Personality:
Wizzer is easily nervous, approachable and shy. He's naïve but overall means well. He's surprisingly loyal but is immensely insecure due to his problems with being nervous and also his bladder. He is easily frightened but usually can work things out with the help of others. He is determined to impress though, hence why he sometimes does things against his comfort zone. He feels protective and loving towards his siblings, his sisters penny and cadpig in particular. He is a bit of a pacifist, afraid and not comfortable with confrontation.
History:
Wizzer was always one of the odd pups out, he was shy, much more shy than his siblings. He never really had any redeeming qualities, at least so he thought. He was always a pup just trying to find his way around this sea of spots and maybe get himself noticed, so in a way he understood his brother patch's plight. He wanted to be more than the shy, nervous little pup everyone knew he was. He was close with patch but eventually felt a bit like a burden to patch so he tried more with his other siblings to no avail. Then suddenly they were puppynapped by cruella and his mooks. Once they all got saved, they moved to the farm. After a second attempt by Cruella which failed thanks to Patch, wizzer quietly hid in the farm. If anything you could mostly find Wizzer wrestling with his siblings or just goofing off with mooch. Despite mooch not really seeing him anymore than a pawn. Soon, he became a part of Mooch's gang. After numerous attempts at trying to convince mooch that he was something special and should totally be accepted into the group. Mooch ignored every attempt. One night Wizzer had fallen asleep when he had woken up he found himself in a very strange new world and was quick to join the facilier side due to his siblings Patch and Penny, only to realize that they were evil and manipulated the puppies alongside their new human masters. They eventually left and rejoined Ask Thatguy, wizzer now wants to just fit in to this army.

Enemies: Lucky(Complicated), Rolly(Complicated), Pepper(Complicated), NC and Facilier army
Plans: Maybe get taken in by a human or befriend others.
