Gift of The Ninja(Willie, Ruber, Michelangelo, Leonardo)

(OCC: July 19th, afternoon. Thought this would be kind of fun to do now. I couldn't resist. Willie, Rum Tum, Max, Ruber, leo and Mikey are here only)

Donatello was thrilled when Leonardo, Raphael and Michelangelo both thought this was a good idea. Sure, it was a tiny bit of a guilt thing to say due to Leonardo struggling with the loss of his ninja mask. But it seemed that max's support made him want to go through with it anyway. Mikey of course couldn't wait any longer. Considering the turtles, plus their loved ones, all agreed to take a load off at roses thanks to Bradley Uppercrust's attack. Donny felt it was best to do it now. He figured this would be a great way to thank their boyfriends for all their support. Donatello of course made a yellow ninja mask for willie. Whereas mikey and leo picked the colors for their boyfriends. Donatello turned to his brothers and replied "So I got these boxes... all we gotta do is find max, ruber, rum tum and willie then bam. We surprise them" He then showed a box for mikey to take and a box for leo to take "It'll be really nice and it'll give us something for them. I promise it'll go well. I mean it's got to I hope" He wasn't confident. He then replied "I got willie to have max and rum tum wait for us in the living room. Willie has no idea either. So let's get going" He then expected his brothers to follow as he went downstairs.

Raphael was nervous as he had his own box with a grey bandana for ruber. He could only hoped this worked. He could only pray to all the gods above that this would work. He wanted to show his appreciation and was thrilled with Donny's idea. He liked it and it felt just right for them. After all, what better present than something to wear right? He followed Donny's lead and frowned sadly as max blamed himself. He then saw rum tum be nice to him and realized that rum tum definitely was more than how he lead. Maybe mikey was right and he poorly judged him. Man gotta hand it to rum tum, he's awful nice all things considered Raph thought to himself. He then saw ruber and willie also comfort him and smiled.

Max was LIVID. How dare Bradley do this to him? How could he do this to leo? He was beyond upset still a few days later. This break was needed but max still felt shame. Sure leo had insisted that despite the loss, he was glad he and max were okay. But Max had practically begged for splinter, basil and even his own father to find ways of making a new ninja mask for leo. He was upset. Beyond. The next time he saw Bradley, he would not walk away as quickly as he did. Max turned to rum tum and growled "I'm so pissed. This isn't fair. This is because of me leo lost his mask. That meant the world to him. How can I be so stupid?" He groaned, covering his face. His anger covered up all his guilt and he felt unworthy of leo's support. Max knew how much ninjitsu and his family meant to him. For Bradley to also know that and use it against him felt like such a weight on max. He wanted to make up for it. He then felt rum tum's hands on his shoulders and then heard willie talk to him but he still felt shame. He heard rum tum's joke and snapped "Damnit Rum Tum I'm being serious. Leo loved that mask. I should've been there for him. I promised I was gonna be there for him"

"Max. Listen. Max, hey hey" Rum Tum patted max's shoulders. Both he and max became pretty good friends thanks to the mutual fact both were dating the turtles. Rum Tum with the youngest and max with the eldest. He replied assuredly "Listen. Brad ain't worth all of this. You know leo loves you more than some damn mask. Trust me. It'll be replaced. It needed a wash anyway" He then frowned as max demanded him to take this serious. Rum Tum then got a bit more serious and hugged max "Listen kid. I'm telling you. The turtles are a tough group. They can handle a lot of things. What matters is that leo and mikey and all of them are alive. Masks can be replaced. And it isn't your fault"

Leo grinned glad for this idea. He wished he'd thought of it. But he was sure Max and the others would love it. He still couldn't believe all of his brothers were now dating. Things had gotten a little better with Mikey. He was talking to them and he hoped this would be one of the ways they could bond and mend fences.

"I can't wait to give this to them. They're going to be so surprised." said Leo.

He paused glancing in a mirror seeing his face without a bandana.

"It feels so weird to not have one. I feel kind of naked without it. But I want my next one to be unbreakable so no one can destroy it again." said Leo.

He takes a swipe at Mikey who dodged it to his annoyance. He then followed Donny downstairs.

Mikey chuckled.

'I don' t know. I think you look better without it." teased Mikey.

Mikey grinned dodging Leo's attempt to grab him. It felt good to be back with his brothers hanging out again. He laughed and followed his brothers downstairs.

Willie paused walking over to Max and Rum Tum.

"Life isn't fair sometimes Max, especially in wars. I'm just grateful none of them were badly hurt or worse. I still feel like I'm getting to know Donny. If those creeps had hurt him or worse I'd feel guilty. I wasn't even there." said Willie.

Ruber nodded.

"Rum Tum and Willie are right. A bandana can be replaced but lives can not. I heard he was very protective over a certain sword you gave him. Seems to me you are what's most important to him. We'll get those fools back one day but staying mad at them means they've won. They have your attention, your focus. You should be focusing on being with Leo, and your dad. And your dad's friends. I'm sure Mickey and Willie probably know a few things about your dad he didn't tell you. And some he probably forgot about." said Ruber.

As Donny went downstairs, he heard ruber, willie, rum tum and max conversing. He smiled at the banter between mikey and leo, glad mikey was joking about a bit more. He then allowed their boyfriends to keep talking for a small moment before he lead his brothers to get closer. He turned to his brothers and replied "Alright guys, I'll start us off" He then turned to the others and replied sweetly "Heya guys. I really don't mean to interrupt but we wanted to give you guys something" He smiled to them and replied "It's a thank you from us. To show how much each of you mean to us" He then looked particularly to willie and replied "It's a surprise from us.. heh, surprise"

Raphael allowed Donatello to basically lead the situation, a bit excited with the gifts. He then allowed the others to converse then Donatello lead the conversation. He then replied to them "Yeah. Max, you, willie, ruber and rum tum mean a lot to us. And we thought we'd kind of show that by giving you guys a gift" He then showed his box, allowing Donny to show his. He then turned to ruber not opening the box but allowing ruber to basically see that it was a present.

Max looked down, allowing all the advice from the other guys sink in. Willie had a point, as did ruber. Life wasn't fair and it could've been a lot worse. They could've taken Leonardo or worse kill him. He then listened as ruber explained that Leonardo's real concern was his sword and returning back alive. Max was a lot more humble after that. That sword he gave meant the world to Leonardo if it meant giving up his bandana. He sighed looking up at both willie and ruber. He replied softly "You're both right. It's better leo's okay. It's just Bradley hates my guts and probably went after leo because he's after me" He then listened as ruber replied his focus should just be on being with leo and his family, his father in particular. He smiled to ruber "Heh. No wonder raph and hal look to you for advice. You're pretty dang wise. You're right. My focus should be on the present, not the past. I always keep doing that, I'm sorry"

He then turned to willie and replied "I know. War is just war and this type of thing happens. I just hate it" He then laughed a tiny bit at rum tum's joke. Then suddenly the turtles came and showed up to see them, talking about gifts. He then replied "Before you guys do that, can I say something?" He then turned to leo with a soft look and replied "I know you told me it wasn't my fault but I'm sorry about brad, leo. I promise he won't hurt you again"

Rum Tum smiled as willie and ruber rightfully told max that it could've been worse and what was important was Leonardo being okay. And that the main focus was their families, not their enemies. Rum Tum turned to ruber with a grin and replied "Dang son, you ever thought of becoming a therapist?" He then winked indicating he was joking. He then turned to willie and replied "Hey, don't you go feeling bad either. What's important is you and Donny spend any time you have together. We only got one shot, let's not waste it"

He then smiled a bit as max seemed to feel a tad better about the whole thing. He then made a comment about war and hating it. Rum Tum replied jokingly "Lord knows we all do" He then turned to see the turtles come by. He then saw mikey and grinned ear to ear at the sight of him "Oooh a present?" He then turned to mikey replying sweetly "Aw, babe, you shouldn't have" He then saw max talk to leo a bit and stepped back. He turned to mikey with a appreciative but curious smile, looking at the box mikey was holding in curiosity. Wondering what it was.
