Why did you pick him/her?: A fun character I'd like to try to play.

Personality:
Lincoln is a compassionate and caring individual. He wanted to be a doctor and help people. When he became an Inhuman he still did that helping people adjust after the Terrigenesis like Skye and Raina. He found his real purpose guiding people as an Inhuman. He just hasn't realized it yet. He was also too naive like many of the Inhumans trusting Jiaying too blindly and almost following her into war. He was devastated upon learning the
truth and helped make it right by defeating the Inhumans.
He is a recovering alcoholic and hasn't taken a drink since the accident that nearly killed him and his ex-girlfriend. He still struggles with that. There have been times he felt like drinking. He was always able to stop himself. He starts his day with a cup of coffee or latte as it reinvigorates him. He has developed some anger issues from his time on the run.
Upon joining shield is anger issues lessened over time with training and getting to know SHIELD and the other secret warriors. He thinks he's developed real feelings for Daisy. He is afraid of rejection not wanting to lose her. They haven't done much beyond kissing. He's also upset he was benched even after completed training. Coulson and May believe he joined just for Daisy not because he believed in SHIELD or what they were doing. He eventually convinced them to put him on missions and he's eager to prove himself.
History:
He had a relatively normal childhood up to his teen years growing up in Cincinnati. Having friends and going on dates. His grandfather developed cancer when Lincoln was only 17 and he vowed to become a doctor to try to find a
cure. His grandfather was a fighter going to chemo treatments and other medicine not wanting to give up.
He started to feel empty inside and took to drinking stealing them from his folks or buying them. After
college he went to medical school. However, it wasn't enough. It didn't fulfill him like he thought it would. And one day while arguing with his girlfriend he nearly hit a pole. The Inhuman Gordon had been watching them and saved them. Lincoln was taken to Afterlife where he met Jiaying and other Inhumans finally feeling like he found a purpose. He broke up with his girlfriend feeling they had drifted apart and she reluctantly agreed. During his time there he met an Inhuman named JT James who was planning on stealing the crystals to gain powers. He was caught before he could and kicked out of the Inhumans.
Lincoln was selected for Terrigenesis and nearly burned the place done not in control of his powers. He stayed
there for a while learning how to use them and eventually returned to his medical school career and life in Cincinnati going back and forth between Cincinnati and the Afterlife.
Cancer took Lincoln's grandfather's life the day after Captain America was awakened. The news broke the story as Mark's last words were how he wanted to meet the captain again. His grandmother died a few days later. Some said it was a broken heart. She'd put too much money into trying to save her husband she hadn't been taking care of herself as much The death of his grandparents pushed him back to drinking and within a few days found himself standing on a bridge thinking there wasn't anything left. His friend John Donnelly found him and talked him off the ledge. Lincoln checked himself into rehab then resumed medical school once he got out again.
One day two new Inhumans came to Afterlife. Raina, who could see the future, and Skye, who could manipulate vibrations. He helped them both adjust even stopping Skye from trying to murder Raina. And a spark seemed to come between Lincoln and Skye when they first met as he became infatuated with her. He kept his distance knowing she was still adjusting to being an Inhuman.
Lincoln goes with Gordon and Skye to bring in Cal or what they tell her. Calvin realizes they're not going to help him and attacks them. They're interrupted by HYDRA attacking and defeated by Deathlock. Once there he shared a cell with Deathlock and they banter a little. He learns Deathlock is working for HYDRA by choice. And Mike wonders if Gordon will rescue them. Lincoln says he won't risk leading HYDRA back to Afterlife. Their conversation was interrupted as the pair was knocked out.
Lincoln is near death when Skye finds him on an operating table. She revived him with her powers. He's still unconscious and taken to SHIELD HQ in a coma. When he awoke he was scared. He viewed SHIELD and HYDRA as the same. Lincoln's name is added to the Index and he and Skye leave and Gordon brings them back to Afterlife.
She has a vision of Ultron's rising and creating a robotic army. The Avengers defeat Ultron and that army. Lincoln stays safe with Raina, Skye, and the other Inhumans in Afterlife as Ultron didn't know where they were located. Jiaying manipulates all the Inhumans including Skye and Lincoln into a war with SHIELD tricking them into thinking SHIELD attacked first. Gordon is in on her plans and they go storm the Illiad. Coulson leads a team to stop them. Lincoln and Skye both realize the truth and he believes Daisy. May uses it as a distraction to knock him out. Lincoln later woke up and helped defeat the Inhumans preferring to knock them out. Jiaying and Gordon are killed and the rest of the Inhumans are informed of the lies and deception scattering across the world leaving Afterlife for good including Lincoln.
He spends the next few months finishing medical school and finally gets his degree. He moves back to Cincinnati and got a job as a doctor at a local hospital. His parents are happy for him and he only wished his grandparents were alive to see this. He gains many friends on staff as well as patients. He gives Daisy and SHIELD all his information on the Monolith and wants to leave his old life as an Inhuman behind.
Unfortunately, his tenure as a doctor is short as HYDRA storms the hospital looking for him. They have been recruiting Inhumans and view him as an asset or a threat. Lincoln and Skye team up but end up fleeing afterward still not trusting SHIELD. Lincoln goes on the run staying in occasional contact with Skye. He ran into Jason again and asked for his help. When Jason learned Lincoln was a dangerous Inhuman he panicked and called the authorities. Lincoln tried to scare him with his powers. Unfortunately, this resulted in Jason having a heart attack. Lincoln used his powers trying to revive him and failed. He was rescued by SHIELD and went into hiding again.
He ends up in Chicago near Critic's house. Confused he joins the army upon learning he's in a new world. He's not sure if he wants to fight but he figures he can help at least as a doctor. And he's shocked to learn many of the Avengers are here and Loki and Thor are in Ask That Guy's Army.
