Where is this character from?: Land Before Time Series
Why did you pick him/her?: For littlefoot to have his friend around, plus she can be one of the more distrusting kids, which is fun to play.

Personality:
Cera is the most spirited, feisty, stubborn and arrogant young girl you can meet. She does, however, have a noble well-meaning spirit underneath her brash and tough exterior. She's loyal, compassionate, protective, kind and mostly friendly. However she has a hard time trusting people and a even harder time opening her mind to other perspectives, the only people who can manage to make her listen are her father and her best friend littlefoot. She's very loving to others despite her tendency to be aggressive and confrontational, just genuinely wanting what's best for others and herself. She can have a big ego but she is trying to learn to admit when she's wrong, which isn't easy for her. She's immensely brave but can come across as a show off due to wanting to be seen as a strong independent spirit. Overall, she is a good kid, she just has a tendency to come across as bratty sometimes.
History:
Cera was born during a great famine to a relatively strong family, where she herself was the most headstrong. She had two adult sisters, a loving mother and a strict but loving father. She at first attempted to play with different dinosaurs but was influenced by her egotistical father that only three horns were good and that they didn't play with different dinosaurs, especially long necks. Cera, a huge daddy's girl and desperate for his approval, parroted his influence any time she could. She even started to believe it. One night when she snuck out to play in a swamp, she met up with Littlefoot again, and they had fun for a short while as they played together despite her mistrust. They were interrupted by the tyrannical Sharptooth and chased into a thorn bush. Shraptooth attempted to eat them, but Littlefoot and Cera were saved by Littlefoot’s Mom, who fought off the tyrannosaurus, but got killed as a result. As they tried to make their escape, a huge earthquake began to split the land, killing some dinosaurs including cera's mother. The chaos of the earthquake also sent Sharptooth into a chasm. It also caused Littlefoot and Cera to be seperated from their families. Cera, not willing to trust him this much, rejected Littlefoot’s suggestion to travel together. She discovered where Sharptooth had landed and taunted it beleving it to be dead. Sharptooth eventually awoke, scaring her completely, causing her to flee. She met up with littlefoot along with his new friends named Ducky and Petrie. Later joined by a orphan named spike, Cera accompanied the other children, although at a distance. They were eventually found by Sharptooth and forced to run away.
After a long journey and a number of disappointment, Cera had enough and decided to strike out for herself to find the Great Valley. She fought with Littlefoot and ended the winner, and Ducky, Pertie and Spike followed her. The “easier” route she decided to take, lead through a series of volcanoes and soon, the kids were separated and in grave danger from lava and tar pits. Cera was chased by a pack of pachycephalosaurs’ before they were scared away by Littlefoot, who’d returned upon finding the Valley on his own, and the others. Cera was embaraced by her failure and went off to sulk. She changed her mind though, realizing that she valued the other children as friends. She then returned just in time as the children planned to trick Sharptooth into drowning in a lake. Cera used her strength as a triceratops to topple the rock to knock the carnivore into the water. The five kids continued their path to the Great Valley, headed by Littlefoot and were reunited with their families. The five dinosaurs remained friends for the remainder of their lives. They went on many, many, many adventures including befriending a baby sharp tooth and defeating many adversaries that went up against their family.
All five resided in the great valley, joining in harmony and she insisted to her father to play with these other kids even if they weren't superior to her. Her father had some shortcomings and even tried to forbid her but realized the error of his ways seeing it hurt cera more than help her, and eventually finally let her make her own friendships and decisions. He even began to let go himself, being more friendly and even finding a new mate named Tria. Cera was distrustful of her at first but enjoyed her easy going and understanding personality, cera eventually accepted her as a step mom and even got a younger half sister by the name of Tricia. She also had a nephew from one of her older sisters and a niece from the other. She had a good family and good friends and life was good. Until littlefoot and ducky disappeared, cera at first denied it but as weeks went by she got scared though she would never admit that. But then she disappeared and met up with littlefoot. She stayed if only because he asked her too and wandered whenever she could to find the others, she caught wind of ducky being taken in the ask thatguy army. She tried to get ducky back but nearly got caught as a result. She stayed in the critic's since then, wanting for once to have a plan as opposed to just charge in. She can only hope to return home.
