Why did you pick him/her?: Same reason as Jiji, to give Kiki company. Also to continue the romance between them

Personality: Tombo is curious, ambitious, courageous, observant, adventurous and pleasant to be around. However, he is immensely talkative, especially when excited or nervous. He's also clumsy, honest to a fault and tends to not take things seriously, leading him to appear as a dork and a clown. He's very kind and friendly though and has a deep passionate soul that not many teenage boys have. He's easily impressed and tends to never look down on anyone, being quite open-minded and accepting of most things. He's very compelled by new ideas, tending to be energetic about everything.
History: Tombo Kapoli was born and raised in a seashore city of Koroko his entire life. Ever since he was small, he had a immense fascination with transportation and aviation. To the point where he was president of the aviation club in his town. Despite his love, it tended to distract him from other things, such as homework and other activities leading to his mother trying to convince him to try other things. One day, Tombo noticed a new girl, a witch to be exact, enter his town and he was entranced by her instantly. At first he was interested in her witch powers, but very quickly he was interested in her as a person and constantly tried to get to her attention. Unfortunately due to his energy and friends around him, his attempts tended to be scene as disrespectful and lead Kiki farther away from him. Still, he was stubborn and invited Kiki to his aviation club party, to his disappointment she was too sick to come see him. However, thanks to Osono, kiki finally managed to meet him due to a delivery he needed. This was where the two finally befriended and even caught to a common ground. Despite Kiki's insecurity, Tombo insisted he believed she was the most interesting person and that her abilities to fly were what made her so special. However, their talk ended when a bunch of his friends invited him, and not Kiki, to the spirit of freedom blimp which caused Kiki to leave and become more insecure. Since then, Tombo tried to continue the attention but seemed to fail due to Kiki's loss of powers.
They reunited again but with a very different purpose. The spirit of freedom got broken and tombo bravely held onto the rope to keep it steady. Due to the helium it failed to stay and flew to the town square near the clock-tower, breaking it and endangering his life. Kiki, with her regained powers, managed to save him in the nick of time. Grateful for her, Tombo declared her a hero everywhere he went and the two continued to bond. That is until she disappeared, people assumed she returned home but when Tombo managed to ask her parents, they claimed she was still in requirement to train and couldn't have returned home. Worried, Tombo searched for her and ended up in chicago, he went to the Critic's house, having a distinct feeling Kiki was there and he was right.
