Why did you pick him/her?: fun spy character.

Personality: Funny, charming, manipulative, She turned to crime being bored of stopping it and hd more fun in making crimes over solving them. But she has a sense of honor often saving Zach and Ivy if they got in too over the heads in their attempt to stop her. But she would lock them up if they got in her way. She enjoyed the chase too much to kill them knowing they'd find a way to escape and come after her again. She also had a conscience of sorts and doesn't like to put others into danger if she doesn't have to.
History:
Carmen grew up having a relatively normal life growing fascinated with crime. She eventually joined Acme at 15 years old helping put away many criminals during her time there. One of those criminals was Dr. Gunnar Maelstrom who Carmen and the Chief defeated and locked away in prison. The Chief had a robotic body back then. However, she eventually grew bored with solving crimes and instead of starting committing them. She gathered some of the best criminals in the world and formed VILE, making herself the leader.
Many agents over the years tried to catch her. The most they were able to do was recover what was stolen and catch some of her associates. Although they would just break out or Carmen broke them out eventually starting the process all over again. The latest two agents Zach and Ivy were siblings and reminded Carmen of herself at that age. She enjoys playing cat and mouse with them and while they usually stop her plans she always managed to get away.
She's teamed up with Zach and Ivy on occasions when her minions have impersonated her, altered history to take her place as the greatest thief, or just tried to kill her and take over. And there was also Maelstrom's escape. They were able to defeat the traitors locking them in jail as well as Maelstrom in his attempt to kill Carmen for locking up all those years ago. One day she found herself in another world and joined Ask That Guy's Army. It sounded more exciting than just waiting for a way home one day that may or may not happen.
