Oliver is best known as quite the adventurous, curious and brave kitten. He doesn't back down from anyone despite their size or shape, he has enough courage to fight twice as large creatures. However, his bravery extends to only when he feels it needed to fight. He otherwise tries to avoid confrontation and tries to be overall a peaceful person. He is extremely friendly and open to others, wanting above all else to make a connection with people. He is loyal which is why sometimes he gets himself stuck in places, letting people walk over him and manipulate him. He can pretty naive, easily optimistic about others and tends to have a pretty easy-going perspective on life. However, his naivety can only go so far, and he can figure out quite quickly whether or not someone is worth being trusted. When he does trust, he is very open and pleasant. That said, when he doesn't trust he gets nervous, fearful and shy. He is easily interested in things, finding it fun to learn and explore a lot of the time.
History:
Oliver was born in a small apartment, his mother's owner unable to afford to take care of him and his siblings. Therefore he and his siblings were given as pets for anyone who was willing to take them. His siblings got easily adopted, but he himself was a little less lucky. For many days he was stuck in his box until a storm completely tattered it, leaving him open to the ghettos of new york, lost and alone. Oliver was a bit stuck and fearful of this big world and got into trouble quite quickly, until he met dodger who taught him two important lessons: Be careful with who to make a deal with and never let your guard down too much. Dodger manipulated him to get hot dogs but failed to make sure dodger would share the bait. Angered, oliver followed him to his home, leading him to be part of fagin's gang for a while. During a scheme to help pay back sykes, he accidentally got stuck in jenny's car, a little girl who was very rich and very lonely. She adopted oliver as a pet and oliver couldn't help but love her as a friend. He got recaptured but oliver enjoyed jenny and did not want to see her heart broken. Despite his loyalty to the dogs, oliver insisted he return but before he could fagin used him as a scheme for ransom. It didn't really work and instead jenny got captured by sykes, oliver was determined to get her back and managed to save her. Since then he had stayed with jenny as her pet, even making jenny's parents fall for him also. For a long time, he was happy being jenny's basic sidekick and every once in a while visiting the dog gang.
Then a storm hit and hit them hard, oliver was so frightened by it he hid away but when he opened his eyes he was not in jenny's apartment. Instead he was in the forest, lost and alone. Luckily he reunited with dodger and followed him to a circus, where they both stayed for safety purposes.
