Doo, Tanis, Elsa Frankinteen, Sibella, Winnie, Phantasma
