Why did you pick him/her?: He would be another good kid to have here. More human kids the better.

Personality:
Tug is a natural leader, tending to plan ahead and always thinking outside the box. He's creative, intelligent, quick-witted, determined and immensely social. He's outgoing, energetic and is not above cheating to succeed. He's competitive, more so than his friends and he always tries to succeed. He's a perfectionist and hard worker. He's also adventurous, brave and loyal. He's also honorable and tends to be noble despite his competitiveness. Underneath his confidence and ego, he's kind and usually well meaning. He has a strong love for the military and it's honor, nobility and disciplining ways.
History:
Tug Roper was the son of Sargent William Roper, a old friend of Colonel Calloway and Tug has a strong admiration and fondness for the colonel. Calloway was like the uncle he never had and as such was thrilled when his father sent him to his military school. Some of the kids there were sent as punishment but tug begged his father to enter, wanting to serve just like his dad. The first time he went he was the only one excited as some of the kids were kind of scared of the military school. As such he became a good influence to the other cadets and became quick friends with them. He influenced them to view the place as a second home despite some hiccups here and there, one being forced to get up early. As the years went on all the cadets grew fond of the place and Tug became the leader of the cadets. Tug, and his friends, as time went on became rivals with the grimwood girls and would win every competition against them. Until one competition lead by their new gym coach named Shaggy Rogers and their new referee Scrappy Doo. The girls actually improved forcing tug and his friends to cheat. But the girls still won much to Tug's chagrin. He grew resentful and as such planned a prank scheme against the girls but was saved by them due to getting stuck in the swamp.
Feeling guilty he went over with his friends to save the girls from Revolta and the cadets finally came to a truce with the girls. Things went relatively easier as time went on before he learned of the girls disappearing. Worried it was revolta again he went to search only for he himself to get lost. He awoke in Ask Thatguy's home and was taken in by the adults there.
