Just relaxing in the living room(open)

[June 22, afternoon]

Taja left her room, after she took a quick shower and changed her clothes. She then left and headed to the living room. The place was interesting but it was still hard for her to get used to, as Taja was from a long time ago, timeline wise. Over 500 years ago, to be exact. So Taja needed time to get used to it all, if she ever would get used to it that is.  She wasn't sure whether she would or not but she hoped that one day she would, but only time would tell. Not like Taja had a choice as she wasn't going back anyway. At least not anytime soon, which she knew rather well and kinda accepted it, even if it was hard as she missed home. On other hand it was somewhat better than home, or so Taja thought but that was besides the point. She shook her head to those thoughts as she sat on the couch lost in thoughts.

[Elisa/Maven Of The Eventide]

Elisa walked out spotting Taja.

"Good afternoon Taja." said Elisa.

She smiled at her.

"So what have you been up to lately? I mean I know it can't be easy from going to training and fighting off Shao Khan's minions every day only to end up in a war." said Elisa.

Rupert walked out spotting the two women and waved to them.

"Hello. I hope I'm not intruding." said Rupert.

He chuckled.

"And your stories make being stuck in an enchanted mirror for years so boring by comparison." said Rupert.

Wyatt walked out spotting the small group and smiled.

"Hello. I think I'm still adjusting to this place. It's similar to my world. But I guess I was in a different kind of war. We mostly fought off supernatural enemies like demons and warlocks. But they had fewer people helping us." said Wyatt.

Taja looked over as soon as she heard someone speak to her. She watched the person closely. Taja listened to the person as she kindly smiled at her. She thought that the person was very nice as the liked her already as a friend, that was for sure. Taja had no doubt about that at all. She was glad that she had met most of those that she had met, as they were very nice, and she liked them as friends. Elisa included that was for sure. To Taja at least. There was no doubt there. Not to Take at least. That was for sure.

"Good afternoon to you too. Elise! How are you doing? What are you up to as of late? It is good to see you again. New friend! It is a very nice afternoon. That is for sure! Isn't it? It's not hot or such. Do it is rather nice day! Isn't it, Elise? Unless you rather hot days, then it is different,"

Taja smiled at Elise as she listened to what she said to her next.  She looked around and back at her, as she sighed to that. Taja knew that Elise was right, as she could definitely tell. However, that wasn't exactly what she did, she did train but less than the guys but she did help with fighting Shao Khan's men but not just them so. Shang Tsung too and at times Quan Chi's as well. The guys trained more and trained others but that was close enough so.

"Not much. I tried to get used to this new place! Which I am still trying to do by the way.  Which isn't easy to do at all, may I add but I still try! As it's definitely nothing like things back home. And yeah, it's not the same at all! It is different. Also, back home in away it is a war yoo! It is just a different kind of war! A war is a war, just different no matter what. The world I come from is different than that one! There is no doubt there! Also it is all so new. How do you handle it all?  Could you explain to me your world more, sometime? If it's not too much trouble for you, that is. Of course,"

Taja said as she looked over at Rupert as she heard him speak. She waved at him as she saw him wave to her and Elise. He seemed kind and sweet, which made Taja like him as a friend for sure. The guy was very sweet and kind, it so she thought. Which was a good thing or so Taja thought as well as believed. For her it was definitely true. Taja had no doubt about that at all. She was glad that she met nice people like Rupert and Elise, and befriended them as they were an amazing people. For Taja at least, that was for sure.

"Hey, and no. Not at all! You aren't. At least as far as I am concerned you aren't! Is he Elise? You can join us. I am sure that Elise won't mind! Would you Elise? It would definitely be nice if you joined us. As me and Elise are friends, so doubtful you could even interrupt that! So there is nothing to worry about that, at all. How are you doing? How are you adjusting to this world? As I am sure you are new here too. Like I am, and many others here,"

She listened to him as she watched him closely. Taja wondered to whom did he say that. To her Or Elise. Taja figured that it was probably directed to her. Even if she wasn't completely sure about that. Taja looked at Elise and then back at him with a kind smile. In her opinion his life was interesting too. So Taja felt bad for him for being stuck in in the mirror and such. It didn't sound to her that his life was boring. Far from it in fact.

"Mine or Elise's? And trust me your life aren't boring. So if to be honest, you always deserved better than what you got, as you are a good guy! At least as far as I can tell you sure are a good guy. No doubt there at all! My life might be interesting but not always. I mean simple family until I lost them when I was 12, and I ended up living on the streets as a theif and training myself and such. Not easy! I never believed in the supernatural or such until I met Kung Lao and joined his cause, only be ause he truly saved my life the day I met him, Siro and Kung Lao's girlfriend at the time, Gwenevieve. Even if we ended up failing with saving her but we did did something good! So ironically it took me and Siro who also didn't believe in any of it, a while to believe! Even when it looked us in the face. Looked us in the face is how you say it, right? We both thought Kung Lao was nuts until recently, despite everything we went through and seen. Isn't that just crazy? Even with proof we thoughitit was fake because it was against our original belief, and that way we hurt Kung Lao, even if he had let us stay with him, just the same! So eventually we did understand that he was telling us the truth,"

Taja looked over as another person joined them. She listened to him closely as she still watched him. Take found him pretty cute and handsome, as well as interesting. Like with Elise and Rupert. Also Elise was pretty not handsome, of course but that was besides the point. Taja watched Wyatt for a while. She smiled kindly at him as she listened to him. Taja wasn't sure what to think or believe, also she did think that his story was interesting. She wondered if Rupert talked to him as the guy did speak a bit before her, as she spoke before answering to Wyatt.


"Oh, really? Your life is kinda like mine then. In away! Also, it is all definitely different. Very different! Your life sounds definitely different. I guess wars are just different in general, huh? Also if we manage to deal with things back home then I guess we can deal with things here, huh?"
