Where is this character from? Hercules: The Legendary Journeys/Young Hercules
Why did you pick him/her?: fun character from the hercules/xenaverse. And fun to bond with ares & discord and meet an alternate version of hades as well.
Picture:
Personality: Sarcastic, witty, funny, clumsy, trickster. He follows his uncle's and mother's orders but would turn on them if it benefited him and they would do the same. Self-preservation seems to run high in the family but he does care about them. He doesn't get along with his identical cousin Demios as they are at odds.
History:
He began attacking Hercules when he was a teenager at Chiron's Academy. He would team up with Discord, Ares, or both on occasion. Or go off on his own. He'd disguise himself in his plans including impersonating Ares at one point to try to overthrow him but it backfired. They tried many times in Hercules's teen years to kill as well as his friends Iolas, Jason, Cora, and others who got in their way. But failed in killing Hercules. Sometimes they managed to kill or hurt other students or bystanders but never their intended target Hercules.
After Hercules grew up to adulthood they continued their plans. One of them was killing Serena and framing Hercules for the murder. He was convinced he did kill her but with help from Zeus, Iolas, Gabrielle and Xena they uncovered the truth. Strife and Ares retreated. Strife did his best to defeat Hercules. And a few times tried to form followers of his own but they never took him seriously or were able to help him much.
His life finally came to an end when Callisto stabbed him after stealing the Hind Blood's dagger. It was a plot by Dahak to go back in time and kill Hercules changing the timeline for the worse. Strife was temporarily restored in this new timeline unaware of what happened like most people. But when Iolas restored the timeline Strife was dead once more. He woke up in another world alive again and joined Ask That Guy's army upon learning Ares was here. And Hercules, Xena and Gabrielle were in the Critic's Army.
