Why did you pick him/her?: To have another scooby doo character and i always liked him more than scrappy. shame he was only on 4 random episodes though and 2 of them they called him his brother for no reason. lol.

Personality: He has a dimwitted personality. This spaced out demeanor allows him to be brave or cowardly depending or not if he notices the danger. He longs to be a police dog and often searches for clues even when the mystery they're trying to solve is over. He is very close with Scooby Doo viewing him more of as a brother than a cousin. They often have a routine of when they meet up each time of saying each other's names, high fiving and hugging each other. He has a big appetitie like Scooby Doo but he doesn't try to eat as often as Scooby Doo and Shaggy do. But he'll tag along with them if they're going to the kitchens or markets for food.
History:
He was born to his parents but it wasn't known how long he spent with them as he soon got owners in Ma & Pa Skillet. They ran a corn fritter factory. He always wanted to be a police dog and enjoyed going off helping Scooby and the others solve mysteries. Their first mystery together was solving who was trying to ruin his owner/friends corn fritter factory which turned out to be an employee wanting to sell the formulas to rival companies and get rich. They caught her and sent her to jail saving the factory.
Their second mystery they stopped Johnathan crane from impersonating the Headless Horseman to try to steal some jewels. He had gone bankrupt and was going to sell the family jewels to have himself a better life in another country. Scooby Dum and the others foiled this attempt as well. The third mystery he helped the gang and Daphne's friend Lisa stop someone from tricking her with hyponsis and pretending to be a vampire. He wanted to steal the hotel from her making her think she was going crazy but the gang foiled his plans.
Their final mystery Scooby Dum had with his cousin and the others was with one of his other cousins Scooby Dee. It seems someone had a dog they made similar looking to Scooby Dee to impersonate her. They stole Scooby Dee and were going to make a fortune making movies and using his dog who would only obey him. Scooby Dum, Scooby Dee and the others rescued her and defeated the phantom sending him off to jail. After that Scooby Dum returned to the Skillets helping out at the factory as a security dog from all the knowledge he'd gained from traveling around with Scooby Doo and the others. But then one day he disappeared and ended up in another world. He found a circus and went to explore finding his cousin and Shaggy here and deciding to stay.
