Where is this character from? Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo; 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo; The New Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo Show; The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries; Scooby Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf; Scooby Doo And The Ghoul School; Scooby Do Meets The Boo Brothers.
Why did you pick him/her?: fun character. the franchise chooses to ignore him but i'd like to play him and help update him a little.

Energetic, brave, impulsive, loyal. He's clever as it's helped him solve cases as well as get them out of situations. He loves his Uncle Scooby and often gets in over his head. He thinks he can beat the monsters but most likely would get hurt or captured. Shaggy and Scooby are usually the ones saving him unless he's saving them from the monsters of the week.
He's not as close with the rest of the Doo family only mostly being with his parents and Scooby Doo. But he knows about Scooby Dee, Scooby Dum, and the rest of his extended family. He sees them mostly at family reunions and parties back home.
History:
Scrappy was born to Ruby Doo and her husband. He began looking for excitement right after he was born. Shaggy and Scooby followed him to make sure he was safe. Eventually, he went back to his mother. When an orderly began chasing Shaggy and Scooby that's when Scrappy jumped into action to help out. Growing up he lived in New York City forming a gang with his friends Duke and Annie. After a while, he went to go live with his Uncle Scooby helping him and his friends solve mysteries. He still went home occasionally to visit his parents and friends.
After Fred and Velma left to get jobs elsewhere Daphne, Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy got a job writing for a magazine. And the four went around solving mysteries and writing about them. But after a couple years of that, they grew bored of it. They quiet and took a vacation in the Himalayas. This is where they met Film Flam and Vincent Van Ghoul who became good friends of theirs.
Unfortunately, this also led to the release of the 13 Ghosts. Together the team with new members Film Flam and Vincent Van Ghoul tracked down all the 13 Ghosts. Daphne eventually retired from mystery solving after this leaving the group. Flim Flam became Vincent's assistant as well as leaving the group down to just Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy.
Scrappy, Scooby and Scrappy's adventures didn't end their. They ran into several real life monsters with the Boo Brothers, who turned out to be allies. But helped them catch fake monsters who were trying to steal family inheritance of Shaggy's. And deal with annoying neighbors and butlers. The next two adventures they had to deal with real life monsters and witches. Some became their friends and others became their enemies. Shaggy briefly became a werewolf and was dating Googie for awhile. But sadly the relationship didn't work out as Googie eventually moved away. Scrappy was sad to see her go just like all of their friends.
Eventually he had to leave Shaggy and Scooby as well as his family missed him and insisted he return to live with him. He reluctantly said goodbye to Shaggy and Scooby promising to kee p in touch with them. And he did along with Velma, Fred, Daphne, and the rest of the new friends he'd made on his adventures.
A couple years went by and Scrappy heard of their adventures fighting off against zombies, cat creatures, witches, aliesn and cybernetic creatures. He was sad to learn there was no cyber version of him but he guessed Eric based the gang off their first group before he had joined their adventures. One day he woke up and found himself in a new place. Curious he went to explore and found himself at a circus and learned Shaggy, Scooby Doo and Scooby Dum were here. He was glad to be back with his family and friends again. He agreed to join the war thiinking he'd splat any enemies who came near them.
