Time to get to know the place better(open)

(April 10, Evening)

Taja was in the new place for some time now, but she barely came out of her new room. Except to eat and drink but then she headed back to her room. Taja did take a shower and brushed her teeth after she figured out how to do that but other than that, she refused to come out of her room. It wasn't the same without the others being there.  Taja missed the guys, and surprisingly she missed Raiden, the thunder god too, which wasn't something she ever thought that she would admit to. This day she felt like it was time to get to know the place better, so she walked out of her room and walked around. Taja did that on her own, so she had no idea where to start from so she just picked randomly and went from there.  She walked around since the afternoon until the evening, after she ate and drank in the morning and afternoon but even if it was evening at the moment, she refused going back in, not just yet as she continued exploring. However, Taja did the best she could not to get too far from where she stayed at, just to be on the safe side. Here and there she looked around herself, as she walked.

Nostalgia Critic was in his office, talking to IHeart about certain things when they noticed Taja out. Immediately IHeart saw her be a bit apprehensive, Taja was one of the few new members to be quite isolatory. The young teen, despite the critic telling her to leave it be, went over and replied "Hi I don't believe we met. I'm IHeart!" She then offered her hand. Nostalgia Critic came over and gave a silent wave before he asked "Hey Taja, how have you been, haven't seen you for a few days"

Taja looked over as someone spoke to her, as she sighed to that. She listened to her to her. "Nice to meet you, Iheart I am Taja," Taja said to her and sighed. She looked at her hand for a bit and then shook her hand. Taja was surprised by the way that she looked but said nothing about it, as she let it be. She then noticed Critic, as she waved back at him, a bit confused by that gesture but she was slowly getting used to it. Taja listened to him and sighed. "I am alright; I suppose even if not super great. Yeah, I barely walked out as it is all rather too new and confusing for me! I miss home, and I wish I could go back there.  It is hard to get used to a new place and new life,"  she said to him, as she looked down and back at him. Taja looked between the two and sighed to that. "How do you handle all of that things that you got here?" she asked out of curiosity and confusion.

[Dr. Carol Block]

Block got the email from her friend which basically was the cry for help Block needed to be convinced this was all real. After long, long driving to chicago, she walked to the doorstep and immediately started banging. Relieving to see Critic she only requested one thing, to see Tease. She smiled "I know it's late at night but I would require my friend here critic" She then waited. She then smiled to IHeart "Hello young lady, nice to see you well"

Critic while IHeart was with Taja noticed the door. He opened and replied "Oh thank god another scientist! Hey block" He then helped her and replied "Block what brings you here finally?" He then nodded profusely and ran off to go search for tease.

"Well I'm used to the crazy. I know you miss home but we'll do our best to make it good here for you" IHeart replied to Taja. With a confused look, she turned to see Critic with block and she beamed "Hi Dr. Block. Taja, that's my friend block, block this is taja"

Taja looked towards the area of the knock and then she looked at Critic, as she watched him go open the door, and the looked at Iheart. As she then watched a young woman go inside and all, as she watched her talk to Critic, as she then looked between her and I heart. Taja then listened to Iheart. "You are? How do you manage? And yes, I sure do miss home and thank you, it means a lot. Can you help me get used to that place?" she said to Iheart, as she then listened to her talk to the other young woman, as she let her introduce them and nodded to the other young woman. "Nice to meet you, Block. Interesting name you get there,"

[Dr. Carol Block]

While Block awaited for her friend Tease, she turned to make convo with IHeart and Taja. She then adjusted her glasses as her name was complimented "Ah thank you. Comes from a old irish name. Don't know all of the story personally. My father just told me it was" She then turned to listen to the other two talk.

"Well, you kind of just assume it as a everyday thing. You live one day at a time you know?" IHeart answered truthfully. The young teen suffered a lot before Taja came here. But the wisdom she had was useful now at long last. She hoped it assisted her friend.

Taja watched the two with a smile. She listened to Dr Block, with curiousoty. "Really? Sounds cool. Irish? Interesting. It is true what people say! You learn new things everyday or so I heard. Your dad told you that? Did he ever explain it to you? Or told you about it? At all?" Taja said to her as she waited for a reaction.

She then looked at Iheart and listened to her speak again. Taja looked at her confused and sighed to that. She tried to understand what she meant but she only got more confused by that. Taja looked around and back at her, as she sighed to it. She blinked a few times to that and then she sighed once more.

"What do you mean by it? You mean I take one day at a time and convince myself I am safe and fine, as well as get used to it, until eventually it gets easier or what? I am confused is all. Can you explain it a bit more? If I got it wrong that is,"

Taja looked around and back at her, as she tried to understand. The saying 'you learn new things everyday' she over heard from someone in that era and world say. Taja figured that it was what they meant with that but she wasn't sure. There were certain things she still needed to learn as in her timelibe/era/world and reality they weren't mentioned. Noy to Taja at least. She sighed and looked down. After that, Taja looked between the two and sighed tp that.

[Dr. Carol Block]

"No. Never explained it. Everytime I ask, he goes pale white, so I'm assuming the name has quite the bad history" Dr. Block smiled at Taja's enthusiasm. She beamed brightly "Oh you like to learn things? Well I'm very pleased with that" Dr. Block then interrupted IHeart by replying "She means don't worry so much on the future. Focus on the present and get used to the environment around you. It's to calm your mind and relieve stress"

"Well, like Block said, it's basically just taking it easy and focus on the positive" IHeart replied, giving a small unamused glance at Dr. Block. She didn't exactly like being interrupted. She turned to Critic who seemed to be going a bit anxious to look for Tease.

"I see. I am sorry to hear that! I grew up on my own when I was 12, so I get how that is like. If your dad doesn't want to talk about it then most likely it is very bad! Your dad tries to protect you nothing more nor less. Especially if he goes pale white! I am almost 22 years old now and I don't know where my parents are. You are lucky you got them or him at least! One day he might tell you but not yet," Taja said to her. She watched her as she spoke again and then listened to her once more and nodded. "Yes, don't you? It doesn't hurt to learn new things. Doesn't it? Learning new things is very nice and helpful," Taja said to her.

She then looked at Iheart once more and listened to her. Taja tried to understand what she was saying. "Do you mean like meditation or something?" She asked as she remembered Kung Lao saying something similiar to her once. Taja then looked back at Dr Block and listened closely to her. "It sounds in away like meditation," she said to her.

Taja looked between Dr Block and Iheart and sighed to that lost in thoughts. She then looked around and back at them and sighed. Taja then looked just at Dr Block and smiled kindly at her. "Were you born here or elsewhere?"
