Name: Cinderella
Age: 18
Where is this character from?: Cindrella Film Series
Why did you pick him/her?: Mostly for lady Tremaine and her godmother, plus she's a likeable fun princess.
Picture:
Personality:
Cinderella is immensely hard working, determined, positive and kind. She has a natural optimistic and understanding disposition, being quite a pleasant and friendly young lady. Make no mistake though, just because she is very willing to be kind and noble does not mean she is naïve or foolish. She usually is quite intelligent, and is confident in herself and what she feels is right. She will stick up for others and always what she feels is right. She sometimes can get pushed to a breaking point, but even then she usually fights back with harsh words rather than a fist. She is noble, well spoken and unapologetically honest. Despite her confidence and friendly disposition she is quite sensitive and genuinely wishes to be liked so sometimes she allows herself to get pushed around. She can even sometimes be bullied because she tries her best to be easy going and empathetic, but once pushed too far or once she realizes that something is wrong she will usually be bold enough to put an end to it.
History:
Cinderella was born to a rich but loving couple, but unfortunately her mother passed away when she was only six years old. Both she and her father wanted a mother in the household and so her kind father married a relatively snooty uptight woman with her two daughters, Drizella and Anastasia. Cinderella tried her absolute best to be pleasant but felt a unease any time they were around. Lady Tremaine overall didn't really pay attention to her and allowed her father to control things, and things were at a stalemate for a small while, cinderella being treated right by her father and at best ignored by her stepfamily. For a few years things were easy, with her father tending to her and providing for her and the tremaines. Sadly, however, her father got ill and passed away when cinderella was eleven years old, leaving her in the care of her stepmother. Tremaine, however, didn't see her as a daughter but as a servant. Tremaine took her father's money, giving it to her and her daughters, leaving cinderella with nothing and made her work the house and be the scullery maid of the tremaines. She was treated like a pauper, not worth the gum off Tremaine's shoe
Cinderella had her good days and bad days, the good days were when Tremaine and her sisters were going to town and Cinderella was actually not given too many chores other than make dinner and clean rooms. The bad days she was constantly working from dawn to dusk, forced to do everything and then some, with barely time to eat. But thanks to having animals such as her mice friends for company, she made the most of her situation. One day though, the king announced a ball to be had with every single maiden to attend. Cinderella asked to go and was relieved when Tremaine said yes, as long as she had finished her chores and found a dress to wear. Unfortunately she had no time to get a dress and seemingly was forced to not go. But thanks to her mice friends she actually did get a dress and was about to go, only for drizella and Anastasia destroy it. Devastated she gave up and wept in the gardens, where her fairy godmother met her and gave her a princess makeover, with a dress, coach and horses. The fairy godmother warned her though that at the stroke of midnight the spell would be broken. Cinderella went to the ball and met the prince, falling in love with him. However she had no choice but to leave home due to it being midnight, she was forced to leave behind a shoe in her hurry. Which caused the prince to declare every maiden to put on the shoe to identify themselves as the missing princess.
The next morning the royal adviser came to their house but Tremaine locked her in, hellbent on preventing cinderella from leaving. Thanks to the mice, and the luck of having a backup slipper just in case the slipper broke, cinderella was proven to be the princess. Not long after she married Prince Charming and became his wife. As months passed she enjoyed her lifestyle, but had to deal with societal expectations of being said princess, which included making a party for the king. At first she was forced to take a backseat, not allowed to invite her friends due to them being 'commoners' and had to not have food they would all enjoy. Overwhelmed cindrella was at a loss again but then she realized that the reason for all her problems was because she wasn't confident and was too worried about expectations, so she stood up for herself and got the party made in her own way, including desserts that weren't prunes and inviting commoners. Despite the shock factor, the king adored the party, even going far as to say commoners were now allowed at certain parties. She even became friends with her strict socialite teacher. Then one day she met up with Anastasia, who at first was aloof to her but cinderella could genuinely see Anastasia was not Tremaine or drizella, she was nicer and much more empathetic than assumed. Cinderella actually became friends with Anastasia and helped her with the baker, inviting them both to her ball. They stayed friends for a small while until the baker had to leave the country for new work, leaving Anastasia forced to go back home. Cinderella was sad that Anastasia took a backseat to not be friends with her, but cinderella was completely understanding, Tremaine was controlling and cinderella could never force her to leave her mother.
So she moved on, until one day she was forced to travel time to the day she left the Tremaine house to marry the prince. But was saddened as Anastasia stole the life she earned. Cinderella tried constantly to stop it but was arrested for her efforts, sent to go to the next country. Fortunately the prince stopped it, remembering her and rejecting a spell put upon him by Tremaine. He asked her to marry him, again, and she happily said yes, meeting up with the king and proceeded with her wedding. But as a last ditch effort, Tremaine disguised Anastasia as her and sent her off. Cinderella though told Anastasia she deserved to decide what she wanted for her life. She then was sent away by lucifer, Tremaine's cat turned human, but thankfully she worked her efforts to defeat him and return to the castle. To her shock and relief, Anastasia was stopping the wedding and confessing to her lies. Then Tremaine confronted the guards sent to arrest her by using the magic of her fairy godmother's wand, then proceeded to attack Anastasia. Determined to protect her, viewing Anastasia at this point like family, she demanded Tremaine to leave her alone protectively holding Anastasia close to her. Prince Charming shielded them both, banishing Tremaine and drizella. Cinderella than proceeded with the marriage and allowed Anastasia to stay as her court woman, viewing her as a sister now. She forgave Anastasia for her wrong doings and continued her life. That is until Anastasia disappeared, she went to find her only for herself to disappear into the critic's house. She heard rumors Anastasia was here but also that her stepmother was here. She's only here to return Anastasia back home at any cost and if that means fighting her step mother again so be it.
