Where is this character from? 101 Dalmatians 1 & 2; 101 Dalmatians: The Series
Why did you pick him/her?: One of my favorite dalmatians from one of my favorite Disney series. And Rolly is a needed character.

Personality: He loves to eat, and is often feeling hungry even after he'd already eaten. So he sometimes snacks other things like fruit or dog treats when possible. He is loyal to his family and loves them. But he always is eager to find more food. He is close with all his siblings but his closest siblings are Cadpig and Lucky, viewing them as best friends as well as the chicken Spot on the farm. He has a crush on Darla that's slowly developed the more he knew her. Since coming to the war they've started dating.
History:
Rolly was one of the 15 puppies born to Pongo and Perdita. A few weeks after they were born Rolly and his siblings were watching Thunderbolt with their dad. After the cartoon was over Rolly told his mother he was still hungry as they were led to the kitchen where they all fell asleep. After the parents left with Roger and Anita on their nightly stroll, two crooks named Jasper and Horace broke in. Jasper trapped Nanny in another room while Horace put Rolly and his siblings in a sack as the brothers left. Rolly and the others wound up at Devil Hall with 84 other puppies the pair and Cruella had bought from various places. It was there Rolly met Darla and their friendship began as well as his crush.
Rolly lost track of time there but he was sure days had gone by before Colonel Tibbs showed up. He was scared away by the burglars before he could attempt a rescue. His second attempt he returned and helped get the Puppies. He grabbed Rolly and shoved him through the hole as the burglars gave chase. They ran around the house going upstairs and into other rooms trying to hide or escape. In the end, they were chased back into the original room but thankfully Pongo and Perdita showed up. They attacked the burglars and tricked them into making a hole in the wall that Tibbs led all the puppies threw. Their parents followed to a barn where they were helped by Captain, Colonel, and Tibbs. The trio distracted Jasper and Horace who followed them while Pongo and Perdita led the puppies away from the barn.
They kept going on their way gaining help from other dogs and animals along the way. They stopped for a brief visit getting some milk from some cows while a collie gave some food to their parents. Their final visit was a town were a lab helped them get a ride in a truck leaving the area. Pongo told the group to disguise themselves as black labradors and together they escaped onto the truck. Unfortunately, snow fell on Rolly revealing he was a Dalmatian as they escaped onto the truck. Cruella, Jasper, and Horace gave chase.
But thankfully during the chase, the two cars crashed sending them flying off the hill while the puppies made it back home. Where Anita, Rogers, and Nanny reunited with them and discovered they had 84 new puppies and assumed Pongo and Perdita had them while they were gone. Pongo and Perdita adopted the 84 puppies as their own. They didn't hear the last from Cruella as she teamed up with Jasper and Horace again trying to make her coat once more. And with a painter named Lars. But Patch along with Thunderbolt eventually freed them from the trio. Rolly was freed with his siblings as they returned to the farm.
Unfortunately, the farm was next to the Devil Manor as Cruella began trying to kick them off their property. Anita got a job working for her as a fashion designer while Roger still made his music. Rolly, Lucky, Cadpig, and Spot often had to stop plans by Cruella, Jasper, Horace, Scorch or Cruella's family to kicking them off the farm. Or on e of Cruella's schemes to get richer. One day Rolly found himself on the Critic's farm with several of his siblings. He was sad Patch joined Ask That Guy's army but he was glad Cadpig, Freckles and especially Darla was there. After a while, he and Darla began dating.
He was sad to learn more of his siblings have shown up in the enemy armies but hopes one day this war will be over and they'll all be back on the farm again. And not have to fight each other. Rolly has also made several friends in Critic's army. He's gone through some training but hasn't ended up in a fight yet. He's not sure if that's good or bad thing but he knows sooner or later it might happen. He just wants to be ready for it.
