Where is this character from? An Extremely Goofy Movie
Why did you pick him/her?: a rival for max and he'd be a fun villain to play.

Personality: Arrogant, Selfish; is driven to win no matter what; Calculating; Egotistical; Manipulative; Greedy; Persuasive; Rich.
History:
Bradley grew up in a rich family. His parents were high society types. His father running his business and his mother spending most of her time throwing parties and other social events. Bradley was raised mostly by tutors and staff. His parents showing up doing the bare minimum. In a way he was like their "trophy son" and yet he always tried to make his father proud. He gained many friends in high school his best friend Tank.
After graduating he went off to college joining the fraternity Gammas along with his friend Tank. He soon became the president of it and had a successful year there. In his second year, he saw Max Goof had some skills. And he wanted to get him to join the Gammas. He and the Gammas followed them to a coffee shop. He offered Max to join them but made fun of Max's friends causing Max to reject them. Bradley saw Max as an enemy after that. When one of the poet girls insulted him and caused everyone to start snapping their fingers Bradley, Tank and the Gammas were a little creeped out. Eventually, they left heading back to the Gamma house.
Bradley later notices Goofy has some good movies and asks the man to join him. Learning he is Max's dad was a bonus. Bradley and Max then call a bet that the winner of the X Games becomes the loser's towel boy. During the qualifying round of the X games, Bradley placed a rocket in Goofy's skateboard and flashed a light in Max's eyes distracting him. Goofy later left the Fraternity angering Bradley as no one quite the Gammas. Bradley kept cheating and even though Goofy tried to warn Max's team they didn't believe him at first. Not until PJ was blasted out of the competition by another sabotage. Goofy joined their team and defeated Bradley in that round to Bradley's irritation. He now viewed Goofy as a traitor.
Despite Bradley's attempts to cheat Max won the competition but in the process, Tank was hurt. Bradley congratulates Max and agrees to accept the bet. But Max calls it off just glad he won. Tank slingshots Bradley up into the sky towards the blimp when he later falls down and he blacked out after impact. He recovered in a hospital and only missed a couple of weeks of school. He was kicked out of the Gammas due to his cheating leaving him for the first time on his own. He tried to make amends to Tank but he'd lost his best friend. Bradley had never felt so alone before and vowed revenge on Goofy, Max, PJ and Bobby thinking if it wasn't for them he wouldn't have lost everything. one day he vanished and reappeared in another world. He joined Ask That Guy's army especially after learning Max was here.
