[Prince Tomás]

(ooc: July 13th. Morning.)

Prince Tomás wandered around in confusion and amazement. He'd never seen anything like this circus. He'd fallen asleep here the night before but had been awoken by Malachite who had filled him in on the war. This war had saved his life as he had died in his world so he was grateful to still be here and had agreed to help. But he hadn't met anyone else since then so he was just wandering around the circus tent.

"What a very strange place." said Tomás.

(OCC: I'll introduce a couple more people later. For now though I was thinking that facilier and trickster would be here to start things and answer tomas' questions of if his friends are alive and let tomas' know his guards are gone for good. If he knows already let me know. Also couldn't resist the Sinbad: Legend of the seven seas reference. What facilier says about changing the whole world is what eris said to Sinbad and I love that line.)

The Trickster and Facilier were both explained the situation. This was not going to be easy to tell the prince. But he was lucky to be alive at all. Malachite had told them that he had explained the war but not the overall outcome as tomas was too overwhelmed at first. So they gave him a few hours. But Facilier was wanting to get the drama out of the way. Trickster did not meet the man at all and neither did facilier but trickster felt pity for the prince and facilier was of course the main leader. So trickster came to help but facilier was to address the elephant in the room. Facilier turned to see the prince wandering about, still in the same royal attire and he seemed to be impressed. Facilier smirked, these royal people would always like the strange and unnatural.

But what caught his interest is that he looked like deceit. It seemed he could've either be a ancestor of Thomas sanders, the man who combined all the sides, or it was just coincidence like loki and hal looking the same. That would be a question later. Facilier wanted to get down to business. But he wanted to see how his new ally was doing. And he smirked "You like it? I'm planning to make the whole world look this way" He then offered his hand to shake "Allow me to introduce myself. I am Facilier. Pleasure to have a prince... or should I say king right?" He hoped his charm would butter tomas' up. He knew malachite earned his loyalty but he wanted to have tomas really like them. To have no more loose ends or traitors.

He then saw trickster introduce himself and was surprised at how friendly trickster was being. Trickster was always pleasant, polite and friendly, but for some reason trickster seemed to like this prince in particular. Facilier then replied "My partner malachite told me about you. Just wanted to see how you're doing, your majesty"

Trickster asked malachite and facilier to come along as was custom. If a royal arrived, it was expected and important for other royalty to introduce themselves. Plus he wished to deliver the bad news because he was good with the royal customs mostly. Sure it was never easy to express to someone that their old life was gone but he also wished to let tomas know he would resume his rightful place and common folk like malachite and facilier wouldn't understand it. He walked over as facilier was introducing himself and was a bit starstruck at first. Trickster had seen many, many, many royalty in his life time but none looked as handsome, powerful and interesting as tomas' did. Trickster wouldn't deny he looked like deceit but trickster found that man to be attractive too. But there was just something about tomas that was different. He had much prettier eyes, he looked leaner. He also seemed quite charming seeing as he was doing quite well with facilier.

Trickster approached them and trickster bowed, but not with just a simple hand and move down. He got on one knee, moved his arm to his chest, holding his fist closed to his heart. As if he was being knighted. And bowed gracefully and smiled. He then got up and replied "Greetings to his royal majesty. A pleasure to meet a royal member here. Then again it is always good to see a fellow royal join our ranks. Can finally bring some class to this war" He then kissed tomas' hand and replied "They call me The Trickster. And you must be....?"

[Prince Tomás]

(ooc: It's only been a few hours not a day. h e arrived the previous night and when he woke up malachite informed him about the war. so it's just a few hours later, not a day xD)

Tomás looked up seeing the two arrive.

"You're Dr. Facilier? Malachite spoke very highly of you. You're a very lucky man to have a co-leader and boyfriend in him." said Tomás.

He paused remembering his own love probably trapped in the world. Was he dead? In jail? Had they fled to safety? He had no idea and the uncertainty was making him anxious and nervous.

"I'm doing quite well. I was almost king. But I was killed before my coronation so technically I'm still a prince." said Tomás.

He paused seeing the other man kneel before him and kiss his hand.

"It's nice to see some still aware of old customs. But you don't have to kneel before me. I'm a prince in name only. No throne, no kingdom. My wife probably is ruling my old kingdom now. Or I guess ex-wife since I did technically die." said Tomás.

He smiled at him.

"Trickster huh? Well as long as you're not tricking me." said Tomas.

He paused and chuckled.

"I'm Prince Tomás. Please meet you both." said Tomás.

(OCC: Fixed it. My bad. Also hope this is alright, best to get down to business lmao)

Facilier smiled as tomas' responded that Malachite spoke highly of him. The thought made him genuinely smile. If there was anyone that could tug at facilier's heartstrings it was him. Facilier smiled sincerely, nodding "I am. I ask myself what the hell I did to deserve him" He then nodded as Tomas' explained overall that he was a prince, and relatively was only in legality. He started to laugh as trickster told tomas he was probably gonna get a kingdom if they won "I'll talk about it with rita and malachite and see if we can get you one sure" He replied sincerely

But that made him realize, seeing that tomas' eyes got anxious, that it was probably best to get the uncertainty of his old life out of the way. He then nodded and replied "Well Prince Tomas', malachite told us your situation and it's kind of important we tell you stuff. You know about the war in general but we got to address some issues. You see you're quite literally lucky to be alive" He then rubbed his neck and replied "You're probably wondering a lot about your home and we're here to answer some questions you might have" He then turned to see trickster criticize him a little on his lack of tact and facilier shrugged "Sorry. I'm a business man and I gotta let my clients know what they're getting into"

Trickster shook his head as Tomas seemed to be a bit humble, or at least that's what it appeared to trickster. He could be telling the truth and technically he was no prince, but trickster wasn't concerned. While he had old customs, he also had a old belief that once you were born royal you were royal forever. And he stated as such with a sincere tone "Nonsense. You were born a prince and you will always be one. That is part of who you are. And as a king, I must abide by that. Besides, once facilier takes the world you're welcome to own a kingdom anyway" He smirked as facilier said he would consider it. He then laughed a bit as Tomas joked about his name. Finding that genuinely charming.

Suddenly facilier got to the point and Trickster, one of manners, frowned "Doctor, you would be wise to learn some tact. He just got here. Things take time" He then listened as facilier apologized and trickster rolled his eyes but then he sighed softly and replied "I am afraid Dr. Facilier is correct. While it is indeed a pleasure to talk with you, there is a important matter of your home that we must discuss" He then sighed again trying to find the right way to say it "It is indeed about your kingdom... and the people within it"

[Prince Tomás]

Prince Tomas smiled.

"I know the feeling. Or well I had. I don't know what happened to my love or my friend after my wife killed me. I hope they're alright." said Tomas.

He chuckled.

"A kingdom of my own would be nice." said Tomas.

He paused at Trickster's words and grinned.

"Well thank you." said Thomas.

He paused as Trickster said he was a king and he smiled.

"Well it's an honor to meet you, your highness." said To mas.

He paused at Facilier and Trickster spoke of his home.

"Tell me stuff? I guess there's no way to return to my home. My ex has probably taken over by now." said Tomas.

Facilier felt guilty as Tomas related with his love and friend, hoping they were doing alright. Facilier turned to Trickster, seeing the Trickster speak for him. Facilier put his hat down, showing sympathy in his features as he replied "I hate to say this to you Tomas, I take no pleasure in it. That said, ​I'm afraid you're right. Your luck ran out and ran out big time. Your ex-wife officially inherited your kingdom but if she doesn't find a husband soon, it'll be sold to one of your political enemies" Facilier looked away as Trickster then explained the situation of his lover and best friend. Facilier turned to Tomas, replying sadly "Prince Tomas. Believe me, I can't tell you how sorry I am that this happened" Facilier put his hat up, replying to desperately lessen the harsh blow "We can help you start a new kingdom. And get revenge on those who did you wrong, there's confirmation that your ex might be here and we can apprehend her for her crimes"

Trickster smiled fondly as Tomas referred to him as majesty. The prince was humble and gracious. This made Trickster like him all the more. Which made the bad news all the harder to speak about. He turned to Facilier, sighing softly "Tell him about the castle. He should know about that first, but his intuition is pretty correct" He allowed Facilier to talk about his home. Then, with a heartbroken sigh, Trickster replied "Then there's a matter of your love and friend" Trickster walked closer, hesitantly putting his hand on Tomas' shoulder. Trickster held his breath, heartbroken for Tomas for what he didn't know. He knew this would break Tomas' heart. Losing his castle was one thing, losing those he loved was a different story. Trickster replied, empathetic and gentle in tone "Tomas. Your friend and lover were apprehended by your wife's ladies in waiting. They were put on trial and found guilty of treason and conspiracy to commit murder. They were executed not long after" Trickster allowed Facilier to speak more but Trickster could tell how heartbroken and angry Tomas was. He replied, gently "Tomas, they would not want you to suffer this way. They would want you to be free from your guilt and suffering"
