Where is this character from? Beauty and the Beast
Why did you pick him/her?: He's voiced by Tony Jay! xd But besides that he's just a cruel character and we need some doctors to patch up the wounded.

Personality: Mysterious, greedy, evil, wicked
History:
A doctor and owner of a local asylum. Gaston approached him to threaten to lock Maurice up if Belle doesn't agree to marry him. He loved the idea especially when Gaston paid him. He went with them when Belle and Maurice returned to town. However he was shocked at the sight of the Beast in the mirror when Belle came forward. He left quickly afterwards when the mob went to kill the Beast not wanting Gaston to take back his money as he returned to the asylum.
When Gaston went missing and was presumed dead people began to talk about the haunted castle. Especially after Belle married a prince and took over it. It appeared the prince and his servants had been under some kind of curse and Belle had broken it. Not wanting her to come after him he decided to move his asylum elsewhere but he was pulled into another world. He joined Ask That Guy's army asking to the army doctor as he was too old to be of much help as a fighter.
Allies: Gaston; Lefou; Ask That Guy's Army.
Enemies: Belle; Maurice; Beast; castle servants; Critic's Army; Facilier's Army.
Plans: be the army's doctor and prison overseer; befriend some of the doctors.
